This is my usual choice for oil changes. No complaints on the service. Although an oil change on my Mustang GT has become quite expensive (to me) they always find a coupon to cut me a break.

Incredibly slow! Waited quite a while to get my car pulled in (we even had an appt) and there was only 1 car ahead of me. The guys walked around like they were on a break. I finally get pulled in and stood waiting - no one told me I had to go inside to get checked in. All other dealerships someone comes out to greet u and ck you in. No one in any sort of hurry yet it was going to take almost 2 hrs for an oil change. Grrrrr!

Fast good service on my oil change and tire rotation. A lot more expensive than the same service at Ford in Fernandina Beach Fl. Plus only 5,000 miles before next oil change opposed to 10,000 miles as this place used a "blended" oil vs Fernandina's full synthetic oil....
