Joe is the absolute best advisor I've ever had in my 15+ years of driving!! He is extremely knowledgeable and always has my Pilot running in tip-top condition! I couldn't imagine a better experience than I do with him! Every time I go in, I feel like family, and he always has my car ready in a timely manner. I travel a lot for work, so his attentiveness to every issue is super important to me and never fails!! Thank you so much Joe, and I look forward to many more years of working with him!

I was scheduled for a svc appointment at another AutoNation space, and I came in to get my recall, oil change done. I met with Travis who was well beyond the 5 stars that I can give. He was like no problem il get you all fixed up, do all the recalls, and then called to inform me of other things that they found to fix on my vehicle. He was so helpful and really honest and took great care of me. Thank you Travis for everything! If you need service SEE TRAVIS

My Service Advisor, Donovan, was very informative. He was able to emplain what needed to be done thoroughly. He gave me an approximate time of completion for the service before I brought my car in so I could plan my day accordingly. Even after the service of my vehicle was done, he made it clear that if I had any questions or concerns at all he would be happy to help. I want to give credit to the mechanic as well for the fixing the issue as fast as he did.

Honda AutoNation is the best! We bought our Honda pilot there and have loved all of our servicing appointments with them. They are very timely, respectful, and honest! Definitely recommend!If you need a sales guy, Charles is the man! Super friendly and always finding the best deals for his customers! We love him!

Jon was very personable and gave us the estimate prior to service. During the service he kept us informed of the progress. After the service he delivered our vehicle freshly washed and explained everything that was done. The next time I schedule service, I will ask for Jon.

We were very pleased with the service and professionalism of AutoNation Honda Sanford. I've been to many Honda's and this is the first time I'm taking the time to give a review because they deserve it.We went without an appointment during a busy so we waited a bit and their manager left his management duties and got us started which was very unheard of. Then we went in and got to watch part of a movie in their theater room. They offered us beverages and such. The only thing missing was the popcorn. And oh we didn't have to pay full price because of their online coupons so that was neat.I would definitely recommend them and stop by next time we're in town.Thanks AutoNation Honda Sanford!

Unexpectedly great experience with my service appointment! Greeted / acknowledged right away. Service manager kept me informed - texts, photos. Job done quicker than anticipated! Check out smooth and my car was even driven up front for my departure. I would be happy to bring my car there again!

I had my car in for a recall repair. I had a 7am appointment, hoping to get in and get out. They anticipated a 60-90 minute repair. It ended up being approx. 150 minutes (including free car wash). They were professional but I wish more prompt in completing the repair.

I ve been servicing my car at Auto Nation Honda for ten years and they never disappoint. My service advisor Joseph takes care of me every time. I always have a pleasant experience when I drop my car off for service. Yanira is exceptional. She goes above and beyond with customer service and communication. I have dealt with many of the service guys there too. The service manager that worked yesterday morning is really nice and understanding. Jon helped me as well and let me know what was needed for the car honestly.

I booked my appointment Saturday morning. I booked the appointment for 7:00am. I told the service advisor over the phone I had warranty on my vehicle for the oil change. She was great over the phone. I brought my car in this morning. I ve been at this location only one time before, and it wasn t the greatest experience before either. The gentle man that helped me was Jon I communicated with him that I have warranty on my the vehicle with fidelity. It took two hours to do an oil change because fidelity didn t open until 8:00 for him to confirm my information. I am not understanding the fact that I had an appointment at 7:00 but he waited to send my vehicle to get worked on while he was on hold with fidelity. The oils change needed to get done regardless of I had warranty or not. This location is the closest to my home, but I try to avoid coming here because the customer service is not the greatest. Jon didn t communicated with me until 8:35am about what was happening. He proceeded to tell me that my car was being washed. I didn t get my vehicle until 9:00am. I live in Altamonte Springs. I used to go to the one in clermont because that s where I bought both of my Honda hrvs, but it has become a hassle to drive 45 minutes just to get an oils change. That s why I decided to give this location one more try, but I am just very disappointed in the lack of service and customer service.

After shopping around and visiting several dealers for my Honda, I found exactly what I was looking for at Autonation Honda. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted outside by Richard and quickly introduced to Charles who took me on a test drive. Once we returned to the dealer he took my information, we worked out the numbers and before I knew it I was in the finance department signing away. My purchase and buying experience was extremely smooth and quick with the help of their team. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend them for your next Honda purchase.

Thank you for doing my oil and filter change. Also, thank you for the wheel alignment. I did get the report of the alignment and what changed. But you did not check my fluid levels, or at least did not fill the wiper fluid level. I tried to wash the windshield, and nothing.Thank you for being there for us, and doing what you do.TR

This was my first visit to Honda nation of Sanford and i was pleased with my service. Travis was my advisor and he listened to my service needs, gave me quotes for repairs with no pressure. My alignment could not be done due to rusty bolts. The manager, Brian, had lifted my car to show me with the master mechanic, Robert. Again, there was no pressure to perform the recommended repairs. After given all the options, I chose to have the repairs completed.

Jorge was very attentive to the issue I was having with my car, he explained and showed me the car feature's functionality as well as the coverage and the potential service cost beforehand. Jon, my Service adviser, was friendly and kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle. The windshield washer motor stopped working and the motor was replaced and covered under warranty. Jon periodically checked on my car and reported the progress to me. He was friendly and I would highly recommend bringing your car to this dealership.

I bought a Honda Accord like a month ago, I didn't have the time to do my review. So Sergio Perez was my sales person and he was awesome and very helpful. He did everything he could to help me to buy the car at good price. I m a happy customer. Then last week took the car to check something andKenny was my service advisor and he was very professional and knowledgeable. diagnosis and exactly knew what my car needed and helped with the warranty. Had my first service performed Jorge was great! He listened and gave me good and timely information. Service waiting area was vey comfortable. Service performed quickly and car wash and vacuum much appreciated . Coffee was great, but not a fan of styrofoam cups

I bought a brand new 2024 Honda Odyssey in December. I noticed my breaks were noticeably squeaking. I took it in to the service center the first time and they shaved the front rotors which took 3 hours. They never test drove after to see if that resolved the problem. Had to take it back a second time and wait 2 hours to replace the front break pads. I then asked if they test drove it to see if that resolved the problem. I was told no, because they worked on the rotors and pads, there is nothing left to fix. After I left, I noticed the breaks still squeaking. I then got a hold of Brian, Manager and he was able to listen to my frustrations about the situation, understood and got me yet another appointment. But this time he offered a rental so I didn t have to wait there for hours yet again. I dropped it off, they gave me the rental and almost acted annoyed that I was back as I was checking in. Sitting there for over 5 hours with my 2 year old and missing work was definitely not something I wanted, nor expected after purchasing a brand new car. They called to let me know the parts were not available and they would have to leave it over night and would be ready the next morning by 11:30 am. The next day, I called at least 5 times to check on the status before I drove out there. No one returned my call until 2:30 pm to let me know it was finally ready. It would have been nice for someone to call me that morning just to let me know of the updates. After everything was said and done, they replaced the front rotors as well, but the squeaking did not stop. This did test drive it this time and realized it was the back rotors the entire time, not the front. They shaved the back rotors and the squeaking finally stopped.

My experience was amazing. My sales rep, Manny, was not at all high-pressure, and did not have the used car sales person appeal. Rather, he treated me like a human being. I enjoyed the experience overall. You guys have definitely made a customer for life.

I brought my 2022 Accord Hybrid in for an oil change. There was a little of a challenge because I had a service plan with Protech, and I did not know the contract number. The technician was able to find the number. It help was greatly appreciated!

I received excellent customer service and punctuality. I met with service advisor Jon Boyles, and he told me my service would take approximately 2 hours and was also able to arrange a minor fix to my rearview mirror on the fly. By the time I finished my coffee, I was out the door. I highly recommend anyone with service issues to bring their Honda to this service center and reach out to Mr. Boyles. He'll take care of 'ya. Danovan was my advisor and I was very pleased with the attention he gave me. My car was finished in an hour and I was very pleased with the service provided. Also, the waiting room and surroundings I found to be very comfortable.
