I deliver parts to them. This is a small independent Auto body shop. From what I've seen, they do excellent work!

Really great service, and work. Had my car finished early because he knew we were trying to get it back before the holidays. Fantastic job and a really great price as well. Highly Recommend!

The only thing this place specializes in is CLOWNSMANSHIP. I needed some headlights replaced and was told the "bumper" needed to be removed for it. Yeah okay, it's 3 bolts on the top that holds the lights of an eclipse on, never have I seen a bumper be removed for that. When I said that, I was told "since you know what to do, why don't you just go do it yourself". Extremely unprofessional & this company deserves everything it's got coming towards them. . CLOSED DOORS. Learn how to conduct business before entering any market, I can talk to uneducated people all over but if I want ignorance and poor customer service. . Than yeah I'm on my way guys. Keep doing "BIG" things. COMPLETE JOKE OF A "BUSINESS".

My 15 year old son's dream is to restore an old truck.� For years he searched and searched and saved his money.� After I endured hundreds of Craigslist adds he finally found his diamond in the rough.A good friend told me about Don the owner of Auto Images.� They had 2 great reviews.� I called Don, he texted us the address and we drove the old truck to Sanford on June 23rd.� We met Don and were told we'd have an estimate by Monday June the 26th.� The following, in quotes, are our actual texts:(Tuesday June 27)"Hey Don,Did you ever put together an estimate on the 63 GMC?"(Later that day)"Can I get a email to send the estimate to?"(Email address sent and estimate emailed that day)(The next morning after discussing with my son)"Hey Don,That sounds good.� Do you know anyone that could convert the doors on that truck back to manual wind-up.� Also when would you guys be available to do the truck?Thanks, Dale"(Later the same day)"Hi Dale.. Yes I would have to look at what they did to make them power. And then see what I would need to make them back to factory.. I was looking at the estimate and I forgot to put the tailgate on it.. Right now with the work that I have lined up it would be the end of July is when I could get started on the truck.. My son got sick on the vacation that we took.. And then once we got back not only is my son still sick with both a ear infection.. I got sick on Thursday and I'm still sick also.. So I dont know how it is for you but with me my to kids come first..Thank you Don..""With me my kid comes first."� Like trying to give Don over $7,000 to realize my son's dream is somehow lesser than sending a text within a 13 day span.I can't recall ever being so sick that I couldn't send a text.� If Don, for whatever reason, didn't want to do the work that should have been disclosed on day one.� Oh well, back to square one.I was looking forward to providing Don with his 3rd great review, unfortunately didn't get to. 3 stars because I believe he does good work...if you can get him to do it.

Im a auto detailer here in sanford. Any time my customers need any type of auto body or paint repair I send them here,. Reasonable price great customer service and great work.

Always great work when we refer our clients & when we bring our clients vehicles in for any type of body work to be done & even rim repair! They take pride in what they do, They never disappoint & great prices!

Lacks customer service rudely told to go somewhere else because my car was not Top of the line and i have a reputation to keep go somwhere else like maaco very disrespectful did not have a problem with the pricing did have a problem with the customer service
