I absolutely love Rodney and his shop! I am a real person and true customer not being paid or incentivized in anyway. I have looked so many places gotten quotes from numerous other shops in my general area and no one can compete with him! He is in no way a people person but that is not what he is there for. He is not there for gossip or to be your stylist. He is there to tell you what is wrong with your car (and NOT charging you arm and legs to diagnose your car when they already know the issue. He only charges you for what actually needs to be done if ruling out a MAJOR cost repair mine was for blown head gasket or engine replacement). He is competitive with the active market in pricing. He gives you a fair and reasonable price for labor, parts and repair! He doesn t gouge on parts like most shops do! My husband needed help just simply removing the bottom oil but that got stuck from our lack of changing and he helped us for free! Of coarse we tipped him because any other shop would ve said pay for the oil change but that is the stand up man Rodney is! I have taken my gold Chevy here, my black Honda Civic and my scion here and he was so patient and helpful and told us what we actually needed! Got us up and running in the same day! Fantastic! I have never had anything taken from my vehicles! I did have a problem once with my radiator replacement and the bottom (VERY hard to reach hose in my car was not plugged all the way back in). I brought the car back to him and told him we had a problem and he took the car up, figured out that it was a lose hose and fixed it right there and then! No problems no questions he will also tell you let me see what I can do ! Love it! If you are looking for a true mechanic with lots of experience who does it for the passion and loves to use the old parts for target practice then you have found your man! He is fair, reasonable and straight to the point! Exactly what I would be looking for in my mechanic! I thought I should leave the review because a lot of times it is only until you have an experience that doesn t go your way that people say something but he has always solved mine and thought it only fair I share mine. This establishment has to be one of the nicest transmission shops. I have ever been to the service is phenomenal and the employees. There are quick into the poi enjoyed every single minute. I have serviced multiple vehicles at this location and I'm satisfied every single time and I will not be going anywhere else.

The best experience with a mechanic in a very long time! The owner was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and provided his services at a honest price! I appreciate him taking his time to explain things to me clearly.. I was told on the same day of my repair that is would cost me $220.00. Rodney is an honest and experience mechanic and completed my repair within 30min under $50.00. I will be back!!! Thank you Rodney!!!!! Rodney and his employees are great mechanics. We had cars that we never thought could work again be fixed here. Im thankful to have found a reliable, trustworthy and caring mechanic. Hope he stays in business for a long time.

These people not only know their stuff but also are fair when it comes to what they charge. When I took my car in to them they knew I was in a bind. They went out of their way to repair my car quickly and they didn't gouge me. They treated me like I was a family friend. I really appreciated that. Would I recommend them? Absolutely, these guys are great.

Replaced starter in my 2015 Honda Civic. Other shops were trying to charge me $200 for one hour worth of work. This guy did it for half the price in half the time. Nice honest guy would recommend to other customers shopping for mechanic's on google.

I bought a 2005 scion xb 6 months ago with a blown head gasket. Spoke to Rodney owner of aa action about the car. He gave me great information on repair cost and suggested i buy the car. Paid less than 500 for the head gasket and resurfacing including labor cost and the car has run perfect since. I have taken all my previous cars here and they have always given me great advise, prices and excellent service. Do not take your car anywhere else unless you feel like getting overcharged. We have been taking our truck fleet here for 17 years. Rodney and his people have always done a fine job and treated us very fair. During the recession, they helped us with trucks that should have been scrapped, and they kept us going. Rodney, remember that 5 speed Silverado? I know you would like to forget! I would not recommend this Transmission shop to anyone!!! Not only was our transmission not repaired correctly but we had things stolen off our truck while it was in this shops possession. Took our truck back FOUR times and it was never actually fixed. It is actually still under warranty and we refuse to go back because of the HORRIBLE experience. Do not waste your time or your hard earned money with this place!

This place is GREAT!!!Taken my truck there twice and they have been, fast, fair, friendly, helpful, honest.Can't saw enough good stuff about those guys. They do things, and take the time and care that other places wouldn't even think about doing and in the end, their time and care saved me money....about 800 dollars.THANKS!!!!

They are a bunch of thieves they lose keys to your vehicle they took transmission out of a car charged twice the amount that they originally quoted and then left a transmission out the car and said needed to find someone else to put it back in I advise No one to use this shop
