Got the very nice Kevlar lined jeans from here but ended up not liking how they fit but I able to return them and got some nice chaps that I like. The staff was cool to some educated banter and answered all the questions I had. Not much in the way of saddle bags but had lots of maintenance things. Good store

I needed a pair of riding jeans. I wanted to be able to try them on as the sizing seems to run small or larger depending on the manufacture. I went to your Sanford Fl store and was shown the jeans that were available. There was a good selection with several sizes and types available to try on. I was able to find a great fitting pair of jeans and pick up a pair of gloves at a good price. I will be back.

While they may not have everything you need or the prices may be skewed, the customer service is excellent. Even over the phone on a daunting task, Art was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

This review is definitely for Bryan!!!! If you re coming to cycle gear, and you re not sure on which item to select for your needs Please ask for Bryan, because he s very very patient, knowledgeable! I was very indecisive on my item, but Bryan went over everything to help me choose without trying to sell me something I didn t need! I m extremely happy with my purchase. It s always a pleasure to walk in a business and get acknowledged. I highly recommend to my friends and family Cycle Gear 100%

I love cycle gear but the shipping could use some work! Twice I made a purchase and it says ships the next day but it took a week to ship on both orders! The first order I had to go to the local store to check on the order. They called customer service and then they processed the order to ship. Instead of 3 days the order took 2.5 weeks to receive!

Great location and the sales associate was simply awesome. I walked in and was greeted by a young man (associate #11864), stated what I was looking for (battery charger), he give me his recommendations, I purchased the item and was back in my vehicle less than 10 minutes. THANK YOU!

If you need anything ask for Art or Adam, they helped me get my Dunlop MX 34 s installed both guys know their stuff. Hard to find guys like that these days. Excellent customer service, and professionalism. Thankyou Cycle Gear for hiring polite & knowledgeable staff that we can trust.

I love this shop. If you're just in need of some gear or essential tools. They're the place to go rather than a dealership. They don't have HJC helmets like I hoped but me and my boyfriend picked up jackets and gloves for a good deal for really good quality. The bilt gloves weren't the best. The velcron is coming off a few days later. But everything else has been great and the customer service is great!

Honestly, coming from a former employee at the CG in Sanford. I was pretty disappointed in regards to the help and the knowledge. On top of everything, after spending 200 bucks on Xmas Eve so I could get a 4 wheeler running for my son the battery I purchased was a bad battery.Disappointed in the service provided. But super nice employees.

Love this place. Great staff, they always steer you towards highly rated/certified safety gear. They give you their honest opinion and don t try to sell you garbage you don t need. They care about rider safety above all else. It s guys like Aiden and Zaryn that keep me coming back here even though I have another location that is closer.

My first time in the Sanford Florida cycle gear store had me so impressed with the service provided and the inventory that it allowed me to purchase over $1,300 in gear. Store representative Art was a big part of my decision making to purchase all my new gear at his store. He helped me with helmet, jacket/jackets (yes I bought two of them) and gloves (after my fav Alpinestars choice, Art showed me the new BILT Enduro gloves, so nice I had to get those also) to include he presented me with the benefits of the RIders Plus membership which I took advantage of. I saved a bunch of money and I got some awesome gear!!! Thanks Art!

From start to finish it was a great experience!! I wear a large sizes and it's always a pain to find things that fit. He associates at this location were very helpful and took the time to help me find The winter jacket I need. The store is well kept up the items are all stocked what more can you ask for!! Not to mention their pricing is very good on all products!!

I was nervous at first going in for a basic full face helmet knowing this is place normally caters to motorcyclists (I was looking for a helmet for my new electric scooter). They were very welcoming and helped me right away and immediately found a perfect fit for me based on what I was looking for. I ll be coming back for some additional accessories!

Employees are always helpful and happy to help. Prices seem fair to me considering the arm and leg Seminole Power Sports charges you. Every time I go in there it s a quick trip and they help you get everything you need without trying to sell you on other stuff, if they don t have what you re looking for they will point you in the right direction if not have everything shipped to the store. 10/10 recommend over other power sports/cycle shops I ve been to.

MASSIVE THANKS TO (AYDEN)!!!!! YOU ALWAYS COME IN CLUTCH!I was on a group ride Sunday with the boys. During that ride, I hit a very large bolt about 1 ft long, and it immediately blew out my rear tire at around 50mph! After I safely came to a stop after 1 close call, I called this Sanford cycle gear location right away and asked if they had the tire I needed. They had the tire instock, so the time started ticking! I got a ride home with a friend to grab my truck, and a uhaul trailer went back to Lake Mary to grab my bike and load it onto the trailer, and headed to Cycle Gear Sanford. I removed my rear tire off of my bike in 15min and got them to mount and balance the tire in 30min. I was in and out in an hour after arrivig, and they were okay with me leaving my truck there for just a couple hours while i finished the ride there and back on the ride with the guys! THANK YOU AGAIN AYDEN!

Unfortunately I don t remember the name of the guy who helped me, but he was amazing! He was super sweet and super knowledgeable. I was able to find the exact helmet I wanted at an amazing price as well as gloves. 10/10. I will continue to be a loyal customer of this store for years to come.
