Very unprofessional.Business ethics are sad. They are a ripoff. Don't come here. Constant price changing. Quotes you a price and then gives you a higher bill. Does work that was not discussed nor was I notified about it. Then just to my bill. Like really, I don't know if this work was even done. No manager to handle this issue. So unacceptable. Definitely never bring my 3 trucks back here! You lost a customer.

The police determined that Paul's Towing Service was responsible for fixing an area of my driveway that their truck busted (they were told not to go in that area). The concrete guy was supposed to come the day after Memorial Day. Nothing. I've called them multiple times, but leaving messages doesn't seem to work. They never call back, and no repairs have been attempted.Paul's towing Service can't be trusted to fix what they damage. I'd be happy to reconsider my review, if they'd fix my driveway!

Great honest to goodness people nothing but respect and gratitude for all their services. They are the real deal very professional in so many avenues from every kind of semi to trailers repair or I should total rebuilding dang near everything and take public safety to a highest level by maintaining all their equipment and employees. 10 stars !

Paul's always takes care of our vehicles in the quickest time. We trust Paul completely with our entire fleet. It's nice to know you can trust them to do the best job possible at the best price. I highly recommend them.

Badly over charged for service on my company box truck. Quoted me one price and when I said that was a lot for that, they said that was a high estimate, it wouldn't be more than that. When I showed up it was $70.00 more. The owner, when I went back and questioned him, said it was because he used better parts and oil. I have researched it, and that's not true. The filters he used on my truck are not recommended by the manufacturer. Also. The person that runs the office likes to keep people waiting, because, she can.

Bad experience with shop also buying 2 trucks from this location. My 2 Cascadia that I purchased from Paul broke down several times after first week of work, I noticed after first trip those trucks are not in good shape! Also receptionist will just hang up phone on you if she doesn t want to listen to you. He charge me 2.5 hours of labor for changing oil for my Volvo 670 truck!Nobody charge that much( at Speedco for 340$ you can change your oil with labor and everything)!!!! Volvo 670 output shaft sensor ( transmission) was bad I told him to change that( code was on the board) he tow my truck to Freightliner dealer. 2 days later dealer change that sensor and my truck was fine. I was wonder why he doesn t have to many trucks in shop, now I can tell why! You need to have the right equipment so you can put those trucks on computer to see what is wrong with them!Very expensive shop, better find another one in Orlando! I will never do business again with Paul!

I've had the occasion to use Paul's Towing a few times this year. In every case, the response was fast and they were able to tow my RV without difficulty. This is an outstanding company with which to do business - highly recommended.

The experience that I have with this shop this week was an amazing one. Went there to talk to Mr Paul's and explain some little issues in my truck, seal on my axle and the elbow of the muffler . I have a 2007 freightliner columbia. The toke less than 6 hours to fix my truck. Fast and reasonable price. Thank you very much guys

We broke down in our Dodge Mega Cab Dually last night. We called several places and no one would come get us because they either did not work on Diesels or did not have a roll back big enough or whatever.Paul's answered the phone - after hours, arrived exactly when they said they would arrive and fixed the truck for less than other companies wanted for just the tow.Glad to have found this quality shop.

Pauls towing is wonderful. Jeremy picked up my van from my grand mothers house and towes it to my house. Not only was the service excellent the price was very reasonable from sanford to orlando if you need a tow they are the tow company for the job..

I showed the oil lick from the differential and I asked how much cost to fix the problem,the only thing I have from the manager I have to pay 135$ for 2 ours diagnostic and after he can do a estimat

I am not a customer nor would I ever be and have the company name off the side of one of their trucks. One of their employees/Truck driver waved his arms out the window, cursed nasty, rude and obnoxious comments out the window of his truck at a woman, while loaded with A Little Acorns Bus on his flat bed. Looks like this company hires substandard drivers with bad attitudes, that have no patience. Would not recommend this towing company to anyone!

Paul is an honest and local businessman.He cares about his clients and works hard to take care of them.Big trucks, diesels, towing, etc. these guys handle it all.

Not all towing companies are willing to tow 20+ miles. Paul's Towing was willing and had prompt, friendly and professional service.

Look out for these folks they tell you one thing & demand another. They were very insulting. The office receptionist should attend Charm School, Customer Service Training & develop some organizational skills. Horrible!
