It's hard to find a dealership of this caliber in today's business environment. Kenyon went the extra mile every step of the way to make this deal happen quickly and seamlessly. Don't hesitate to shop here because you certainly won't be wasting your time and you'll be spending less of your money ! It's seldom I praise a finance guy but I really enjoyed my time with Manny. If you re going to buy or lease from AutoNation Ford Sanford be sure to ask for Champ! He s very knowledgeable and professional and truly lives up to his name. I seriously couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience. Champ took the time to walk me through every single feature of my new truck and I truly appreciated that. I never felt rushed and he truly made what s normally an exhausting experience truly pleasurable. I drove over two hours to pick up my truck and would gladly do it again just to work with Champ again.

I've taken my Shelby F-150 here a few times and never had a problem besides them overcharging for certain things, but I expect that at any dealership.Most recently my backup camera stopped working. I dropped it off for a diagnostic. It was a blown fuse. They replaced it. $160 or something like that. It is what it is. But... I'd love it if someone could please explain to me how they managed to damage this part (see photo below) of my truck?Good Luck reaching anyone here that's in a higher role than a sales position! I've been trying for weeks. I called and got told the one time that the GM was on vacation, then I called my service advisor and asked for the directors phone number which never gets answered and then goes into a touch tone rerouting option. My advisor Greg (which I like Greg, he's actually cool) told me the director would be calling me that day. Well... That was last week and NO ONE has called me.Last time I take my truck here and I do not recommend this establishment.Thank you guys for messing up my $130,000 truck! Still don't even know how it's possible. I actually took it back once and you all should have seen the hack job they did and it ALREADY CAVED IN, not even a week later. Unacceptable.

Great place for purchasing a new vehicle, plus their service department is the best around.I just had an oil change and was pleasantly surprised that their prices were lower then the national chains, that do just oil changes.They have a great staff, very friendly, and took my truck in at the scheduled appointment time.I will be going back for all my service on my truck.

AutoNation Ford Sanford is awesome! They fixed several oil leaks on my 6.7L F250. She runs great. Kept me informed throughout the repair and sent photos showing progress. John was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this service center.

The service advisor I spoke with through the whole process, Stephen, was incredibly helpful and kind. I felt like he and the technician really cared about my car and making sure it was safe and functioning properly. I also felt like they cared about me as a person and did everything they could to keep costs down while still providing top notch care. I will be taking my car here from now on because of this wonderful experience. Thank you Stephen!

Most impressed w/ Aaron. He communicated well about his ETA, his arrival, and his completion of the job. Aaron walked up to me and had his hand out to shake mine. I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford Sanford. The car that I bought had no wiggle room to negotiate because the dealership had already taken so much off the price, so that's how I know I got a good deal. I was able to text my sales guy Stephen based on my preference and we got the whole deal finalized via text. I flew down from GA to pick up the car and it was in great condition regardless of having a lot of miles on the used Cadillac XT5. I was able to test drive and inspect the car on arrival and sat down with Jorge from Finance, who had great interpersonal skills and got me out the door feeling great about my purchase. I didn't intend on getting extended warranty from the dealership, but Jorge worked with my numbers to make an offer that suited me.Since I live in GA, I'm not sure if I would make it back down to do business with them again, but if I find the car that I am looking for in a few years and it's located at AutoNation Ford Sanford, I would truly be pleased to do business with them again.

I had a Toyota for the past 12 years and recently purchased a Ford. The difference in customer service is incredible. My service representative, Stephen, was great! He explained things clearly, communicated effectively while the car was in their shop. I was having a problem with the infotainment which they could not duplicate. Despite that, Stephen kept going trying to figure it out. I believe he did because so far so good.As a courtesy they will pick the car up from your home or office to make things convenient for the owner. If you choose to drop it off yourself, they offer to give you a ride back to your home or office.Customer service is stellar!

If you go to Autonation Sanford, you MUST work with BILL. I bought a new 2023 F-150 over the weekend which Bill helped me navigate through the purchase process. Bill was diligent in sending me information prior to me coming into the dealership and informed me about the offers available to help me get the best deal. When I showed up, Bill immediately greeted me and had the vehicle I was interested at the front of the dealership ready for me to test drive. Bill was my advocate and a great personality, helping me to make the purchase make inside my budget for what I wanted. Bill worked with me for a long time, over several months, allowing me to take my time on when I was ready to purchase. Highly Recommend Bill.

Excellent service department. The entire team was kind, attentive, and professional. Greg made sure to have all my requests on the vehicle handled. They offered me a shuttle ride back to my house and to top it all off, they even delivered my truck back to my house after the servicing was complete, free of charge. One of the easiest and efficient services i ve done on a vehicle.

My experience with AutoNation Ford has been underwhelming for the past 3 years. The staff are friendly, but the process to make an appointment is tiresome. Multiple attempts to make phone calls and being put on hold for upwards of 20 minutes, no call backs are frequent, and miscommunication is common. There is only 1 diesel technician, who is so over worked he does a half effort job while rushing to the next appointment. This isn't an issue with the employees, it's an issue with AutoNation. This service center is under staffed and under resourced. Before AutoNation bought this dealership the service department was stellar. My recent appointment was scheduled, but when I called to confirm the appointment the morning of it was advised the appointment was not sent to the diesel mechanic and I would have to bring my truck in later that day. I had the appointment for a week and scheduled my only day off around this. The inconvenience of an afternoon appointment changed my entire day making me reschedule other personal matters to accommodate the mistake they made. When I picked up my truck the dashboard warnings about low coolant additive snd the check engine light were still displayed. I had to go back into the service center after paying and ask them to clear the warnings, which in my opinion should have been done when the vehicle was serviced. They also said I needed new wiper blades, but I had just replaced the blades 4 weeks earlier and they did not need to be replaced. My appointment last year I asked for the windshield cleaner spray nozzles be replaced as they weren t functioning properly. When I retrieved my vehicle i found that they hadn t been fixed and only the oil change was done. When I notified them that the requested repair wasn t complete they advised they forgot and would fix it the next time I drop off the vehicle. Incomplete and unprofessional work done by the mechanics has become a pattern. I ve been a customer of this location since 2013. I would not recommend this location for vehicle service any longer and my business with any AutoNation location is done.

The entire team was incredible! Jessica and her attention to detail was fantastic! Dave shared his knowledge of the features of the F-150 and made sure I understood the features. Jorge in finance office took his time to make sure I understood everything. Overall my experience was a home run!!!

This is honestly one of the best experiences I ve had I was struggling for about two weeks. Wondered if I was gonna have a car and they pulled the exact truck. I wanted from Miami to Sanford and allow me to pick it up very quickly and did everything in the power to give me the best rate and the best payment, honestly I have no complaints. Only complaint I have is that I can do it twice. Anthony was absolutely amazing and helped me every step of the way and kept constant communication. That s top-tier service and I appreciate that 100% 10 out of 10 if I can give more stars.

I special ordered my 2024 Ford Maverick XL through this dealership and just took ownership of it this week. The process could not have been any smoother. Champ was a great person to work with in sales. He was very persistent, but professional for the few weeks we were working on coming to terms on a deal. He worked hard to offer me a fair deal on the car that I wanted. Charlie the finance manager was excellent. Very honest and ethical individual. I would do business with this dealership again.

Unfortunately I have had a pretty awful experience since purchasing a pre-owned truck from AutoNation Sanford.When I purchased it, I was told that the vehicle went through a 139 point inspection. Within the 5 day return window, I took it to a mechanic for a purchase inspection for my own peace of mind. They found a leak coming from the oil drain plug, headlights out, completely missing license plate light assemblies, and the A/C blowing 10-15 degrees warmer than it should.I was able to get this all fixed by the dealership but shouldn t have had to pay out of pocket for my own inspection after Auto Nation supposedly did their own but missed all these things.After owning the vehicle for less that 3 months, it broke down completely in the middle of the road. As a result it had to be towed back to the dealership for additional repairs and since my limited warranty didn t include towing, I was out of additional money for the tow. Once the parts were fixed, I was then informed that it also needed a battery as well.The people in the service center have been friendly and helpful but unfortunately, I wouldn t recommend buying a vehicle from Auto Nation Sanford. Between paying for inspections on my own, covering tow costs, buying a new battery, and countless hours of pure hassle, this purchase has done nothing but cost me money out of pocket and time.

Great sales staff and wonderful experience from start to finish. Most people don t have great car purchasing experience but the staff here made it the easiest nicest experience ever.I also had to recently take my vehicle in to service for some minor tweaking. The appointment was easily made on line and when I arrived I was assigned my personal tech that took care of me from start to finish and stayed in touch with me via text on when my vehicle was done. I will only use ford service from this point forward.

I previously did only a quick 5 star review. After thinking about it and the holiday being behind me I want to elaborate on that. We had what we believed to be a serous manufacturing issue with our Ford Fusion. AutoNation was able to get us an appointment on the next business day. They were able to diagnose the issue and confirm that it was indeed a recall / service bulletin based issue. Because of that they made sure the repairs were done without cost to us. During the process they paid for our rental car, and were always in touch about the progress of the substantial repairs. In the end, they offered to have the completed car delivered to us, which we accepted. Everyone we encountered there, whether in person, by phone or email was very pleasant and committed to getting this job done for us and making sure we we informed and pleased with the results. We would definitely go back to this business. Thank you all.
