Wayne at German Motors and the service team are wonderful! I have been going there for years to have all of my cars serviced. There is not a more professional, knowledgeable and fair individual than Wayne. I highly recommend taking your BMW, Mercedes, Porsche or Volkswagen here. If it does not have to be repaired he will let you know. Especially if you have been to a dealership and quoted an outrageous price for something that is really an easy fix or non-issue. Give Wayne a call you will be glad you did! He is levels above the rest!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Ferman BMW in Palm Hbr wanted to charge me $3,000 + to fix my BMW 550i ... stating that the upper and lower engine gaskets were leaking (they were not, I had no oil leaking from my engine) causing my engine warning light to come on and my engine rpms to fluctuate. I wanted a 2nd opinion and came across German Motor and Auto in Safety Harbor. I was impressed by all the 5 star reviews, so I reached out and spoke to Wayne the owner. So glad I did . After a quick inspection and diagnosis Wayne let me know I had a leaking air hose and it was causing my engine light to come on as my fuel air mixture was wrong. We agreed to fix it and as it happened a 2nd hose was also bad. It was later in the day and Wayne agreed to go to the parts store himself and get the hose so I would not be without my car overnight. Very impressed with Waynes honesty and professional manner. German Motor and Auto Care is now my go to for my BMW. Sorry Ferman BMW in Palm Hbr..... you tried to screw me and pay for work that did not need to be done..... and you could not even diagnose a leaking air hose. You lost me as a customer forever ... and everyone I know. Wanted to give it a few days before posting my review and as expected my 550I is purring like a cat. Thanks Wayne, 5 stars is not enough. If you have any German cars make sure you have them serviced here, it will literally save you thousands $$$ (in my case it did). Just read all the other 5 star reviews and they will tell you all you need to know. Thanks Wayne !!Service: Engine repair

I had a recent repair involving the electrical system on my BMW which my usual mechanic was unable to decipher due to the complexity and the BMW fault coding. Wayne took the time and effort to go to great lengths to unravel the mystery, complete the repairs necessary and reprogram the fault codes to my satisfaction. I would recommend him/them for repair to foreign German made cars.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Wayne is Fantastic!I took a '06 BMW Z4 to the BMW service department because the AC was not working and the convertible top worked intermittently. The said it needed a new Blower Motor for the AC and a new top motor and hydraulic lines for the convertible. Cost about $6000+!I took it to Wayne and his diagnosis showed the vehicle was in transportation mode which prevented the AC from working. He reset it for no fee!He trouble shot the convertible issue and found it needed a replacement Top Control Unit at a cost of only $285 including labor!BMW was going to charge me $6000+ and not solve the problems. Wayne fixed the issues for only $285.Much gratitude to this business!

Great experience and definitely recommend. Very professional and went above and beyond expectations at a very competitive price. I have always worked on my own vehicles and will only bring them here if I'm unable to do the work myself.

Nice old school shop. Showed up first thing in the morning, they jumped in drove around with me and gave me assurances about what I was hearing. While a repair wasn t needed today, I know I ll be back when it is.
