I never heard of this place until I got a recommendation from the Total Automotive Services in Ruskin. Richie is very polite; honest work; and fair about the price of the work done on my car with detailed why. He didn't oversell to customers. He is a craftsman to fix any car body damages. I am extremely satisfied on the hard work done in my back car. I would highly recommend this auto body shop.

We had some communication and scheduling issues that led to the bulk of my repairs having to go to another shop. However, the work they were able to complete was clean and really well done. They cut out a rusted piece of the roof, welded in a new piece, and leveled it out. It really looks like it rolled from the factory like that.Richie (Rico I believe is his actual name) is super friendly and very polite, despite my impatience with the communication issues. His calm and very kind personality quickly defused my frustrations and led me to actually plan on coming back to have them do the paint when it's ready.I originally gave them a one-star review due to the communication issues and how long the repairs took. But decided to up it to four stars because of the quality and how polite Richie was.Update 4/2/2024: I actually ended up bringing the car back to have Richie's do my rusted floor pans and trunk after another shop quoted me over $6,000. These guys did an incredible job for 1/3 of the price. They even installed a convenient fuel-pump-access panel in the trunk, sealed the new pans, and even put body filler in to make it look factory. What an incredible job!I cannot wait to come back for the body work and paint, which they gave me a very fair estimate on. I think I've found my go-to body shop!

Richie and his crew did a great job on my 14 year old sun damaged Nissan. New paint on front bumper, hood, roof and trunk. Looks beautiful! Thanks guys!

My truck tailgate got crushed and the top of the bed sides were buckled. It was the 1st time I ever needed a body shop. I was referred to Richies Automotive by a friend.Richie very patiently walked me thru the whole process so that I understood each phase of the repair. During repair, inferior replacement parts arrived. Twice. Rather than rushing the job and making the repair acceptable, he re-ordered and waited for the "right" parts to make the repair perfect. He obviously takes pride in his work and it certainly showed when the repair was complete. I have a hard-shell bed cover that requires a precise fit to keep water out and there wasn't even a hint of a gap between the cover and the bed rails after he was finished. Amazing. I highly recommend Richie and his crew!

Called for an estimate and was told I would have to pay the tax for the repair upfront. It would be refunded if they ultimately did the repair. Bad business practice. Paying for your time is understandable, but blindly letting someone do an estimate without knowing the cost is ridiculous.

Richard and his employees did a wonderful job on the car repair we needed. They matched our paint beautifully and replaced the part. We are pleased with the result and would highly recommend him if you need auto body work.

We took my fianc� s truck there to have some body work done. While it was there he diagnosed an issue with the brakes and repaired it as well. First three are before, second two are after. Absolutely perfect body repair and painting. The vehicle is a mid-size SUV. A rear quarter panel and rear bumper had deep scratches, a dent and torn metal. The large taillight assembly was broken. I took it to Richie based on the excellent on-line reviews. Richie was courteous, very knowledgeable and explained what could be repaired or replaced, as necessary, to help keep the cost down. The body repair was flawless, and the painting exactly matched the finish and color of the rest of the vehicle, which is 12 years old. Outstanding quality of work .

Took my car here to be repaired after an accident. Not only did they make my car look brand new again. They also cleaned the interior. Definitely go above and beyond. 100% recommend.

I went in for a written estimate was told I would need to pay for the taxes on the written estimate up front because he pays taxes on all written estimates. I'm not exactly sure how you folks stay in business because taxes are only paid on invoice no one pays taxes on an estimate. Highly unprofessional and illegal. Feel estimate is not really free

Took my truck to Richie and team to get it completely repainted. It was red and I wanted it black. Not only did they do a great job but they completed the work in just a few days, at a very reasonable price. Will absolutely be back for any future jobs.

Rich was awesome. From the first phone call to day I drove away I was treated with respect not some dumb women to be taken advantage of. I could not be happier with the work he did on my car. Richie came highly recommended by a friend. I could hardly see with the very yellowed plastic headlights on my Camry. They did a 3 step process on them and they are now crystal clear. It took less than an hour. Everyone very courteous, respectful and honest. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

Non responsive. I had to call nearly everyday to get an update on my repair. When the repair was finally done, they'd missed completing a replacement for the windshield wiper fluid reservoir.
