Precise Off-road Performance did an outstanding job installing my son s 6 lift and new set of tires on his 2014 Ram 1500. Jared did an awesome job communicating recommendations and keeping my son informed and updated during the entire job. He was also very knowledgeable in what options would work best for what we were looking to do. I also thought his pricing was appropriate for the amount of work that was done and would highly recommend anyone looking to do some upgrades to their vehicles to contact Percise Off-road Performance.

Jared and his team installed power runningboards for me and it was such a quick easy process. He gave me a great price and got me on the schedule very quickly in comparison to a lot of other shops out there. I ve used a larger local truck company with my other vehicle, and the experience was terrible every time. Don t hesitate to bring your vehicle down to Jared, they will treat you right!Thanks guys!

Drove 3 hours round trip just to get my truck worked on by Jarad Wagner because he does the highest quality work I ve seen. He not only cared about what I wanted done but help me make a much better decision on the suspension of my truck. Would recommend anyone that needs work done! This place is a joke don t take your truck there they will damage your vehicle and not give you a receipt and when you call Jared, he doesn t pick up his phone he ignores you. I want to get a simple level kit installed he cut my strut bolts and grind it them down to make it work without giving me a heads up. like I said, don t take your vehicle there

He really knows his stuff and does things the right way; even if it means delaying the return time of the vehicle . Compared to competitors, he still probably out performs them on the time it takes to do the job from my experience. You can tell he truly cares about his work and you can see it in the results. I felt his pricing was more than reasonable, and would have no reservations recommending Jared for buying/installing lift kits, wheels, & tires.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We Set up an appointment for a 3.5 lift and 2 spacers, Jarod said it would be a one day job, Went to shop to drop off, he is 20 minutes late he ask us to leave key in our 100k truck, yah right, we call in afternoon to see if it s ready, he says I m waiting on the Strut guys I m at there mercy(what? Who?) apparently he doesn t do the work because he doesn t have the expertise? And equipment. Also says he has to take it to tires plus for alignment!! 2 days pass, we go to pick up he s not at shop, this is 4:30pm said it would be done by noon. Tells us we have to meet him at tires plus, he ask us to pay the invoice of $1250 we already paid $50 down, we pay, he tries to charge 3% credit card, we refuse, We pay the 1250. Just before he hands us keys, he say oh yah you owe me $140 more for the spacers and refuses to give us our keys, after much debate and drama with Jarod, I ask for the invoice and pay the man, even shake his hand, not because he was right, simply because $140 isn t worth the effort it would take. Mind you this is all happening at tires plus in lake Mary! 16 min away from his shop! I received ZERO paperwork regarding any of the work that was done to my truck. Don t be foolish like me and take your vehicle to him because he s a little bit cheaper and promises you that it ll be done in a day. Take it to a reputable performance place! Bottom line this guy is a scammer and not a legit mechanic. Don t promise people what you can do if you can t. He even had the audacity to post our vehicle on his Facebook page. Avoid him at all cost. I would suspect the customers who left past reviews are his friends and family, not legit customers.Car had vibrates at 70mph had to take to tire place thought maybe balancing, found out spacer forced on and not put on correctly. Just unacceptable don t trust Jared.Had to replace spacers, due to vibration.Mind you the spacers are what he forgot to charge us for !!!!! And then you do a trash job

Had truck lifeted came out looking good but took longer than expected the over all experience was a little crazy while I had it there I had to use uber and lyft to get to work I went with precise off road because they said it's can be done in one day once the kit arrives but when I dropped it off I had it with them for 3days maybe 4days I can't really remember but it was more expensive in the long run then if I took it to a different place that told me up to 2 days fornthe installation I had to pay $28+ to go to work and another $28+ to get home forn4 days that adds up quickly do your research don't be like me. Also they took it to get a wheel balance amd the shop they took it too messed it up so I had to end up paying for a new wheel aliment. So don't go somewhere that's tge cheapest place I recommend going to a shop that's already been doing this type of work and you won't have extra expenses
