While I have only had work done there a few times and a couple of diagnostics that didn't require work, this place is wonderful. They do quality work, don't pressure you to do anything more than is needed, prices are good, front staff are incredibly professional and you'll see that they take great pride in taking care of their employees. If you go here they work on nearly everything with few exceptions and you'll be happy you chose them. Please, please give a tip - the tips go together for a lunch/event fund for the employees. Can't say enough good things about them.

I brought my 2011 Honda Accord for valve cover and gaskets replacement and alternator replaced. I ve been looking for a local shop not dealership and Motorworks did not disappoint. The facility was clean and well lit at night time. They offer overnight drop off which was convenient. Their work was professional and they updated me on status the whole way. Honest work and prices were fair. Thanks to John and Chris, real friendly folks and client service was top notch.

These guys are top notch !!! Ford dealer told me I needed a new engine. These guys actually looked and found the problem. Got me back on the road and were totally up front and fair. My new go to mechanics !

The positive reviews are legit! This place is really great!!! I came by solely based on reviews and was not disappointed. I needed my AC fixed, and they were able to do it that same day in an hour and fifteen minutes! Incredibly fair pricing and kind people. William and his Team took care of us. This shop is professional, competent, honest and fairly priced. They worked us in on a major repair for my wife's explorer and I was very satisfied with their up front quote and thorough explanation. The truck runs beautifully. This shop is definitely deserving of your business. They will be my go to as I am new to Sanford. Thank you guys. You have a new family as your customers. I have been using Sanford Motor Works for my business and personal vehicle maintenance and repairs for over 3 years now.The staff is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and most of all respectful to customers needs. I recently took my car to Motorworks for the first time, based on all the great reviews and I vouch for all of those reviews. Amazing service, very reasonable cost and most importantly, my car has never driven better. I highly recommend Motorworks. I went to them after another mechanic talked down to me and wouldn't explain anything. Bobby is awesome! He explains everything in so much detail and will always shoot you straight. They're eager to help and willing to listen to any and all concerns. I feel very comfortable bringing my car here. This place I initially found on google and read some reviews some negative and some good. I chose this place because it was close to home and the people seemed friendly. After using them the first time I was impressed the fixed my fan that was for the AC and it worked for a bit and then after some months the AC fell flat again. So I brought it back and come to find out my compressor finally stopped working. I knew it was going to be a pricey repair to begin with. So the guys broke it down to me and understood what needed to be done and let the fix it. The turn around was quick despite the fact another part was needed during the installation because of rust. (Northern Truck) They gave me a fair price on the part at cost and worked with me on labor. I have to say I am very pleased and if I need something fixed if I should return to these guys! My father referred me to this mechanic. He had a good experience with them and suggested I use them also. I had a coupon for $39.95 for a full synthetic oil change. They took care of everything nicely. I must say that I enjoyed their sense of humor. These guys are funny and friendly. Thanks for the great service!

AMAZING PROFESSIONALISM!!!Let me start with our scenario, it s Good Friday, our car won t start and it s a holiday weekend! That in itself is slightly stressful and to add trying to look for a company that can help you, within a budget to have the car back by the end of the day, is a whole other rabbit hole. However, huge thank you to Angela Hughes for helping my husband and I out in our time of need. The constant communication of updates and discussing our options based on our budget was AMAZING! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! Had bearing work done on a Toyota and it was ready earlier than we thought and at the price they quoted! Everyone was friendly and personable and the entire experience from the moment I called Emily to explain the issue, to setting up the appointment, dropping off the car, getting and explaining the estimate and then picking it up could not have gone any smoother! I am SO happy that a friend referred me to Motorworks! I had big issue with my SUV several months ago that was going to be very expensive. I took it to Motorworks and had the BEST experience. I knew from their first diagnosis that I was in good, honest hands. They fixed the problem and saved me money! I am now a customer for life and will never take my vehicles anywhere else! They have amazing customer service, and they really care. It s a pleasure to give them my business, I trust them 100%!! Highly recommend!!

I came here about two weeks ago, and now am finally writing a review. My wife had been using this place for a good while before we got married recently, and had told me they were great in the past. My camry's AC went out unexpectedly and she sent me straight to here to get it fixed. Turns out, they're just as good as she'd been telling me. The work was done in a timely manner, the people were friendly and considerate, and the general atmosphere was one of welcome and care. You can tell these folks care about the work they do and are in it to be a good business. When it was all done and over, they went out of their way to find me discounts and got the price down considerably. Will definitely be returning in the future. :)

Speedy and kind with excellent customer service! They called me as soon as my vehicle was off the tow truck and got to work shortly afterward. When I arrived to pick up my SUV, I noticed that their facility was spotless and quiet. I did not have to wait at all to pay and was on my way in moments.They did not give me the run-around or try to upsell me anything else beyond the needed repair. amazing people.I took my vehicle here after being told by "another company" that my alternator was bad. Motorworks checked and determined that it was just the battery that needed replacing, as well as the terminal connector thingy.I don't know anything about cars and I hung out with the mechanic while he worked on the car.pleasant and thankful all around. will be returning to them if I ever have another problem.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

While writing this review, I want to say first of all, I'm sorry that your vehicle isn't working! I know it can be a stressful time, given that I just had to deal with it myself. However, I want to let you know that if you are reading this review, you are looking into a fantastic business. I could not recommend them heavily enough.I went in because my car was suddenly deciding to overheat at the same time my air conditioning seemed to not be functioning correctly. I looked all over the internet before deciding to give Motorworks a chance, and I am so grateful I did. First of all, their customer service is so fantastic. They are kind, patient, and incredibly welcoming. Even despite the difficulties of the day, I found myself smiling when I was in their waiting room. Beyond that, they were very knowledgeable. It was clear that they knew cars and were able to help me through the entire process. they told me exactly what was wrong, and checked with me when fixing things. But the thing that stands out to me the most is that I had gone in to a few different places and have been charged a lot, and when I left, very little was fixed. They fixed the problem I was having and correctly diagnosed and fixed another one entirely. I've never been so grateful. My car is finally working great again, and far better than when I took it in! Their rates and prices were fair and were a little less than I expected. But most importantly, they honestly and truly cared. They checked in afterward to make sure that the car was working, and I could not be happier with both the service provided and the customer service afterward. If your car is giving you problems, I would strongly recommend Motorworks of Florida. After my experience, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else if I could avoid it. I hope this helps!

My car broke down and the tow truck driver recommended this place because they were "good people." He was so right! They were honest to tell me that the car may be under warranty but it required that I take it to the dealership. That meant that the work would have to be done elsewhere and they didn't even charge me for looking at the car. When I asked about that, they said, "People have to help people." Their generosity will pay off. My friend will be coming tomorrow to get brakes done and I grabbed a few cards to share. Thanks Motorworks. We were recommended by a family friend. My wife and I could not be more happier with this business. They truly care and was very understanding of our situation. This being our only vehicle and certainly having a lot of miles in it. It now feels like a new car. I have a couple of other things that need attention. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Great and quick service, very honest and straight up people. My AC went out and they were able to service my car the very next day (parts and all!)... I would recommend them to anyone. Jon is the person that has talked to us the few times we were there and he is very sweet and very professional; definitely an asset to the company. Prices are very fair and being serviced by them has always been a positive experience. Thank you Motorworks crew!

My engine light came on Thursday afternoon before a holiday weekend. My regular mechanic was booked solid and wouldn t be able to get to my car until Tuesday so I scrambled and looked up the closest AAA shop I could get my car towed to. They were fantastic! Monica was super friendly and knowledgeable, they got my car in right away, fixed the problem, and got me back in my car before 4p.m. AAA discount included. Will definitely go back to them.

I can't say enough good things about Motorworks. We have been bringing our vehicle there for about a year now and I wouldn't trust anyone else with it. Allen is extremely knowledgeable and in the office Angela and Angie truly try to make your experience pleasant. They are constantly keeping you updated with the status so you aren't left in the dark or caught off guard with any unexpected expenses. They aim to make you feel as though you are part of their family!!!! If you need any work done on your car, from personal experience I can promise that you won't go wrong with Motorworks!!!!

Thankful I chose Motorworks to have my car worked on. They were honest with their assessment of work and some preventive maintenance that needed to be completed on my car. Also felt the charges were more than fair for the work that was done. They will be my new go to shop for oil changes and any future maintenance that will need to be done. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have superior customer service. Thank you Motorworks for taking care of me and my wheels!
