Great guy. Had him put some tires on in the past - but, this time more of a serious issue. Steering wheel was shaky, to my knowledge, all steering & suspension parts seemed fine, not knowing much about tires, the tires passed in my diagnosis as well, well - fortune told me otherwise. Told me not one, but both were bad, pointed the flaws out, showed me straight up. Straight to the point, good tires, good price. Appreciate it again buddy. If you have need tires, or suspect tire issues, come here. Fortune s got your back.

Great place to get tires! We had a front right tire with wire exposed, ready to blow out. Fortune, who is the owner, explained to us why this happened and showed me and my brother where the issue was. A bad upper bushing. We knew there was something wrong and we were told by other shops/mechanics that first a diagnostic test was needed and that we would have to replace basically the whole front end. Fortune identified our problem free if charge.This amazing gentleman treated us with respect and his integrity has earned Fortune Tires and Auto FIVE STARS!!! Thank you Fortune!!!

Reliable, budget friendly and mobile! Doesn't try to steal your money, or rip you off. They work in the best interest of you! Always willing to help and 100% knowledgeable and honest. I 10/10 recommend coming here, all of their services and tires are always given in quality. Its a place you should have saved in your contacts fr!!! I love their tires too, Fortune Tires always come in clutch

Owner is extremely helpful, goes above and beyond to take care of his customers!! Very honest, gave me a great price on 2 excellent condition tires and even came to meet me at 9 at night to fix an issue I had. Great people, great service.

Inspect your wheels before you leave if you decide to go here!He broke five of my lug bolts, and one of my four "new" tires had the steel wire sticking out of the wall. He installed it backwards (unlike the other three with the white letters out) just to hide it.The video I attached is the shake caused by the defective tire on the highway 100 miles from home. The tow truck guy informed me that when the steel blows out on the inside like it did, it loses its circular shape and becomes more egg shaped.Furtunes cheap tires ended up costing me thousands of dollars. He deserves to be out of business.

Fortune has great prices on new tires and does the installation while you wait. We needed new tires on our trailer for a job and Fortune and his team knocked the project out first thing in the morning.

Great People, Great Service, Great Prices. I pass this place daily in my commute and never had a need to use them. On a Friday I noticed a nail in my tire and stopped by to have it looked at. They were able to patch it and put me back on the road in under 40 minutes. Two days later my Mom saw a nail in her tire. Another trip to Fortune Tires and about 40 minutes later she was also on her way.I highly recommend the experience of stopping here for service. The owner was surprised when I told him that my last name was Fortune as well. There is no relation, but we all had a good laugh at the coincidence.

I cannot say enough about this shop. I pulled in with a flat without a previous having been here. They dropped everything to help and get us back patched and back on the road. Extremely friendly and professional I haven t experienced this level of customer care at any other tire shop!! (And they take Apple Pay!!) I will come here for all my future tire needs.

Had a tire about to blow out went there and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was amazing I would recommend them to everyone who needs car work.id give them 10 stars if I could. I can't thank them enough.

I went with my tire already off of my truck around 6:45 pm. The guys there took the tire off my rim and replaced it with another one. Charged me $57 to do it. I told them my truck was on the side of the road. When I got back to my truck and put the tire on it it went completely flat. I went back to the store and they were gone.

Great Service and Professional Attitude! I came to Fortune Tires to get four tire for my wife's car. I was shopping around for pricing and he beat the other three locations pricing by around $100 and still gave me options for comparable brands and explained the difference between each type. I planned on purchasing my tires from Fortune unfortunately my wife bought tires on-line that we could not return that I was not aware of.Fortune confirmed what she bought was still good quality and gave me a deal as if I bought the tires from him on the install, balance and mounting compared to other locations even though I did not purchase the tires from him. One major concern I had was the TPMS sensors getting brokendue to past experiences with other tire shops. Not only was he friendly and professional he answered any questions I had during the full process and explained why that happens and showed me how the install should be done properly to avoid that. I honestly felt like I went to a certification class in tire installation by the time he was done he was very knowledgeable and his 20 years of experience easily showed. Fortune was quick, professional, informative, and aggressively cheaper than a lot of the other shops I called around to. He even referred me to another location that offered cheaper wheel alignments in the future if I need it. I am very picking when it comes to the service provider I choose and I believe integrity is important regarding the quality and value of work someone does and how they run their business not taking advantage of clients and over charging. I plan on bringing my car to him in the future and I have already told my friends and family about the service. Thank-you!

I talked with a gentleman named Fortune. Very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I had a quote from another tire store for under $200 for a set of 4 used 17 inch tires. That was without the mounting & disposal fee.The young man that I met at Fortune Tires , ended up being the owner of the store. I left with 4 , like new 17 Michelin tires, mounted and balanced, for a price that was cheaper than any of the places I called or visited in person.I have now found a tire and auto mechanic in Sanford that I can share with my family and friends.Honesty and pride in your work still exists, at least at Fortune Tire & Auto. It s nice to stumble across a place that you can share your experience without hesitation!!Thank you Fortune!!Eric Hanson

Great place friendly and inviting. Also I was told my car had a $700 problem come to find out is was only some spark plug cords. Under $100 out the door and back on the road. Thanks again!I'll be sure to recommend your company for any mechanics and tire needs.

Owner was super friendly and helpful, showed me what he did on the car and never tried talking me into unnecessary repairs. You can know absolutely nothing about cars and come here without feeling like you re getting raked over the coals. Will be returning here whenever I need work done!

I blew my tire on I-4 heading to Orlando from Sanford...the first tow company (Athens towing) lies and said they would be there an hour...long story short I had to call another tow truck and these guys stayed open 2 hours past closing to change 2 tires because he promised. Good people and fair and honest. Would recommend to anyone

Got a power steering fluid flush, oil change, and 2 new tires. Good service, good prices. He has a large selection of used tires, they worked out great! Smooth ride, its like a new car because of the great balancing job! Thanks Fortune and Company

This place saved my day for real!!!! And my tire the tire had a failed plug and really needed to be patched. He showed me what was wrong and patched it quickly and efficiently. This place is always open no matter what! Rain sleet sun or snow, doesn t matter, these guys are always here working hard and ready to get your car back on the roads quickly. They say you can t have both fast and good service, that you have to pick one, well not here at Fortune! Service is GOOD and QUICK, the very definition of efficient.

I cannot express enough gratitude toward Fortune. It is a pretty helpless feeling being over 100 miles from home with a car full of children and a very very flat tire. It was getting dark and every other auto store closed at 6pm. I was resigned to not being able to get home when I called Fortune tires. Fortune was willing to help right away, even though it was nearing closing time. We got a replacement tire quickly, at a VERY reasonable price and were on our way home. When my kids were all in their own beds and I had a moment to relax in my own home, I knew it was 100% due to the kindness and helpfulness shown to us at Fortune Tires and Auto Services.

I had a great experience here. The owner is nice and didn t try to take advantage of me. I was a woman alone in a tire shop.. an experience which at some places would likely be an awful experience. Here it was great. So thankful! I saved money and got what I needed!

Got 4 tires mounted and balanced he made sure that it was done right and I left happy. he even stayed longer for me while he was busy with other customers. Awesome place great price, would definitely recommend

I went here to get my AC fixed after having been to two other places that gave me temporary fixes. AC is now blowing nice and cold consistently. I also got an old tire replaced. Fair pricing, fair assessment of problems without any upselling. I would definitely recommend:)

Outstanding service at a very reasonable price. Owner very friendly and caring about customers and goes the extra mile. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone in need of used tires or an oil change.

I went here for an oil change. (Yes they do more than tires) the man that runs the place is a very nice guy.I will deff come back to this place! Conventional Oil changes are cheap $25. And the other oil types are cheaper than vavoline.If you are looking for good honest hard work at a good price , go here.

You will not find a better tire shop in Sanford or in the county of Seminole. Prices are on point and have the best service ever in my 30 yrs of buying tires for my vehicles. You need a tire you need to be at 201 north maple ave suite 4!!!
