These folks were great to deal with. Everything from first contact to driving the vehicle off the lot was first class. Very low pressure and very knowledgeable about every part of the process. Helped us secure financing right out of bankruptcy with an interest rate much lower than we anticipated.All of their used cars are top of the line trade-ins - they send anything less to their other dealerships and it shows in their inventory.Please be aware that they do charge a $799 dealer fee on top of tax, tag & title. However, after going through the experience, its worth to not have to deal with shady car salespeople.

Best dealership I've ever been to from car buying to service, you can tell they care. I recently purchased a CPO 2018 Audi RS5 and encountered a few CEL lights days after leaving the lot. The Audi service team promptly addressed my concerns and prioritized the maintenance all while addressing a separate warranty concern. The car is back and running flawlessly thanks to Audi North Orlando.

No empathy for the customer. Needed a key to change a flat tire. Told me I had to purchase a set of lugs $108.00 before tax. Purchased one online $12.00. Overpriced Dealer Scam.
