Horrible experience Ethan and Ralph are misleading and fed me lies the whole 2 months my car was in their shop! I had a spare tire stolen from my truck and I had to order and install my own emblem that Ethan said was back ordered. I received the part in s days. Don t believe anything these guys tell you run away from this shop please heed my warning. My hood doesn t work and panels are missing from my car!

Caliber Collision is hands down the best repair shop in Central Florida that you could go too for repairs. Madeline was my advisor and she was absolutely amazing. I never had to worry about any concerns because she kept me informed every step of the way. When I got my car back I was so thrilled to see how well the appearance was. It s as if it never happened! Madeline even checked my rental in for me so I didn t have the stress of taking it back to the rental company. I cannot recommend Caliber enough. They were truly a god sent, and I m forever grateful that my car was sent to them for repairs. Thank you Caliber and thank you Madeline for such a pleasant experience!

This shop has the greatest customer service and my vehicle went in a front end mess from accident and out a beautiful, looking like brand new. The paint was perfect and I feel like it's a new car again ! Many thanks to the talented body and mechanical staff.

I was rear ended and took my car to Caliber. The entire staff was fantastic, keeping me up to date with everything. They even handle your rental car and will call the company and keep them updated as well on your repairs. Madeline was my contact and she was awesome!

The repairs were so good that I believe the truck looks better than when I bought it. Everything was perfect other than the 2 week delay due to be short handed in painters. Rob made this easier by providing good communication throughout the entrie process.

I used Caliber for a recent body repair on my Kia Sorento, had a great experience. Rob was very professional and helpful through the whole process. They did a great job and went over and above, even topped off my windshield washer fluid. Even got my vehicle back to me in time for the Christmas holiday.Would use them again and highly recommend them!

Would never recommend anyone to go here. My car got into a wreck and the other persons insurance company sent me here. Never again! They called me in to go collect my thing out of my car since they deemed it totalled and one of the employees stole my brand new battery and replaced it with a old one! If I would've never brought it up they would've kept it. They returned it back to me a week after that. They are nice people but not trustworthy at all. I wouldn't be surprised if they stole anything else out of my car. The insurance company was supposed to refund me the money for the battery but since Enterprise kept it too long "trying to find the battery" I didn't get the refund.

The most dishonest, dangerous shop you can allow your car to be at. Left their shop with a broken strut and steering rod amongst many other negligent errors, including an alignment that reported it was not even aligned properly, mean while this vehicle was released as "done & repaired to its original state". Was argued with by Rob the service advisor about everything I brought to his attention, only to be RIGHT. I guess it's because I'm a gay woman that I couldn't possible know what I'm talking about Now dealing with the actual manager of the shop who can't even take off a wiper blade These guys have 0 workmanship, integrity, abilities, they don't even have an ounce of honesty in not 1 of these people.....now we are stuck driving this car 200 miles with a sideways tire on top of paying for repairs that were supposed to be ALREADY PAID FOR AND REPAIRED....let's pray none of of DIE ON THE WAY HOME! Posting this now Incase something happens!!!

Worst place I have ever dealt with. Receptionist never at desk. This business is unorganized and unprofessional! When I came in, they had no idea where my paperwork was! When I came back, they had lost my key! Wrote estimate yet didn't want to do repairs! Trust me, save yourself the hassle!

Best customer service! Every staff in this location is absolutelyincredible. I crashed my car and had to bring it here for repair and I definitely had the best customer experience. Madeline was on top of everything during the repair. She kept me posted at all times and made sure that everything was on track. Ezequiel also made sure that my car was receiving the best quality service. Deanna never missed any of my calls. They were all very patient with me and worked with my hectic schedule. My current car performance is actually way better now than it was before the damage. Will definitely come back here again for future repair services! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!

From the moment I walked in the door the service and attention was excellent, Madeline very kindly assisted me and the best part was that every day I had an up date of the work done on my car. Ashley was also very kind and Ezequiel was excellent and explained everything to me. My car was as good as new and they gave it to me washed. This place has the best customer service!!!! Ezequiel Rivas (store manager) is always on top of every situation. My daughter's car looked as new when they finished the repairs. Mr. Rivas personally took the time to call me and explain every step of the process. Mr. Fernando Santos has a great asset. I brought my car here after being hit in a minor accident. Noted to CC specifically multiple times my alignment was off (the main reason for needing car shop). Told my car was ready after a week, only to drive off with the same problem, not sure how they managed to miss this. Needed a tie rod replacement. Major. Had to return AGAIN after all this, finding a loose piece of the car body they had missed a clip inside. Having had such an experience, I am very worried what else was overlooked and not addressed, probably going to take the car to another shop for a second and hopefully more thorough examination.

I should have left this review way earlier but we know how life goes. I came here with my front bumper literally hanging on for dear life, almost touching the ground. I have a Mercedes so I would rather shoot myself in the foot than take it to the dealership; and thanks to Ezequiel I didn't have to. He fixed my car himself in like 10 minutes maybe not even. He's the general manager there so I was impressed that he took the time to do it himself when he didn't have to. Overall Im really happy with the service here and I would absolutely recommend this spot for people who wanna skip the BS.

This is my second positive experience with caliber collision over all. With regards to this specific location, I found it to be clean and safe. The building was welcoming. Danielle and Madeleine helped me with repairs to my vehicle. They were very nice offering me a water or coffee while I waited. They were accommodating of me bringing my kid with me too.They went above and beyond. While they were not at that time on my insurance provider s network, this was something they had not trouble taking care of. In addition, they handled the rental, arranging to have it ready for me at their shop. They also arranged to have it turned in there. They coordinated with Enterprise on my behalf. Adjustments with the insurance company were seamless. They did all of that stuff. I didn t have to do much other than initiate the process with my insurance, link them up with Caliber, and show up. Thanks to your team for making this a positive experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought in my vehicle for evaluation after a car accident. They weren t responsible when it comes to ownership of my car keys. Because we turned them in and with all our key chains etc thinking we were going to get them back after the vehicle was fixed. Just for us end up not having our keys returned to us and when we try to claim it back they lost them and don t want to take the blame for not giving back the keys in the first place.

Trust me, not happy when something happens to my vehicles but had my daughter's car repaired and then recently had some damage on my vehicle, again an excellent experience. The GM Ezequiel, Deanna at customer service, and Chris the service advisor were all very helpful, smiles, and walked me through every step of the way. They even handled cost for repairs directly with the other carrier, keeping me updated constantly. I usually would have to call others to just get an update, but they are on top of things. Car came out in pristine condition both times and with a lifetime warranty you just can't beat it. Oh! I wanted to mention the other lady service advisor who was so sweet.
