Highly recommend.Having recently moved to the area, I got my car serviced somewhere that told me I needed to change my brake pads. The quote was substantial, so I decided to shop around and compare.I called Top Shelf and asked Ray (the owner) for a quote on changing the brake pads. He asked me for the year, make, and model of my car and was so knowledgeable about how the difference in the year could change how he would gain access to the breaks. My 2022 should be fairly straightforward. His quote was for 1/3 of the other quote. I was ecstatic. He was able to fit me in for the next morning.Upon arriving, the first thing you'll notice is that this looks like an authentic car shop; it's no frills and none needed. I sat and had an unexpected deep conversation about life, transitions, and mindset with Wayne, Ray s right-hand man.Lots of people were dropping their cars off, so I opted to go home and come back for my car. Ray called me 30 minutes later to tell me my car was ready.Apparently, the brake pads were a significant factor in how much power my car let me have. It's a sports car and running full force again!A week later, I had a flat (slow leak to 20psi) for a tire that had been patched twice before. Ray answered my call and directed me to head over so Wayne could fix it. Wayne found the leak and explained to me that based on where it is on the tire, a patch wouldn't work. He plugged it. Eventually, I ll have to replace the tire, but this will work for the next few months.I m so thankful to have found this shop. As a woman owning her first car, I ve been to many shops that have treated me dismissively about my concerns. Ray and Wayne treat everyone the same. There's a warm energy there.Thank you!!!

Ray took care of everything with my car, kept me up to speed on progress and explained what was done very thoroughly. I left confident that my car was in great working condition and would highly recommend him and Top Shelf Auto.

Every time I take my car to this shop, the owner gets my car right. I will not trust or leave my car with anyone else. Excellent customer service, gets me in and out, and most importanyly professional! I recommend Top Shelf Auto if you want your car done right the first time and by someone who is not gonna lie to you about what your car needs! Best service in town!

Wow. My car looks amazing.. Top shelf Auto did my repairs my car drives like it s new again .. Also they wash your car I picked my car up today I m still Amazed at the effort that was put in .. It looks like I m riding in a new car .. after the bad accident I had .. thanks again.. I will definitely do business with you again

Very professional establishment, Ray and his wife are amazing. My 2018 bmw got into an accident earlier this year and after Ray was finished with it, it s like it never happened, car runs and looks amazing. I am so glad I was referred to Top Shelf! I have had the same mechanic for 15 years and after he retired and sold his business I tried many different garages and never felt comfortable. (I have trust issues lol) But Ray really goes the extra mile explaining every detail of what is wrong and taking pictures of all of the repairs before and after. Anytime I have a vehicle emergency I have my car towed right to top shelf auto. Ray is the most professional, reliable, HONEST, affordable mechanics around. He s very knowledgeable in his craft and educates you on your vehicle breakdown, repair process and the cost of said repairs. I also love he has partnered with several companies to help you pay for the repairs. I know for me making sure I can afford to get my car fixed is crucial. Never a problem here, I will take every vehicle I ever own to Top Shelf auto because I know I m getting the best service at the most affordable price! Top shelf auto is awesome! The owner, Ray, works tirelessly to make sure your vehicle is perfect and ready on time. They stay open as late as necessary to be certain the job is done and done RIGHT! He will make sure to get you the best deal possible and fix any and all issies properly the first time. You can tell they care about their clients and client's safety and they always answer the phone if you have any questions. The owner and his team are as genuine and hardworking as they come! Ray came highly recommended to me by a friend. I drove over 3 cities to have my car repaired by him, and boy am I glad that I did! He was very thorough, very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He fixed my car for hundreds LESS than what I was quoted by the dealer, and my car was ready for pickup in about 3 hours. I pray that my car doesn't need any major repairs or auto-body work done, but if it ever does, Ray and his team of professionals is who I will trust to get the job done.

This is the only place I go for work on any of my vehicles. Here you get honesty and most importantly, quality of work. I m always doing small customizations and maintenance to my car and every time I leave it with Ray and his crew I have 100% confidence that my car will be well taken care of and all work will be completed. What I appreciate most is how honest Ray is, the price never changes and if he feels I should go another route he tells me before the job is done and if adjustments need to be made he always gives me a call with all updates big or small. I ONLY recommend Top Shelf Auto, in the past years these so called mechanics think hey know what they are doing but all they give me is headaches. Since I ve trusted Ray I ve never EVER had an issue with price or quality of work.

The customer service and professionalism was superb. The owner Ray and his wife were very kind. I was in need of a new set of tires, brake job and oil change. Ray took the time thoroughly explain the type of tires that I would need. After the services were performed my car rode like a new one. I was very pleased and the price was right.

I got incredible work done by Ray. He treats his customers like they're family, informs them of everything that needs to be done, and he will not accept doing work any less than EXCELLENT. I will continue to be a loyal customer to Top Shelf. The knowledge they have there is top notch. If you want a TRUSTWORTHY mechanic/auto body shop and custom work, TOP SHELF AUTO is the place to go. I won't go anywhere else after my experience here. I wish I could put more than 5 stars. Love these guys.

Ray was recommended to me by my car club for some custom light work. He was everything he was made out to be! I love the work he did on my car!! Great guy running a family business with mad skills. You want custom work on your car or just get it fixed right at a fair price? This is the place!!!

Ray was knowledgable, honest and full of sage advice. His shop performed an engine swap on my Toyota and didn't take the salvage yard's word that the replacement engine was good. They took the time to open up the new engine and inspect the valve train for wear and confirm it was a solid, clean motor before installing it. Ray was excellent at keeping me informed about the repair and his prices were fair. It seems to be a busy shop and I hope my review helps to make it busier. Thanks Ray!

I've visited Ray (owner) twice. Once for my brakes and rotors, second for my driver-side window. On both occasions Ray and his team provided great service. He was able to assess my issues and provide a really good quote. Their also pretty reasonable with expected wait times.
