Just purchased my first Audi at this location!Frank in sales was super helpful and made our experience very smooth and easy. He was very patient in showing us all the details and options in the car.We our so happy with our decision. I even got teary eyed when we left the lot because I couldn t believe how awesome he made our experience purchasing a Q8.Definitely will be back for my next purchase.

My experience with Shaun and Carlos was excellent. They went way above and beyond what is typically expected to accommodate my needs. Since they did not have the A7 in stock they came down in price on the A8. So I would not have to go all the way down to the Miami area to get the color and type of A7 car I wanted. They put my needs first so they did not loose a customer. When it come time for my wife to get a new suv, we will be back to Audi North Orlando to see Shaun and Carlos!Craig Connor

My first visit was to Audi South. I just needed an oil change and was denied because of light on my dash. I scheduled a same day appt at Audi North. What an opposite experience. They fed me a great lunch. I was checked on multiple times by the staff. I wasn t denied any services. They did exactly what they said they would for my car, multi-point inspection, car wash, topped my fluids off. I was able to work while my oil was being changed in a quiet environment even though construction was happening at the location. My service advisor provided me with a video of the services completed as well as a print out of potential future repairs and their costs with no pressure of having to complete them immediately. I was checked out in a timely manner and left with the feeling of looking forward to returning. How often does that happen at a dealership?

As a first time car buyer, I was nervous about the process. I had spent the last few months visiting various car brand dealerships, test driving and doing my research. Every encounter with staff and sales was a different one. Out of all the visits, my visit to this Audi was truly different. I had not even planned on visiting this location but decided to check it out on a Monday holiday. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and easily helped into test driving different cars I was interested in. I never felt pressured or rushed, even on a surprisingly busier day at the location, and more importantly the sales associate Sebastian was clear from the jump on how the buying process works with this location. I had such a pleasant experience and got all my questions answered well that I ended up returning the following day feeling confident and ready to purchase my car. The afternoon went seamlessly and everyone I encountered was so genuinely excited for me. I look forward to being a continued customer at this dealership. Thank you!

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was greeted and treated so well. The receptionist was kind and prompt in getting me what I needed. When I arrived Nick Little was prepared. He had both cars pulled up I requested to see and ready to test drive. Nick Little is by far the most enjoyable car salesman I have ever interacted with. He was personable, very understanding of my needs and wants. He acted quickly on what I asked for in order to complete the sale. He made the whole process enjoyable up until the very end. I am in sales and I know the work ethic you need to thrive and Nick displayed all of these qualities. I also, would like to mention the finance gentleman I do not recall his name but he was also excellent and very personable. Lastly, I would like to thank Will. After Nick explained to him what my reservations were in purchasing the vehicle he cleared it right up for me and gave me suitable options. He was very knowledgeable through the process and made sure my car buying experience was as smooth as it could be. I was a Mercedes Benz owner prior to this purchase. The Audi customer care from this dealership far surpassed any experience I have ever had at a Mercedes dealership. Overall, it was a great car buying experience and that s not a statement I would say about any dealership previous to this experience.

Recently purchased a 2023 Audi A5 Sportback District Green. Love it! My sales persons were Alex and Frank. Mostly dealt with Alex. He was easy to chat with provided great information about the vehicle. Frank, also very knowledgeable about the Audi brand gave us some history. They were both personable, knowledgeable, and by no means pushy. It was a great overall purchase experience and we love the car! Thank you!

Excellent to work with!!Audi North dealership was fair in dealing with our trade-in, gave us no pressure and were patient enough to let us have two test drives to be sure. The open concept purchase space was comfortable and welcoming. We absolutely love our new Audi A6, and highly recommend Audi North Orlando and salesperson Roshawn White!

I was ready to trade in and get my beautiful new car before I committed to the 2.5 hour drive. I wish I lived closer, but will be back for my next upgrade

Last week we had our car serviced at the Audi North dealership in Orlando. We had a great experience. Our vehicle was seen in a timely manner and diagnosed quickly. We needed front and back brake replacements and new tires. David took good care of us and provided transportation for us to pick up our car. Very professional and friendly service from everyone.

My son found the car he wanted at Audi North Oralndo car dealership, and we went on Saturday to hopefully make a deal. The sales man greeted us with a smile, and then it all went downhill from there. He took us to the car, opened the drivers door, started it up, and then stood back from the car with his arms crossed. Didn't go over the car with him or ask if he had any questions, didn't pop the hood or the trunk. Just stood there like we were wasting his time. Then the big question, the price? Would you take $$ this for the car? ...answer immediately was No! Then he asked if we would like to come sit down and see it on paper? We agreed, he brings us the paper with the bottom figure on it and my son asks, would you take this? Without hesitation or "let me go ask my manager" the answer was No! So I looked at my son and said let's take a walk. Needless to say we drove an hour and 15 mins to Audi North Orlando and we were there for a matter of 25 mins. They didn't want to make a deal at all, mind you we weren't asking for them to drop the price thousands of dollars. I feel that they saw a young man (19 yrs old) walk into the dealership with his mother and right away they judged him. My son received a phone call 3 days later ( Tuesday) from a different salesman who asked questions like we never were there on Saturday. He told my son he would call him back and when he did they made the deal. The same deal my son asked on Saturday if they would do and was turned down 3x. Wednesday my son and I drove back to Audi North Orlando and picked up his dream car that he worked and saved up so hard for! We still weren't treated any differently when we picked up the car, we walked in and asked for the salesman, he greeted us, my son handed him a cashiers check, and he handed my son the keys and the owners manual, my son initiated the hand shake, not the salesman, and we walked out. The salesman got into his car which was parked beside my son's new car, and left. The salesman never went over to the car with my son, never asked him if he had any questions about anything. He did ask him if he ever drove anything with this much horsepower? My son answered him honestly with a no, and he said, just be careful. . Really?? This was by far "THE WORST" car buying experience I have ever seen. This was my youngest son's first time ever buying a new car,( his dream car) and Audi North Orlando made it "The Worst" experience for him.

My experience at Audi North Orlando was amazing! I was greeted right away and was provided with help immediately. Jesus Quintero helped me with my car buying process. He showed me the car that ended up being exactly what I was looking for. He was very thorough with explaining the vehicle and made sure I knew all the features, and he was very determined at making sure this vehicle would fit my every need. During the discussion part of the process he remained just as helpful. Answered all my questions and even went out of his way to explain things to make sure I really knew everything. He even introduced me to someone from service so that I could be comfortable in every aspect. Everything was in a timely matter and everything went very smoothly. I couldn t have asked for better help. I would recommend him to anyone buying a car, especially one on your own for the first time!

Hands down one of the best sales experiences we ve had! Carlos and Destin were both great to work with. They were very fair on our trade in value and Carlos knew the features of the S5 we purchased in and out which made learning my new car a breeze. I m in love with my new 2024 Audi S5 and I have a feeling this will be the first of many Audi vehicles in our garage!

Audi North Orlando was the best choice I made for my Audi A4 service. They did everything right. Everyone you met greeted you with a hello and a smile. Dylan Sangil took his time on the phone and in person, explaining every service and cost on what they were intended to do. There was a lot to do so they asked for an extra day and it was ready when promised. Great customer service. Worth every penny.

I recently brought my Q4 E-tron in for service. I was having some issues with charging the car. I had an incident where I wasn t able to make it to work because of the issue, I went to the dealership the next day to see if they can resolve it. My service advisor Sean handled it with the upmost care and was able to get me in that day even with it being busy. My technician Jonathan was amazing! He was able to figure out the issue and get it resolved, it took some time but it was totally understandable. It was definitely an unusual scenario. But when I got the car back, everyone was super helpful and followed up on the progress with the vehicle. The car now works better than new and I haven t had any issues since. I m super pleased with the experience.

Audi North Orlando was great. Much more relaxing experience thank south orlando. Staff was super friendly, and we never felt pressure, only gratitude for our business. Facility is very nice, clean and well organized. Our sales person was Alex and he was amazing to work with.

Recently had service work performed on my Audi. My service advisor Amber Lowrey was a pleasure to work with and provided me a quote before work began on my vehicle, and kept me informed throughout the process. I was also fortunate to get a video from one of the Master Technicians, Will Snyder, who performed the work on my S4. He was thorough, informative, and showed me what work was being performed during the process. Definitely provided additional peace of mind knowing someone who is skilled and experienced was performing the work and even took the time to educate me on the process. Will always service my vehicle at Audi North Orlando.

The greatest dealership in the world. They offer complimentary lunches, coffee, and other refreshments while you wait for your services to be completed. I didn t indulge but it was a very accommodating. I can t say enough good things about this place. They deserve recognition.The car was bought brand new 2 years ago, they made the buying process seamless. Treated me like a human and not just a consumer.BMW driver for many years, I never thought I would love Audi this much. So happy I made this switch.

Awful dealership, completely do not recommend!!! They don't have any knowledge about providing customer service, zero efficiency on providing any good service, follow-up and agreement. Once will tell them about your frustation with everything that they do (better say, "they don't do, because that what it is"), don't expect any apology or improvement, what I got was employees completely rude and disrespectful. Needless to say that the service done was completely a waste of time and money, even having a return free (as it is included on the amount paid) and the car is still presenting the same issue (which should be fixed), I am not sending it back there, no way ever going to that dealership again for anything, servicing, buying or trading! Do not recommend at all this place, unless you're looking for frustation and disappointment.

If you're looking for an articulate, well versed and no pressure sales professional, you should ask for Nick L. We went in planning to buy a certified Q3, but it had already sold. This dealership is way better than the one down South. They greet you as you walk in, they have light snacks as you wait for service, and they treat you with respect. Thanks for the help Nick, we'll be back.

My wife and I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and have great experiences with the sales process. The service side not so much. Our 2019 Audi Q5 with less than 60k miles had to have the steering rack replaced (this seems to be quite a common issue, so I m not sure why Audi has not issued a recall). I really don t think 4 year old vehicle with 60k miles should have something like this need to be replaced so soon I guess that just speaks to the quality of Audi vehicles. The service department quoted us $6,500 for the repair in addition to a $229 diagnostic fee despite being told exactly what the issue was. They wanted to charge us over $3,800 for the replacement steering rack, which I was able to purchase from an Audi dealership in Oregon for $2,090. Labor costs for this repair were estimated at nearly $2,500. I received multiple estimates from various mechanics and their labor costs were between $600-$700. I realize labor costs vary, but charging nearly double for an identical OEM part I was able to source myself is laughable. My wife was provided a loaner vehicle while a separate issue that was covered under warranty was repaired, so thank you for that. Bottom line avoid servicing your vehicle here unless covered under warranty.
