They did a great job. Came in, evaluated the problem and ordered the parts. After the cable came in they were back immediately to finish the job. Great communication and very professional.

Well considering thay came out and looked at my lift might be something. But I never heard from them again and they never gave me a quote and I never heard from them again. So to some it up if that's the way they do business I would look elsewhere

Both the techs that came out were extremely accommodating. Jeff had great communication. They built the lift in good time. They were professional and right on time. I didn't have power in my shop (they couldn't finish the final touches my fault not theirs) so they went the extra mile of building the lift halfway up so I put my hotrod back in my shop. They even offered to bring a generator up if I have problems running power to my shop to finish the adjustments. I will definitely be using them in the future for my next lifts.

Automative Lift Experts are my go to! Very attentive and answered any questions I had. They got me scheduled quickly, showed up on time, and absolutely nailed the installation for my 2post lift. 100% recommend these guys!

I ve been getting quotes for a lift to have installed inside my home garage for my exotic cars. Found this place on google and sent them a Facebook message. I asked for them to assess my garage and tell me what they could do and provide a quote. Instead they sent me an email telling me they only sell Challenger lifts but would install any lift. I asked them again that I would need them to come visit me and measure to ensure their lift would fit, just like the other companies did for me. They responded with I m sure your handy with a tape measure, can you measure and provide us with the specs . They further said Our time is very valuable and we are to busy . Excuse me, but if you think your time is more valuable than a customers, you have a seriously problem. You may want to re-visit your business plan and take some customer service training classes. Apparently this place is to busy , and you must do your own measuring.
