I love this dealership! Two of my previous cars I purchased here and all of my services are done here. The staff is amazing and takes great care of me and my car!! My service advisor Marcos is really nice too and is always so helpful & kind. I would definitely recommend Acura North Orlando for your dealership and service needs.

I've been going to the Acura dealership Service for about 15 years now, with 3 different vehicles, and referred my sister whom purchased a car as well. I've never had an issue, until Monday. I went with no appt. for service, and when pulling in was asked did I have one? I stated no, and immediately was treated like a kid waiting last to be picked on a team. The gentleman gave straight attitude and said, well you will have to just wait until I'm finished with these other cars (which I didn't mind), but it's in the manner he did it. So once I was assigned a Service advisor (which was different than my usual) I addressed it and an apology was given on behalf of that gentleman by the service advisor. The service advisor was very nice, but I felt uneasy the rest of the time being there. My work was completed but the next day, I took my car to my second dealership (since I have more than one vehicle) for other recommended services. I received top notch treatment and service. This makes me look at Acura dealership a bit different now. This is my honest review.

I drive out of my way to come here. Service advisors are very honest and very respectful.They make me feel like a family every time I visit this service center. I do completely trust this dealer and their service center with all my needs. I highly recommend you this dealership with all the required needs. You should really give it a try. Outstanding customer service! Ivy helped me get a flat tire replaced last minute, although we arrived 30 minutes before closing. The entire service department was so quick, kind and professional, making us feel welcome and well cared for. I'm on my 5th Acura and wouldn't switch to a different brand of car simply because the service you get at Acura is unparalleled.

My car was needing an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades. I was greeted promptly and my service completed in a short time. A little pricey but what isn't. The service text were very informative and I thought a nice feature of the service. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Jeff Morton has been my advisor for many years and never disappoints. He was very flexible with my schedule as I had to change it a few times due to my Mom being hospilized. The technician sent a video during the multi-point inspection so I could easily see what was being referenced. Great experience all around!

Carolyn & the service department were excellent. Having to have my vehicle towed in and not being able to be present left me a little anxious. However getting the video about everything found and what was being done made me feel that I was in good hands.

I worked with Marco at Autonation Acura in Sanford. He was very detailed in getting me answers to my questions on my timing belt install and leak from my oil pump assembly by having me talk to the mechanic for better understanding after watching the video. This was truly and pleasant experience.

My service advisor, Jeff, helped me make an appointment. When I arrived for service he listened to all my concerns and questions .patiently and answered all my questions. Car was serviced, video sent to show all the details, and he explained everything! Walked with me to my car and made sure I was happy with the service and completed to my satisfaction. Great service department!

It is always easy to get service on my Acura RDX at AutoNation Acura. The waiting area has WiFi and is stocked with a variety of soft drinks and water. There is also a coffee and hot chocolate machine there if you are in need. When my Acura RDX went in for service, my advisor gave me a time estimate which turned out to be very accurate. AutoNation Acura is really a nice place!

I took my 2023 MDX in for an A1 service, which includes oil change and tire rotation.Juliana is my service rep, and She alwaystakes excellent care of me and my car - she is the best! They serviced my MDX and had it back to me in record time, about an hour and a was washed and vacuumed.

The reception was very good by the service advisor ,he wrote down all my repair requests, and gave me the time period for the servicesI enjoyed my waiting in the show room with cup of delicious coffee, and my car was ready before the time and everything was great in order as always ,I'm very happy with Mr. Jeff Morton my service advisor for many years.

Started out with Tech declaring to my wife, her scheduled appointment would take 1-1 1/5 hrs so have a seat! JUST TO SET HER NEW RDX KEY FOB! Then leadership - Marcos- step in. I asked Marcos for help! Done in 15 minute. Couldn t have been more helpful
