Dont waste your time going here. Every time I go to this store it's a problem. Either the parts are wrong, I recieve used parts in new boxes or some drama. Most recently they won't accept return of new items with a reciept stating that it was used. Go somewhere else that appreciates your business like Napa, O'Reilly or Autozone.

Stan is a great associate. I asked to see if he would check my check engine light and he was very professional and was very nice. Good to see people that care about other people s concerns.

I always shopped at this location. But two days ago when I went in to buy a wiper blade, an older gentleman told me the only one that would work was a $30 blade because of the fitting. I knew he was wrong and questioned him about why I couldn t purchase a $17 blade. He very rudely repeated the price. I left and went to the other store on 441 and the guys told me that they ALL will work and I purchase a lesser expensive one and they put it on for me. I think the old man at the other location was taking advantage of a woman. I won t go back to this location ever.

Bought batteries and wiper blades said they couldn t install them even though the front windshield said they can for free main reason why we came is for them to Tell us what check engine light was on with their code scanner but also said the dead do not have that here and won t be able to do that very disappointing

I ve had several occasions recently to come here for parts, fluids etc. Sales staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. They know about things specific to my truck (GMC) that I cannot use regular oil, need special coolant etc, where I otherwise would have purchased the wrong products, the rep intervened and assisted me without my even asking. I recommend Advance Auto Parts.

I needed a new battery for my Lexus ES350. Keep in mind, I know zilch about cars so I had lots of questions. The young man whip helped was very kind and took the time to explain the differences amongst the battery options.

Been going to this place for over 20 years. Bought a die hard battery about 2weeks ago and was completely dead so I brought it back to the store to exchange it. Due to their policy, they were unable to exchange the battery because they couldn t get a reading on it. Well due to their policy, that is the last time I will spend money at AAP.

This place is great, very knowledgeable staff. Stan and Harry really know there stuff. Thought I had a bad battery, they checked out and told me battery is good, just need to clean my battery terminals, I bought a kit for $12.00 and was running like new again, very honest. I will be back.

The young lady who assisted me today purchasing a battery for.my 2013 Ram was superb!! She noticed my military ID as I retrieved my credit card and gave me a military discouwithout my asking. She also offered me a better battery with a longer warranty. I would never had know about either if purchased online. She saved me over 40 bucks! I have a new favorite place to purchase all automotive products for my seven cars! I'm almost deaf and She was so considerate and accommodating to my needs. Wish I got her name in Royal Palm Beach.

Needs better staff and training, it took two gentlemen to install slide on wipers we spent almost $80 on only to have them fail over and over installing them and end up scratching our windshield due to ineptitude. We offered to show them a YouTube on how to install and one guy said no thanks and the other at least looked at it and realized he tossed a part away and fished it out of the garbage and completed the install correctly.

Casey and Joe were amazing. They helped me find the right part for my grandmother's car in just a few minutes!!! They were very fast, efficient, and kind. Amazing customer service! Very nice and funny gentlemen!!! Will be returning for all my auto parts to this location!!! Thanks Guys!!!

I purchased a battery from this store that went dead within the warranty period but could not find the receipt. Stan took the time to find my proof of purchase even when my account was not populating correctly and got my exchange done without a problem. The battery on my car is a particular pain to replace but Stan and I knocked the repair out in the parking lot without a problem to get me going again. Top-notch service and professionalism.

Just left and couldn t be happier. I purchased wiper blades today and went to get my oil changed. The oil change place offered to change my wipers for free. They then told me I purchased the wrong blades. Went back to advance and Jill was so sweet to prove them wrong. She even came out and put them in my car for me. I had purchased the correct ones after all. Thank you Jill!!!

This location really sucks! The service is awful. If they sell you a battery that dies even before you put it in the car, they will not refund you because they charge the battery and say it is a good battery and there is nothing they can do. Jose the assistant "manager" is the worst. I've switched to pep boys and get great service. If you're looking for good service don't even bother going here.

The clerk just pointed me in a general direction, but offered no additional help. Not what I'm used to getting from other Advance Auto. The clerk at the register was chatting with another customer about cars and engine's they rebuilt over the years and trying to ring me up at the same time. Really was not in the mood for fishing stories. He did give me the military discount.

I was looking for a windshield repair kit I saw on an awesomely helpful YouTube video that had nearly 9.2 million views suspecting they would have it. I need something with a lot of girth which would fix a 16 in crack and bullseye on my Toyota Highlander 2006 windshield, but was however disappointed that they didn't have more of a variety or muchless quantity to offer besides 2 kits with much smaller resin cartridges which was too little for what I needed. Neither had very good reviews online, one priced at $16 & the other $19. Although I didn't get what I came for, the employees were very pleasant. Stan was extremely knowledgable & expedited my search for the right materials in preparation for my upcoming oil change. Very reasonable price for a kit including the filter and 5 quarts of synthetic oil.

Customer service has improved greatly and they really do try to help. Some people are impatient when going in to get things but they only have so many hands. Its a good place, better than NAPA down the street.

I have a gripe! I looked up where to find the closest, cheapest auto store for something we needed unexpected & immediately. I found Advanced Auto Parts & at the top of the web ad..it stated 24% off with code A21. I was thrilled...close & a coupon, WHOOPEEE. I get there, go in, but the product & checking out & told the clerk my coupon code. The clerk looked at me like I had Bubonic Plague!!! "I have no place in the system that I can use that code...its for on-line only". Well he'll if it said that I would have bought it on line when I looked it up to begin with. This store itself does not deserve a 3 star but it was a compromise because whoever implements policy only deserves 1 star!!! This is the kind of selling that really gets my goat (no offense to goats) I'm a pretty fair reviewer but based on this kind of advertising, I will look for a different parts store in the future!

What a scam. They conveniently can't locate my information when I purchased a battery from them that now needs to be replaced under warranty. Everyone here is rude too. Autozone is just down the street. Shop elsewhere

If Advance doesn't have what one needs, right there in stock, they will order it upon purchase payment. With a reliable warranty!Not the same as Autozone or Napa!If it is not in their parts catalogue, one may have to consider a dealership or a recycler.
