Had 4 tires mounted an balanced at this location the pricing was fair the people are nice an the service is good one thing I will say is when I drive home I had a couple of lug nuts I can loosen by hand if you get stuff done there just double check whatever is touched

Was traveling to west palm beach and on the way I stopped in for a tire rotation and these guys had me in and out within 10 mins! Couldn t have asked for better service! Definitely know what they re doing highly recommend

Got a quote on some tires for my truck. Thought i was getting a good deal. Found the same tire online for a 3rd of the price. The manager is over charging on new tires by 200 to 400 hundred a tire. Dont get ripped off. On new tire from there. Dont recommend them from for anything.

I ve been here once before. ..five stars for that time. They patched my tire in under 15 minutes. But today, I drove straight from work in Daytona to come back here (remembering the excellent service from the time before). I arrived at 5:40pm. Nobody was there, cones were blocking all lanes, and the doors were locked. I called the general manager s number posted on the door, and he didn t pick up. An employee finally noticed me, and motioned to me from inside that they were closed. I pointed to the sign posted with the hours, so he poked his head outside saying the last car is taken at 5:30pm. And he made sure to add that he had already turned off the air. Again, no customers around, nothing keeping the employee from quickly patching my tire. Why is this place posted open until 6pm if they really are not? I have a nail in my tire, really wanted to give this place my business, but clearly they don t need it.

I've been here 2 times now. They educated me properly. They did only what needed to be done. That didn't request all these crazy. Expensive things and the prices you just can't beat them. I'm going back and if you haven't been. You should go to.

Total bottom feeder outfit. Don t do it. Go somewhere else. The guy with the tattoos on his face also lacked basic social etiquette. There are plenty of other places to get tires cheap.

Saved me almost 275 that Toyota wanted to charge me for a new tire because they claim they couldn't plug my tire. Went to Empire with intentions of buying a tire but was told they can plug the tire and I didn't need to buy a tire. I'm glad they were honest and saved me money.

I had a unique problem I needed a lug nut key. I went to many places no luckMonday a nice guy put air in my tire so I remembered him and went back.It was a miracle they had the tool and I bought a good tire economical priced. I recommend this place I was treated extra special.They have my business for now on.

If I can put a zero I would. First off. I called and the lady who picked up the phone stated they took their last car at 5:30. I drove from deltona to Sanford to get there at 5:30 just for them to tell me the current cars there are the last cars there. Instead of telling me you take the last car at 530 you should of said. I'm sorry we have our last cars for today and not waste my time rushing to get my infant and kids ready along with putting the tires in y trunk just to hall a$$ to make it by 530 and they LAZY LAZY LAZY A$$ WOULD NOT TAKE ME AMD YOU CAN TELL THEY DIDNT CARE OF THE EFFORT I MADE TO MAKE IT BEFORE 530.

Very professional. Gave me an honest opinion on my rotors. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They worked with me as well on getting the brakes installed. Loved my experience and will probably be making this my new go to shop whenever I need rotors and/or brakes.

I ve been here a few times and never had any problems. The last time I went, they decided they were going to scrape the dirt off my wheels with a metal bar to balance them. Now even I know that s not how it s done. So now here I am with over $4,000 wheels with scrapes all around the inside. Don t bring big wheels here, they DO NOT like to change them and they definitely let you know that by their actions. Beware.

We have dealt with a lot of big name companies that just want to rip everyone off and were tired of it. We finally found this place and they did our front end on our kia for a price nobody else could be beat and they did a great job. I even gave it a few weeks before leaving the review to make sure car was good.I will definitely be taking my vehicles there for repairs from now on.

Was there about a month ago and got two tires from them... About two weeks later i start to feel a shacking in my right front tire... I live 2 hours away in Vero Beach FL and had to get my tire replaced again bc they sold me a bad tire.. I called them to try and get it taken care of and they tell me the nothing they can do bc it's been a month... I had to get a while new tire from someone else and they won't give me a refund or anything bc I don't have the receipt... This place does nothing but bad business and i could i would give them no stars...

We had a flat tire and had to stop here Manny was awesome he had the tire off and the spare on in just a few mins everyone was really friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend stopping here for your tire needs

Very nice people, alignment was my goal and they haven't been able to because the alignment setup was not working. Tires they always have one when I need one.

Poor customer service! They literally are scammers! They made me buy 4 new tires and told me that my tires were no good . I went for an alignment today and my tires are rotten from the inside! I went back to this place and told them and they had my tires the original ones they took off my car for resale! I told them I want back my tires because how in the world are you gonna tell me my tires are bad and now you telling me they weren t bad! Then why in the world would you make me purchase 4 new tires and those tires are bad!!!!! The manager lady was disgusting and kept threatening us to call the police because we was telling her she is wrong and they scammed us! When we asked for upper management number she kept smoking her cigarette and blowing it at us! Not helping or cooperating! Never will I ever go back there! They are nasty people !

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I went to get 2 tires and I was blessed with amazing people. Melanie, Rich & Shawn were all very informative and even shared some info. about my brakes. They didn't have to but they did. That showed they cared about my safety not just getting my money. Highly recommend.

Great service, professionalism, and prompt. They fixed my tire due to a rusty nail. They checked all the tires, topped them off with air, and even put air in my spare tire. Fantastic people and experience.

Well I guess all good things have to come to end. Been coming to Empire Tire for over 20 years. They'll always have the best prices on the best tires. But now they got the worst prices on the worst tires and I even tried to charge me to rotate a tire after I bought the tire, they've never did this before. I bet you're what I want never be back!! the owner wants to be a cheapskate he won't have my business.!!

It was an excellent experience specially after coming from a horrible experience with another tire shop Driver Tire the same day.Mrs. Melanie was very professional and with clear communication, I was able to fixed my car tires situation.In addition Shawn was super efficient with the process of replacing my car tires. In my opinion Shawn is an expert in wha he does. Overall I recommend Empire Tire Inc 100%.

Ran over a nail. I took my car here after putting on a spare, they promptly patched it and reattached the tire in 10 minutes. Quick and efficient service at a good price point. Highly recommend.

Rob who changed my tire was very nice however some guy named Mikey was very rude. He ruined my entire experience and should be fired!
