I have had several maintenance and repairs jobs done at Killingsworth. David always schedules me in short fashion and they consistently provide affordable and high quality service. I strongly recommend them!

This is the most honest and friendly shop I have ever been to. Dan was extremely helpful and called me multiple times to explain what was going on with my Ram. The owner, Kurt, even picked me up from the RV campground so I could pick up my truck. I travel all over and this is the best customer service experience I have ever received. I will be back and couldn't recommend them more! Thank you so much guys y'all all did a great job

I needed my brakes checked, oil changed, and tires rotated. I showed up for my appointment and within 30 minutes they had completed the requested work, advising me I needed brake service on all four wheels (which I sort of knew just based on the miles on the car). I gave them the go ahead to do the work. They drove me home and picked me up about 4 hours later, having turned the rotors and replacing the pads.I appreciated that they did what I asked them do in a timely fashion, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and charged a fair price. This was my first time there, but I will return the next time my car needs service.

Great people, normally do my own work, in the middle of moving here from out of state and have no tools for another 20 days or so. A/C compressor/clutch locked up, looked around for local mechanic and found these folks, previously great reviews. Brought it in, they completed the repairs, clean and neat. Work looks nice, very thorough up front explaining everything and the came and picked me up to get my vehicle. That pick up was mind blowing, that would never happen in Chicago.

I went into this place last week inquiring about service after being referred to William by my neighbor. The guy said I needed to talk to William because he handles all of that and that he was on vacation. Today I went in asking for William and the guy told me he wasn't there. I asked when he would be back so I could ask him about my service. He started getting angry and said "when I told you he would be back doesn't mean he's always on the property". I said "ok when should I come back to see him"? He then slammed a pad of paper on the counter and said "I don't normally do this but I'll take your information". I asked why he was getting angry and he said I came in with an attitude. I then asked why he was treating me like this and he shut the door on me. I would never treat a customer this way. Won't be going back to the place.

I've only been here for two small service calls, but I've been super impressed with their customer service and communication. Both times that I've had an appointment, they have had the vehicle in right away, and have a diagnosis or service done in a timely manor. They could start a franchise showing other business' how to operate! Would highly reccomend!

The service was good and people were friendly and the shop rate was reasonable for labor. However, even though I know there is typically a mark-up for parts, the prices charged for the parts for my service were marked up 600 to 800 percent of NAPA OTC prices which I think is exhorbitant. A set of 4 spark plugs is about $16 at NAPA, but I was charged $149.98.

Had a hub assembly installed today, they were the nicest people you could meet, plus there the most honest and straight forward people you could meet. Only one gripe I had was the time it took to pay my bill.....only took 30 min to install... And 1 hour to pay the bill. I will definitely be back.!!!

All of the work they have ever done for me or for any of the friends I have sent to them has been excellent. I like that they take the time to understand the problem and also to explain the various options for fixing a particular problem. The work has been done in a timely manner and the prices very fair in comparison to quotes I have received from other establishments.

Outstanding customer service and great mechanics. First time I went, a mechanic checked over my vehicle for less than $25, explained what was wrong and gave me options on how to proceed, saving me money in the long run. They guarantee their work as well.

Went there with an ABS and driver side wheel locking issue. They charged me $65 to remove and then re-install the ABS after I had it re-manufactured. They also charged me $20 for a road test which never left their parking lot. Then they said my rear brakes were at 15% and I would need a COMPLETE rear brake job for $500. I took the car to my regular mechanic ( Louis at Sun City Automotive) who re-surfaced the rear drums, cleaned and adjusted the brakes (which HE SHOWED US were at 50 - 60 %) for $65 and a $30 cash tip. The reason I gave these guys two stars and not one is because they told us we did not need to do another diagnostic on the ABS (which saved us about $90). Do your research, ask questions and ALWAYS get at least 2-3 estimates from different shops. We won't be using this place again.

I called to schedule a morning appointment for an oil change...I asked for 11:30 a.m. and the gentleman said no to that, but he could do 11:15 a.m. Today (6 June 2019) I arrived at 11:10 and guess what? They didn't get to my vehicle until 11:30 anyway. Although that wasn't my main issue (although an issue) because the guy seemed adamant that 11:30 would not work. After I left it began to pour down raining, so of course I had to use my windshield wipers. I could not even get out of the parking lot.....as soon as I started using them, the blade on the right began to squeak. It had not been doing this prior to me taking my car there. I was planning on making a u-turn to go back to the shop and I tried repeatedly calling the shop to explain what happened, but no answer. Then I remembered the gentleman told me that the guys go to lunch at 12:30 p.m. Even still, don't they have anyone to 'man' the telephones.I stopped at NAPA to look to see what was going on with my wiper and I noticed that the blade had slipped out--not attached. One of the guys at NAPA 'rigged' it enough so that I could get some usage out of the wiper. At approximately 1:30 I called again to explain the issue with my wiper. Apparently the gentleman I spoke to spoke to the "technician" and he stated that although he inspected the wiper, he had not touched the blade. Well, what exactly does the inspection consist of? Don't you think that it is quite coincidental that as soon as I left the shop, my wiper would not work? The guy on the phone offered no solutions--and his nonchalant attitude was one of "suck it up" and indirectly questioned my integrity. What happened to the "customer is always right."This was my first and last visit to this shop! If they cannot do a simple inspection of a wiper, I surely would not trust them with a major job or any other job. I question the legitimacy of some of these reviews that mention that this shop is professional and quality of work. NOT...the only reason they get 2 stars from me instead of one is because I enjoyed the cool water in the shop.

We take both of our Buick (car and sw) to Killingsworth and they do a terrific job! Mitch takes the time to explain issues, offers solutions and is upfront with the pricing. They are quick and the work is clean and well done. We send all of our friends here!

Mr. Killingsworth is my go-to repair shop. He cares about his clients and their vehicles the same way he takes care of his own personal vehicles. He and his staff are honest and informative, not traits commonly found in vehicle repair shops. He was recommended through a trusted source and I know I've found a gem in automotive repair. Thank you for always taking great care of my cars!

Always fair and honest. They take the time to explain the problem, why the repairs need to be done and offer options when they can. I know when I take my car in it will come out better than before and done right the first time.

My family and myself have been coming here for years. This place is highly recommended in the community, and I can tell you from experience they bend over backwards to do it right. Highly recommended

I called them twice for engine overheating problem, they always tell me I have to wait for 3 or five days before they can take my car in. Not sure it's because they don't know how to repair engine over heating, or they don't like my foreign accent. I feel discriminated

We had unexpected problems with our car..after road service jump started our car we "hobbled" to Killingsworth where luckily they were still open. They took our car for servicing AND gave us a free ride home.Turns out it needs a new alternator, battery and a belt.. based on others reviews and recommendations and our recent service I trust these guys and William.

The owner of this shop is dishonest, does not know how to provide good customer service, and will openly discriminate against patrons to his shop. He seems to enjoy harassing the public. Will never stop by here again, I regret wasting my time to talk to such a disgusting human.

On the way to the beach. We stopped at the carwash and when we drove away the car was stuck in 4low. The neutral button had been jammed. Thank you for your kindness and quick service Mr. Killingsworth! You saved the day :-)
