I can honestly say that I LOVED my experience at Ducati Sanford. Going there is like a cool moto-hangout with good friends. Both Dave and Oscar made our purchase process go seamlessly, making sure all the information was clear, transparent and not putting pressure to complete a sale. Oscar even took us for a cool test ride as it was demo day, where I got to confirm the Scrambler was the right bike for me.What a special day it was! Not only I got the bike I was looking for, I also became part of a great family and gained new friends. My wife and I are extremely grateful for you guys!

What a wonderful experience! This was my first ever Ducati and I am so glad I got to work with this dealer. Cody was the sales guy I was working and man, what a fantastic guy. He was so patient while I was struggling to make my decision, did answer the 200 questions I asked and gave me the time I needed. He even stayed beyond his shift hours to help me out and made sure that I have got everything I need (this was before the sales). His manager David is easy to work with and they made the purchase so smooth.One thing I wish they would do better is to share the price breakdown over email so that it won't get lost over a phone conversation. Totally understand that they have a process to follow and they do that for a reason but being from far away made it a bit difficult for me to wrap my head around the price breakdown until I got there.Anyway, that doesn't change anything and I would still go to this dealer. And, I 100% recommend anyone planning to purchase from here.

There is no better dealership in North America than Ducati Sanford. Major shout out to Cody for making the purchasing experience seamless and quick. Not only did Cody give me an amazing deal on my 2023 Zx6r, but delivered the bike to my residence FREE OF CHARGE. What a awesome experience! This was my first ever Ducati and I am so glad I got to work with this dealer. Cody was the salesman, I was working with, what a good guy. He was so patient while I was struggling to make my decision between a Indiana FtR, he did answer all my questions I asked and gave me the time I needed. He even after his hours to help me out and made sure that I have got everything I needed, David the manager is easy to work with and they made the purchase so smooth.

After moving in to the area ( Daytona Beach ). I heard that Ducati Sanford was a good place for your all things Ducati . So I stopped by a few times. It s like meeting a good friend every time when you walk in there.And who d you most preferably buy a new bike from if not a good friend. That said, during my visits, I ended up trading in my pre loved, by me, Ducati for a new one.Best buying experience ever. But it s more than that. David Pieser and Cody Maki were incredibly helpful and friendly. I bought a Ducati V4S Panigale and David made every effort to negotiate the price to a level I was comfortable with. Additionally, they streamlined the process to make it as easy as possible for me. David and Cody are super cool people and really good at what they do. I would Definitely recommend for future business

From the first call I made to the whole experience of choosing the right bike I wanted, Cody and the whole team made us feel welcome and at ease. No pressure, friendly all the way, patient and extremely knowledgeable, every person we came across was a pleasure to deal with. We left with the bike I have been dreaming to have for over 3 decades. I couldn t be happier with the bike and with the people who made this an awesome experience.

Wow, the Sanford Ducati was one of the best Ducati shops I ve ever been to Dave is the man he showed us so much love when we showed up it was unbelievable the best service the best people really a special place really a special shop. I can t thank these guys enough for helping me out and giving me an unbelievable vacation, I came from Boston and I didn t have a place to store my bike and they just instantly were ready to help me out. I would like to leave my review regarding my recent purchasing experience of my new Multistrada from Ducati Sanford. In my search for a new motorcycle, I contacted over 10 Ducati dealers across the United States, and I want to highlight the excellent service provided by Salesperson Cody. He was always helpful and attentive, and whenever involvement from Manager David was needed, he was also extremely helpful and attentive. David showed genuine involvement and interest in assisting me and cared about my motorcycle purchase, making this buying experience truly special. I would like to emphasize that among all the dealerships I contacted, they not only offered the best service but also provided me with the best deal, which led me to travel over 1,000 miles to purchase my bike from the team at Ducati Sanford. If you are considering buying a motorcycle, I highly recommend contacting Cody and David. I am confident they will do their best to help you close the deal! Thank you very much, and when I decide to upgrade my bike, I will be calling them again.

Love these guys! In my search for the new Multistrada V4 Rally, Cody Maki and I started talking in early January. He scored me their first allocation of the Rally in February and it delivered last week (May). Cody, and sales manager David Pieser, have been great to work with and look forward to years of this relationship. Can't recommend them enough! As for the bike.... Wow, my wife says i am like a little kid. Truly makes me feel like my first motorcycle did, just can't wait to get on it again. Ducati Sanford, Cody and David are the best! Called in wanting to test ride a Panigale V2 and V4. David Pieser worked with my schedule and I came in on a Saturday.Zion Steindl took me on that test ride, and man oh man was it a blast. After talking with David and Zion I decided the V2 Bayliss was the perfect fit.Zion and I went over some parts lists for exhaust, clutch case cover, reservoirs, etc. Zion is very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful.David begged me to stay after my test ride so I could see what the Ducati family is like at Ducati Sandford. We celebrated a birthday of the DOC Sandford president. I m glad he did because the environment at Ducati Sandford is like no other. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, and this made buying my first Ducati a very exciting experience.Shout out to Jimmy in the service department who went over the parts list with me even while I kept changing colors on the clutch plate!Thanks again DucaTeam!

I had a great experience at Ducati Sanford. Cody and David took care of me from the test ride to final purchase. They answered all my questions about all the bikes and worked with me at my own pace, no pressure. Picked up a Multistrada V4s and it s been awesome!

Purchasing a motorcycle from Ducati Sanford was a great experience and I can't thank David Pieser, Cody Maki, and their team enough. I submitted a request for information and was quickly contacted by David for assistance. Within a couple of days I went to the dealership to meet with David, who continued to be responsive to answer my many questions and brought in Cody to assist as well...who was just as knowledgeable and supportive. They set me up with a test ride and a day later I was back in their dealership to purchase the motorcycle. During the entire process, they never seemed "salesy" - it was more about making sure that there was a fit and I had what I needed to make the decision. Post sale has been no different - they continue to answer my questions about additional accessories and are treating me as a part of their Ducati Club. I recommend Ducati Sanford, David, Cody and the rest of the team (Parts and Service included) to anyone!

Wonderful and amazing experience for purchasing my Ducati bike here. I highly recommend riders can get your next bike at Ducati Sanford, even you don t live in central Florida area.I don t live in Orlando area but I tried to get my bike here a few months ago. Most of the time I communicated with their sales manager, David Pieser, and sales specialist, Cody Maki, through emails and texts. They always answered my questions in detail quickly and did their best to satisfy my need without putting any pressure. I got a cool Ducati Sanford T-shirt from David as a gift when I first visited their store during my shopping tour in Orlando. David is so nice and generous!Right before my bike s coming, Cody worked with me very closely. He not only confirmed every detail but also provided me lots of information and options. I can say he is definitely one of the best sales specialist I have ever met for purchasing an automobile.To my surprise, I got a huge discount for getting a full exhaust installed from David when my bike arrived at their store. Also, Cody gave me a beautiful Ducati Rizoma accessories as a gift when they delivered the bike to my home. I should say they always give the customer more than you expected. I am so happy to get my bike from them!

Truly the best experience I have ever had buying a motorcycle! I have always been a Harley girl but damn this Ducati handles like a charm. I never thought I would be into Ducati but David and Cody changed my mind. These guys are amazing! I'm so excited to be a part of the Ducati family! David and Cody make sure you are welcome and feel like family. These guys really made my buying experience one I won't ever regret. Originally, I saw this cure little 800 and I'm not into smaller bikes but that one looked fun. Cody made sure to bring an 1100 so I could try them both. I was in complete and total shock with how well that 1100 made me feel. I loved it but I was still hesitant. Cody and David did not pressure me at all. They were very patient. It was the most relaxing and fun buying experience. Cody and David and the whole Ducati team really make you feel like family. The guys in accessories were great as well. They are very knowledgeable about products and go above and beyond to help you. My husband and I both bought bikes that day. Thank you to the Ducati crew for the wonderful experience and warm welcoming. I look forward to doing business with you in the future and I'm proud to be a part of the Ducati family!!! I am complimenting and thanking Cody and David who sold me my 2021 Ducati Xdiavel S in mid Feb 2023. They were easy and enjoyable to talk with and test rides as well as trade-in 'give and take' was satisfying and lacked any high pressure. I considered 3 different bikes and figures over 11 days and they stuck with me through it all and I got the best of the three. I've purchased 23 bikes since 1972 but this is the first from this dealership and sales folks and I was treated right. Thanks again.

Cody provided excellent service and detailed updates throughout my order/purchase. David also helped out explaining costs and giving a fair price. Overall I am extremely happy and satisfied with Ducati Sanford! A great and helpful team with no pressure. This is how buying a bike should be.

There are not even enough words I can say about how amazing my experience was at Ducati Sanford. David and Lorenzo treated me so unbelievably well from the second I walked in the door, then I found me exactly what I was looking for, and gave me a deal; that I don t think anywhere in the country could beat. Had an absolutely top-tier experience purchasing my 2020 Ducati V4 motorcycle from this dealership. Everyone from the owner, sales - sales management, and service/finance were phenomenal throughout the process! It was also a nice surprise to get one of the first base models to hit the US. Bike came in much earlier than I expected. Working with David and Patrick was painless and straightforward. The follow through and customer service couldn't have been better. Highly recommend this motorcycle dealership!

I emailed inquiring about a bike. David responded immediately. I decided to go to the dealer to browse around being that I had no knowledge about Ducati bikes. I met David and asked if he could go over the line because I wasn t sure what I wanted. He was awesome. He explained all in detail and had me sit on each to see what was most comfortable. I told him I d get back to him because I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. This was a ZERO pressure experience.
