Fadi was awesome. I came in with an exact idea of what I wanted. I was very particular because the previous year I purchased a new car and turned out to be a lemon. It was a pretty grueling experience and I decided to change over to a luxury car so that I never had to experience that again. Fadi listened to my requirements and took the time to find me the perfect vehicle. He went out of his way to make the process smooth and gave me weather mats which is super important when you have a toddler. Thank you to the finance department for working with my budget and getting me my dream car!

Had a first experience with a recall on my car. So glad I chose to have it done at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando this winter. The entire day was geared to their efforts to work the appointment into my schedule & graciously changed the arrival time to fit the departure time of my granddaughters flight on the day I d be coming to Sanford. (Saving me a 90 mile 3 hour round trip!)Secondly, from the moment I drove in (10 minutes late), the car was checked in immediately, I was sent to a spacious waiting area with Free snacks & several beverages and told it may take as long as 4 hours. At that time transportation was offered if I needed to get a bite to eat etc.. Having been forewarned I settled in for a long wait. About 2 hours later I was heading home in my freshly washed vehicle complete with a new carburetor at no expense to me!!! That s as Good as it Gets!

When I arrived there were salesmen greeting, usually other dealers you'd have to go in, or someone on there phone... But not this dealership. I was out in about an hour. The vehicle I purchased was sierra Denali! I would e never thought I'd end up at Mercedes Benz dealer, but I am truly glad I did!Great service and great people. I and thee happiest person!

This is my first experience with Mercedes. I came in to look at a vehicle and I was promptly greeted and welcomed. My sales representative, was so amazing and spent a considerable amount of time with me showing me the vehicle features. The process was so seamless, everyone there were so kind and helpful. As a customer from Texas I cannot say enough great things about Mercedes-Benz North Orlando. My first experience was a week ago with salesman France Charles. He helped me from start to finish and even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to pick up my new vehicle. I cannot not say enough about this young gentleman. If you're ever in the area purchasing a vehicle you must ask for France Charles. I give him 10 out of 5 stars. Best car buying experience I've ever had thanks to Mercedes-Benz North Orlando.

I had service as well as an auxiliary battery replaced. Josh my service advisor was great . He treated me very respectful, listening to my concerns regarding my vehicle. In addition he was able to get my car done in a very timely fashion. Thanks Josh and North Orlando Mercedes .

The worst of the worst, I was a customer of this dealership for several years and today I went to have my car washed and they told me that the car wash did not work. I called to make an appointment for later and I found out that the car wash works. But things happened for a reason. I went to another dealer and they treated me with respect and I was able to find the electric SUV for my wife. God is good. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. no one MB sanford the worst

I took my car in for (2) recalls and requested for the service coordinator to replace the air cabin filter. He called me back with a $300 quote to replace a cabin filter. I also asked if he could evaluate the cigarette lighter to see if I blew a fuse bc the phone charger would no longer work in it. When I declined to have him change my air filter for $300, he refused to help with anything. He told me my cigarette lighter had a blown fuse and that it wasn t covered under warranty and that Mercedes didn t have any fuses in stock to even assist. When I picked the car up and asked him where the fuse box was, his response was you will find it . I will not be returning.

Well I have a massage they said $4500 to 5000 I drove for 1:30 minutes, then they said only 4000 that as shame I have no choice and give the car for 4000, that was a still. Be side everything Mr France was really guy good attitude and sensor of humor. Thank you very much.

Bad, terrible customer service by Rob, or Robert whatever his name is. His treatment towards us was condescending rude and patronizing. We went there for a recall, and I scheduled an appointment (2 weeks from the initial call) and got there, other things (long story) happened with that guy that made me so upset for the way he was talking to me and my husband. Anyway left the car there for the recall to be fixed, 2 hours later we got a call back that they didn't have the part and we needed to reschedule it. What? What kind of business are you running there that you had 2 weeks to make sure you have the part and I understand that things happen but if you don't have it you call your customer and let them know, not only your time is money. My husband had to leave work to meet me there so he could make sure everything ran well but nothing went well. Then this guy had the audacity to emphasize that I got a free Uber ride and a complimentary car wash, give me a break, like I got up on a Saturday morning thinking ohh wow I feel like wasting my day going to the Mercedes Benz Dealer, get upset for nothing that is my fault but great I ll have a free Uber ride and a carwash. Really like you are doing me a favor? This is not the first time we had a bad experience there, the last time my car was there it took 2 months for them to fix it, and when I got it back the front passenger control panel was broken and I know that was not broken before and they just went when I told them.

David Persad at Mercedes-Benz North Orlando was amazing! He made us feel that he was on our team and truly wanted to help us through the warranty process. We loved that David was a dedicated Sprinter advisor and that he had so much experience with our van mode. In the end, all repairs were completed and we had a our van back earlier than anticipated. Thank you David and thank you to the entire service team.

Purchased a pre-owned Lincoln Navigator from here. Great car buying experience. I have purchased multiple vehicles and this experience has been great.Offer for my trade was fair and selling price was better than other dealers. Smooth transaction and my salesman Christian has been excellent.Would recommend Mercedes Benz of North Orlando.

The Sanford store took care of me after a lack of communication with the Maitland store! I set up an appointment online for a 22 sprinter with 3000 miles on it, check engine light on, morning of the appointment they ( maitland store) reach out to me to tell me they don t service sprinters , and that the tech should have told me( no tech involved, like I said appointment was booked online) very poor communication at maitland store. So had to rebook another appointment at Sanford store, during a week day ( original appointment was on Saturday) which now means I am losing work( workVan). Very happy with Sanford store and quick turn around, totally disappointed in Maitland store!!

I had scheduled service with extremely rude service technician named Robert. every time I go he gives me a hard time. If some is supposed to be fixed or under the warranty, he gives me a hard time about it and he use verbiage that makes you feel less than worthy of his service. For example, today he tried to emphasize that he got me free repair on Mr car before, free Uber ride de and repeated this sentence several times when it s a complimentary service for Mercedes customers . I am very upset. I tried to talk to someone the phone did not go through. I will not be returning for any more services with this location. I will trade my car and look for a different branch. I expect superior services as I have always received and everything have changed this year 2023 for me.

Took my car to be washed and sat there for over 1 hour with no one coming to get me. Upon checking with the service team, my car was unaccounted for....lost. Was at the location for 3 hours before they finally found my car. At least I have my car back. Worst experience ever. Everytime I think it can't get worst, it does. Will never go back there again. Disappointed!!

Honestly very disappointed in the customer experience provided by this dealership.Just came off the lot with a new to us Mercedes. We were only provided one key, no owners manual and the interior is dirty. I am assuming the vehicle at least got a wipe down.One would think that certain things should be a given when purchasing a vehicle, new or used.

The service department here is great, in particular Bianca. She is super kind, keeps good communication and makes sure the loaner is electric since our vehicle is electric. They are a stark contrast compared to the Melbourne dealer I had previously had to deal with.
