One of my family's vehicles is older. All the dash lights were shown no speedometer running but sounding horrible.Dropped the car off. Next day I receive a call during the diagnostic test the vehicle had a few vacuum leaks. They were repaired during the test at no extra charge. All I had to pay was for the diagnostic test.So refreshing to have a mechanic shop not stick it to me.Definitely would return.

Had been several years since we ve been to Guaranteed and they always treated us good. We were using another location because the vehicles we had taken to them we had sold. But we had an engine light come on, and I took that opportunity to go back and visit Guarenteed, and I m certainly glad that I did. The professionalism and the personal treatment that you get to be honest is matched by none in the Rockledge area. As soon as I called they knew exactly what I was talking about so I felt real comfortable that they knew what to look at. I took it in and they ran it through the diagnostics and after checking everything and running the test everything cleared up. I was told that for now, everything looks good. And that s what you hope to have is honesty from a business instead of trying to give me work that didn t need to be done. They did tell me about some things I needed that I could look at in the future since it is an older vehicle and after thinking about it I just went ahead and had it done again, no pressure whatsoever and it drives so much better. So if you re looking for knowledgeable auto repair shop, matched by the professionalism and personal touch by all the people that work there, I highly recommend Guarenteed.

Very trustworthy business. I don't know anything about cars and they didn't try to take advantage of that, told me straight forward what my best options were for the state that my car was in. It's going to be sad sunsetting my starter car but I'll definitely be back here when I need services for my next car! Thank you so much!

All the guys are great at Guaranteed. I won't go anywhere else if I don't have too. Rob is awesome. Hes.been running the joint for as long as I can remember. Curtis gave me a ride to hospital and back to be with my mom and fixed the car same day without an appointment. That's what it's all about in my opinion. I've taken cars in many times before and always get a fair price and fast service. What else.can you ask for. Highly recommend obviously. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I were you either. They will take care.of you.

I ve been going to Guarenteed Auto for about 5 yrs and every time I m there I feel like I m getting honest and reliable service. They are always upfront about what things are priority to fix and what things can wait for financial reasons.All the staff have been very nice and respectful, especially the manager, Robert. I recommend them to people at least once a month.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, they don t try to run up your bill. I took my car to tires plus first, then here and this place charged me less than half. They do good work and they make the process easy. 100% will always recommend taking your car here:)

If I could give it 0 stars I would .. I would think that with all these good reviews I m getting 5 star service but definitely not the case .. I took my car in to get my front brakes fixed because they were worn & an oil change & as soon as I took the car out not even 24 hrs later my brakes started doing something weird that has LITERALLY never happened before . Long story short I take the car back now out of nowhere theirs NOTHING THEY CAN DO even tho I have a warranty but they claim that the air in my brakes has nothing to do w them . Honestly I am pissed disappointed & disgusted I kept calm & asked them to help me in anyway they could & they basically told me with out a thousand dollars theirs nothing they can do .. honestly I am so disappointed & annoyed because I took my car here for simple work & came out with an extra thousand dollar fix because of them .They claim it wasn t them but like I said this never happened till they did work on it my car has been w me for years & never once has anything like this happened . I am so annoyed I will definitely not trust this place yea they might fix one thing but in the mix they will brake another to make sure you come back & spend more money . Zero stars horrible service definitely don t trust the reviews !

Had a power steering hose start leaking just after we got into town, and I was amazed that I found such a great, HONEST, shop that got me in within a few days. EVERYONE was so nice and made me feel like I had been a customer for years! I definitely will be back when I need something done!! Thank You!!

First time going to Guaranteed. Excellent service! Fixed my AC issue fast! Rob was fantastic as were all of the employees that I came in contact with! I would highly recommend Guaranteed to anyone! I will definitely go back!

I have been coming to Guaranteed Auto Repair for my car (Camry 2005) and been very satisfied with their service. They are honest, and very helpful. They do a great job and repair only what needs repair. The quality of their work is exceptional and at decent prices.The owner is a wonderful conscientious small business owner and his team is a very capable and very professional. I m so glad to find Guaranteed AutoAir. My 2017 Pacifica had a freon leak. This is the third place I had taken it to. They were finally able to diagnose the problem. They replaced my front evaporator. After three long months, my air conditioner is blowing cold air! Everyone was so kind. I would certainly recommend them. Thank you Guaranteed Auto Air.

When you own a truck that s 20 yrs old and qualifies as an antique you re going to want a mechanic TEAM that knows what they are doing. Guarantee Auto is your team. Not only do they give excellent service, finish the job on time, have fair pricing but will tell you if your vehicle is good to go and doesn t need any work today. They are fair, on time with the finished job and above all they are HONEST. Guarantreed Auto are the only mechanics for my 2 vehicles!

Discovered Guaranteed Auto when I lived a few blocks away in Rockledge. I now live in Merritt Island and still take my car to them. They are the best. I trust that as a female and know nothing about cars, I can count on them to keep my car with 200,000 plus miles safe and I know they only recommend what is absolutely necessary. Best auto mechanics ever and I have lived in Orlando and LA.

I had a serious radiator problem late in the day and desperately needed the use of my car. Robert took me in immediately, was thorough in explaining exactly what was needed and the cost, Curtis gave me a lift home, and I had my Jeep the next day at 10:30. I was so grateful to have received such courteous, friendly, efficient and prompt service in that experience, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guaranteed to anyone with a car problem.I couldn't be happier.

It doesn t get better than Guaranteed Auto! After searching for a new mechanic, I was recommended to try Guaranteed by dozens of friends and family members. After using them for a couple repairs, I can confidently say they are the best! They always diagnose the problem correctly the first time, they give accurate pricing & quotes, and are extremely good at communicating. Recently, my parents have also been taking their cars to Guaranteed and the team have done an incredible job for them as well.

We have always had a great experience here. Lowest prices, they stand by any job they do, and we have never had any issues with the repairs they ve made.Before finding Guaranteed Auto we took my car to three different shops to find out why the A/C wasn t working. The other shops just charged the A/C but it never lasted, they didn t look far or take it into consideration that had been recharged recently. Guaranteed found the problem the first time, and were able to fix it.They called throughout the repair process, and there were no surprise costs.I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Vehicle Inspection, Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance

My 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ's engine locked up. Had it towed to Guaranteed Auto Repair. Diagnosis was a bad AC compressor. Guaranteed replaced it and it was back on the road the next day. Thanks Guaranteed!

Got off cruise ship and oil light coming on/off my Kia sorrento. These guys are super nice and helpful most importantly fair and honest. He said he could fix the oil pressure switch for $600 but he recommended I take it to the dealer since under recall. We need more businesses like this!!!

I feel like part of the family at Gaurenteed Auto. They treat me and my 2006 Honda Element like we are related. My car was toast when I bought it but Guaranteed has kept me comfortably riding across the country as well as around town.
