My experience over the past 3 years from the buying to the servicing of my Audi is nothing but excellent. They bend over backwards to assist at every turn and are very customer focused. It also helps that Audis are very good and well built cars which perform excellently.

We had to call ahead to the service department for assistance with our daughters Q5. They were extremely helpful and took care of the issue as soon as she arrived. Also, they did the repair out of courtesy for her which was above and beyond !!Thank you Service Team@ Audi North Orlando

I will never be going back to this Audi location, and will be recommending my family and friends elsewhere. The service advisor I spoke with was absolutely unprofessional and was not knowledgeable about the services offered or on the recall that was necessary for one of my cars.It was a terrible experience dealing with the entire service department and the service advisors at this location. I asked to speak to the manager and never received a phone call back.I have since taken both cars to the Audi South Orlando location and had a much better experience and service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Audi North Orlando location at all costs. If South Orlando is too far I would take your car to a non-Audi location.Service: Oil change

Before COVID their service was very good at reasonable prices. However, after COVID they try to convince you to have as many repairs done as possible at outrageously high prices.
