On 2/20, I purchased a car battery from Byron Zuniga at this store. I asked him to install it for me, which he did. He also checked my alternator to make sure that it was working okay. It took him a bit of work to remove one of the bolts from the positive terminal, but he was persistent and removed it. As noted above, I am giving him a five-star rating. He discharged his duty professionally, and for that I'm grateful.

John M was an excellent associate. He fixed my battery terminal checked my battery and alternator and starter and got me on my way. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I will shop there again. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience shopping there.

I stopped by because I drove by a bush and it scratched the side of my car. Miguel came out and took a look at the scratches, helped pick out the products I needed and then offered to fix it for me!! You can t even tell! I m so thankful for his help! I tried to give him a tip and he wouldn t accept. Give the man a raise! That s the spirit of America and what we need more of in this country.

Great service by Miguel Rivera Fonseca! He exemplifies true customer service! He installed the battery (under warranty) and wipers for my car in minutes! Very hospitable and did a fantastic job! Will be back for any future parts/work. Thank you!

Miguel was so very helpful with my finding the correct lights for my car and also put them in for me which is a big help because I m a single mom so was very appreciated. And Beverly was very kind when she cashed me out. Truly a great experience

Miguel had wonderful customer service, he let me know what he was doing and why. He let me know for the future what parts I would need and explained what to look for. He installed both filters on my car and replaced my headlight. He was a great guy! Store# 4859

They didn't have the alternator I needed in stock my mechanic had to go to Altamonte to go pick it up there. I'm very disappointed with places that love to charge a lot of money for parts yet they make us have to pay and go out of our way to go get what we paid for. Is their responsibility to have it on stock or have someone bring it to the store for the customer. I'm very disappointed.

Absolutely above and beyond customer service. My truck overheated while driving on 17/92 I was barely able to pull into the auto zone. Miguel ran a diagnostic test and it came back as possibly thermostat related. Well I need to get back on the road ASAP. Miguel not only got the thermostat but also quickly installed it for me.

Came here to get insight on trouble shooting my gas gauge. Older Indian guy named Michael on crutches had no idea what I was asking about when I said it just like that. He said "oh you need the code reader" so I said "sure" . He said "wait by your car for me" . Watched him help 10 more people and then his young co worker came out to help someone who came after me with their car outside. Terrible customer service and no actual car knowledge like you'd expect from a auto part store. Update : all the cars left the parking lot and no one has come outside to help me. Update : went inside and he finally came out. I've told him SEVERAL times I was asking about trouble shooting a fuel gauge. He handed me the print out and kept saying "it's the abs sensor" . I asked him if that would cause the fuel gauge not to work. He still went on about the abs. 0/5 stars he did not care to listen to me or properly help me at all. I'll be putting in a formal complaint with headquarters.

I've been dealing with this store for years now, and every time I need to go.. ugh !! I know it's gonna be a fiasco . They always give me the wrong part, or wrong size, wrong price.. Always! I know 1trip, will actually be at least 2 trips and 3 hours of my time. SMH .. Every Time!

I bought a starter from Auto Zone. My husband installed it but it was running loud so I called a mobile mechanic who found the starter was NO GOOD.If it was a good starter I would ve saved myself over $300. Very disappointed.

I purchased a bolt set which I ended up not needing so when I returned it the manager who was VERY RUDE wouldn t return it because it was missing a bolt. It must ve been defective because I never used it! I ended up going to location on French Ave and Kendrick the manager took care of me and refunded me with no problem. The manager at this location should take notes and have better customer service skills! I won t ever go to this location again. If you want helpful and friendly service go to the one up the street on French Ave!

I was in the store the other day and there was a new girl that was working, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable on vehicle and the product that would get my vehicle running smoothly.Beverly Tatem was amazing she took the extra time to make sure we had everything we needed for the oil change and she suggested we get other product glad she was there to help out with what I needed

Bought a battery for a couple days ago. Used AutoZone's site to check the compatibility and choose a battery, went in and it was out of stock. I spoke with an associate about finding an alternative, she pulls up all of the options and I asked specifically the differences between them. She responded only about CCR and Reserve Capacity. Nothing about AGM or EFB. Ended up choosing the Duralast H6-DL, a battery without AGM technology, which ultimately is not compatible with my vehicle. I go to return the battery today and give Byron some context and simply asked to return the battery. He immediately responds that this is actually my fault and was unsure if they could process the return. He goes on to say "Well we would have immediately recommended the battery with AGM, and if you chose the cheap one, its on you". Ultimately, this level of professionalism is so far below what I find to be the requisite level that I will personally never shop at this location again and maybe never with AutoZone again. Its absolutely ridiculous to be told that I'm at fault for something when all I want to do is return a battery that is not compatible with my vehicle, when I have done the due diligence using AutoZone's own compatibility tools and spoke with an associate regarding my choice, asking again specifically the differences between Duralast, Duralast Gold, and Duralast Platinum with absolutely no mention of AGM or EFB technology. Ultimately the experience with the young lady originally when I purchased the battery was fine, I wish she was maybe more knowledgeable but my gripe is with Byron and his unprofessionalism.
