Prompt, professional, stand-up service. I wish the world would get back to this level of service and communication. No pressure to buy anything extra. They did exactly what they said they would do in the allotted timeframe. A respectful salute to Marvin; a genuine and personable professional. He's one of those people who garner's your trust from the first hand shake. You can sense the good rapport between the service writers and the technicians after being there for just a short time. That makes me, the customer, immediately confident that the entire crew is working to fix my car the best way they know how for the best price. Because of this experience, Mavis has gained a return customer. I intend to buy news tires from here; as well as have my front and rear brakes done when the time comes. I was so impressed that I took the time to write this review before I left their parking lot.Job well done.

We slid into the store after experiencing tire issues on I4 - slightly in a panic because we were gonna be late for a wedding. The team leapt into action so fast when I said I needed to get there and hadn t seen these family members for a long time. They didn t have the tire size, but they sent a guy out immediately and they came back with it in a flash. Even showed me what happened, separating tire.The tire was changed, and they pulled the car up to the door still running so we could cut and run in 30 minutes flat. Friendly, FAST, and so kind. Y all are the best. We made it to the wedding festivities, and have a great story to tell about how awesome you guys were. We were calling you our pit crew. Thanks so much, stay awesome.

I highly recommend the Sanford location. Marvin was able to get me in promptly as I had gotten a nail in my tire. They were able to patch it. Did my oil change as well. Staff was super friendly and worked promptly to get my car back to me.

I have been to this location a couple of times, staff is very nice and professional! They are always willing to help me out and I don t feel like they are trying to push sales. I will definitely be taking my car back whenever I need another service

I cannot say enough good things about this location! Marvin and Michael are phenomenal. Marvin helped me through the whole process of figuring out which tires would be best for my build, and was so honest and upfront about what would be the most efficient for longevity and price. They were also about $600 cheaper than other quotes I had been given for everything I need to have done. Lifted trucks can be tricky to get right, but their experience here with these types of vehicles puts them above the rest. Michael was always glad to answer my questions, and was so quick to get me in to get my truck taken care of. You guys are the best, and my truck feels brand new again!

The employed are not only incredibly kind but also go over the top for their customers. My sister ended up going in the morning for a flat tire and had a second one and was back in by the end of the day and they were so caring about the situation. They have always handled our problems so well and in a very timely manner.

I stopped in without an appointment after traveling on I4 and ended up losing air in my tire from a screw. Marvin was amazing! He took care of everything and I was in and out within 30 mins! I m so glad I chose to go here! Best service!

My ride was feeling a little unbalanced on the highway. I gave the store a call and they were able to fit me in before I head out on a Thanksgiving trip. They were able to fix the issue quickly and check out the rest of the vehicle before we hit the road. It has been a wonderful experience working with them. Called and got call center, I told the guy that answered I had Michelin tires and wanted the same or comparable I was quoted Uniroyal. After reaching I found I would not be happy with them, called back the next day. Got Nick in the store, told him what I had and what I wanted, gave him my price range, he gave me 3 options and ultimately sold me 4 Continental tires. I love them! Smooth quite ride, handle great. Nick and Michael are great, service was also great. In and out in 45 mins. I'm so glad I called back and got the store.

I love it here, it's not often that you can actually say something good about a workshop. I can honestly say, I trust the staff at Action Gator Tire Sanford, this is a nice place with good, honest, hard-working people.They treat you right, they are good at what they do, they are sincere and nice to deal with, thank you guys.

Marvin and his guys were amazing! My tire appeared to be losing air and he fit me in quickly on a busy Saturday, checked everything and replaced the valve stem. I would highly recommend Action Gator Tire and Marvin. They were friendly, prompt and professional.

Had scheduled to replace the tires on my truck and my wife s car(approx $4,500 worth of work). Arrived with my truck and they broke a lug nut, the gentleman came in, handed me the lug nut and basically said have a good day. So you break my equipment then tell me now it s my problem to fix??I understand if something happens, we can work something out to resolve it. No one offered anything, here is your lug nut and good bye .sad

A few months ago I got my tires from here and the experience was great. As with all of these Florida Roads, you get the occasional nail in your tire(s) and bring it to the experts. I am very appreciative of the staff for always providing great customer service and a great experience.

I went to this tire center because I had a nail in my tire. I was informed that it wasn't a nail, just a tack and there was no puncture.My tires were then filled with the proper amount of air. They were nice enough not to charge me.I will be back.

Marvin, Bernard, and Nick are great to deal with. Always get my vehicles finished in a timely manner and for the best price around. All the guys in the shop are nice as well. Highly recommend

Spoke to Michael today and he quickly was able to find my tires in their system while I was on the phone. They are not common tires (245x35x20) but they had 2 options available. He had them ordered for me and sent over to the Sanford and they are currently being installed. The price was great too (just under $1k for all 4, with installation included). Will report back after I pick up my car but so far, they were great all around.

Good work!! Went there for an oil change and the action gator tire work team did a great, was in and out within about an hour. This place definitely made my list on places to come back to when my car needs help.

Hands down this is the smoothest this Ford Transit van has ever driven. I have driven this van for 2 years and 1000,000 for the company I work for. I had a alignment and two tires replaced. The van now runs down the highway with no vibrations with very little steering. The service was very quick professional. I felt very comfortable with the quality of men who performing the work on my Van. And the professional sale and mangers in the office. See you guys next visit

I had an issue with my lock on my door. They were quick and found it was something simple. They didn't try to jerk me around and this is by far the best and most honest mechanic in Central Florida. Best prices, friendly and honest service Action Gator/Mavis is the best mechanic to use.

Excellent customer service!I discovered I had a nail in my tire a day before I was to go out-of-town. With a tight schedule, the window of time to get it fixed was extremely small. I took my car to Action Gator Tire on Lake Mary Boulevard, where I usually take my car, but, because it was close to the end of the day and they were backlogged, they could not take me. Instead of turning me away, they called the S.R. 46 location, who agreed to fix my tire. When I arrived at the S.R. 46 location, they took me immediately and had my tire fixed within 20 minutes. They were friendly and professional!

Michael, Marvin and the rest of the team are always friendly, honest and provide outstanding customer service. I have been using them for years for various services on tires, oil changes and even an AC compressor replacement last year that was diagnosed and addressed in just a few hours. I will continue going there for vehicle service needs and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for honesty and not trying to charge for you stuff you do not need. Keep up the great work!

I had such a great experience at Action Gator Tires when I needed a new set of all 4 tires for my SUV. All of the staff is friendly and very informative. They don t try to upsell you and are straight forward.They even do oil changes, recharge A/C which I had done and was very affordable. I didn t realize how much of a difference there is when the A/C is full. Great place and located in a visible area off SR 46.

Needed to get my tire fix, they were a bit busy but were able to accommodate me fairly quickly. Second time we take out car here and they get the job done. Marvin checked me out and he was very kind. Quick and easy.

Called for an emergency appointment to get my tire replaced due to a bubble, and Michael was extremely accommodating and got us in same day with good tires. Shop was super nice and professional the whole time. If I lived near, I would come back for any service.
