Excellent service from the team. Had a rough day and an old battery, Kavon (hopefully I spelled it correctly) was quick to point me in the right direction and get me a new battery in less than 8 minutes. Thank you for being exceptional .

I would just like to say thank you to I think his name was Bill (his wife s name is Amanda, we have the same name). He saw my confusion as soon as I walked into the store. Helped me immediately, quick, very friendly. Just put my nerves right at ease. I will be coming back for all my car needs to this location. Exceptional customer service. Thank you so much.

Had to do an emergency stop on the way back from Fort Pierce to Jacksonville for a wheel bearing on my smoker. It was Sunday morning around 10am and the 2 employees at this store should be given a raise TODAY. They both worked so hard to #1 get me the tools and correct parts and #2 assisted me every step along the repair. They are knowledgeable, professional, kind, courteous and made every customer their #1 priority and as soon as they were finished, they came back along side me to ensure everything was working as it should. I'm a retired Navy Veteran, previous repair shop owner and maintain high standards. These young men are worthy and deserving of a raise. Do everything you can do to keep quality, customer minded, employees.Thank you for outstanding service

Thank you so much to Chris for assisting me today. Chris took my phone call while I was in the parking as I didnt want to turn off my car until confirming they could provide the service I needed. I walked in and he presented me different options after checking my battery useful life and potential issues/solutions. He patiently awaiting my decision while I shopped around on my phone. Once I determined Advance Auto Parts was best option, he assisted me in securing the best possible price for my battery investment including warranty. I ended up saving over $60 by sticking with them. I really appreciate the kind customer service.

Had to get new wiper blades for my husband's car and mine. Magda helped me both days I went and had someone install them for me. (Can't remember their names) Even in the rain!! Not an issue to be had either time. I've been here before and have always received great customer service. Will definitely be going back as needed.

Terrible experience with some kid named Cody. He sounds absolutely clueless. Terrible customer service. This is why you don't hire high-school kids. Will never shop there again.

Awful customer service. If you know nothing or little at all about cars you're probably better off going to YouTube for assistance. My wife's car died and they won't even test the battery unless you pull it out of the car. It's a "special" case if it is inside of the car, which in my wife's it's underneath the seat. They won't change it out for you either which is all fine and dandy, but when I ask I they had jumper boxes he pointed in a general corner of the store where the batteries are and didn't even get up off his seat. Did you know that there is a jumper box for $100 that only goes up to a v6 engine? So which one is best suited for my car? You'd be better off ordering it online and probably fine it cheaper. Very unhappy, very unhelpful staff. This location used to have experts, what happened? There are 3 auto part stores within Rock throwing distance of this one, if you don't know exactly what you need with minimum direction then choose one of the other stores near by

If you need a group of helpful people that will go above and beyond to help those who are less mechanically inclined then you need to go here. I only wish I could give them a higher score. I used to Be an AutoZone guy but not now, Advance for me forever.

I went to the one on Barnes Blvd. Kevin helped me with review mirror & rear windshield wiper. I asked Kevin to install the Rear view mirror, he wouldn't because he said liability. I don't agree with that..

Awful service if I could give it 0 stars I would employees have no common sense or problem solving skills when it comes to being refunded the wrong amount and refused to refund the correct amount. Employees just lie and say they have a third party seller and after contacting online they said there is no third party seller you can return anything and have refunds fixed if done incorrectly.

Really friendly and reliable service. Desperately needed a car part replaced for it to function properly and the team helped me right away. Paid for it, got a reasonable price, and the associate even installed it for me. Always grew up going to Autozone, but this brand may be my go to auto store now.

I was so impressed with this place today!!!! I was at a client's house and car wouldn't start so I got a jump and drove here to test my battery and alternator!! I needed a battery and TIM helped and was so nice also!! It's storming and everything and he was so kind getting our battery in as fast he could in a rainstorm to make it to our next client!!!! All of the guys there were really helpful and knowledgeable because the computer said my battery c was one thing but it wasn't and they knew right where to go to make it fit n make it happen!!!! Awesome n best advanced i have ever been to!!!

My car pretty much was dead. Had to call a tow. Thank God they were able to jump it. I had enjoy battery to make it to the store late at night. Close to closing Luke there discussed my options not realizing my battery was still under warranty. They fixed me up and had me back on the road with a smile. Great service. Thanks guys!!!

Not the usual Advance Auto Parts tool that I use however they had the pot that I needed. Staff was very friendly and very helpful and Tim direct me to what I needed and I was on my way. If you are following Google Maps do follow the entry instructions as it is not accessible directly off the highway.

Get car parts, and Covid for free. Great selection, pricing and service, but the cool kids who work there either had their mask hanging off one ear or were wearing a neck gator which may actually disperse more particles in the air. A young regular customer was also too cool for a mask. I bet the senior gentlemen in line next to him to pick up wiper blades didn't appreciate that. If a company doesn't care enough to execute simple precautions to protect their workers, customers, and families, then they certainly don't deserve my business. And I might add, boo.

I stopped by here today and a nice guy named Nick fixed my issue for free. I thought that I needed a new alternator and it ended up being a loose bolt. Thank you for the help today!

Upon entering the store I was greeted with a smile. I asked if they tested batteries and the sales person jumped to the task. Within ten minutes they tested replaced and had me on my way again. Great service. I'd return.

Very bad service. The person who went to this store to buy things early in the morning to help us saw us seemed to be afraid of us because we were wearing masks? Did they keep avoiding us? No one in their store wears masks , But it's really ridiculous to set up an isolation board in the place where the money is counted.

I am not a motor head but I've been picking up small parts, batteries, cleaning supplies and such for years. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. They help install, test and all the little things that come along with the sale.Yesterday, I had my battery die in the car. It was one of theirs I got 2 and a half years ago. It was the Gold battery and had the warranty. I walked in with it, they through it on the tester and I walked out 5 minutes later with a new battery. No fuss no muss. This is my goto store in the area.

Great help by Jason who advised us that our battery was bad but under warranty at another company. We didn't have the receipt so he installed a new one for us. My back couldn't have taken lifting in and out. Very good service.
