I had a connection issue with my Thermo King Unit on my truck which was challenging to identify. I took the truck to Thermo King West palm Beach and was 1st assisted by a lovely lady Rosa who checked me in and went right to the Manager Russell who appeared shortly thereafter. Russell looked at the issue with no apparent reason why this was happening and started to take a deeper dive.After many attempts to fix it turned out just a simple bolt which had been replaced bye AAA was not long enough to make full contact, he replaced the connection bolt, meticulously checked everything else and closed the hood, we were done!Russell is a wonderful person as well as a fantastic manager, will be back with our full fleet with they arrive in Florida from CA where we never received service as fine as this experience. A huge special thank you for the wonderful work Thermo King of the Southeast did on our bus. Our AC needed a major repair and after taking it to several places to find a solution Thermo King took care of our problem within a day. Thanks to their amazing team, our A/C is now in better condition than ever allowing us to go back to serving the youth across Palm Beach County. Thank you so much and we all truly appreciate your hard work and excellent fast service! From all of us at Digital Vibez to all of you, thank you!

Very impress and happy with their service. Even on a busy day they got me in a got my Apu fuel pump replaced. Shout out to David, Russell and Dave took care of me and got me up and running again. Thanks to the lady who even let me know what the estimated wait time would be before o got there.

Russell was amazing!! Pulled up and he was right on getting us in and fixed. Stayed late to make sure the job was complete. One of the best experiences I ve had out here on the road.

The best service I've received in a long time. I was so pleased with getting my apu service done at this location. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend getting these guys to do your service.

Mr. Joe and his team did an exceptional job Installing my APU on my 2018 Freightliner. They were very professional and kept me updated with every step of the process. I would highly recommend Mr. Joe and the southeast team, their work is excellent. Very clean, neat and professionally installed. You will not be disappointed!

Called in with no prior contact and despite being short of techs and very busy looked at my APU straight away. Spent a couple of hours on it and got me going again! My weekend in Florida is now a whole lot more comfortable thanks to these guys! Excellent service and much appreciated.

I had to replace my trailer doors and they did it in a matter of hours and the 2 gentleman at the counter were helpful and friendly. Really liked this location

After having an emergency with the cooling system on one of my work trucks that rendered the vehicle unusable, Thermo King of Palm Beach was more then helpful to get me back up and running! I dropped the truck off on Monday and by Wednesday it was back on the road in pristine condition. I am the operations manager for Golden Express, all I can say from top to bottom is this is a class AAA group of people that have taken care of are equipment for 8 years....... From Rosa in the front office to Lester in the Service dept ... always honest and go out of the way to get you up and running asap Thank you service team..... I would recommend this outfit to anyone who needs help with their unit Carrier as well as TK and I assure you that they will treat you fair.......

They are thief they don't know how to work . I own 5 trucks and believe me they won't see them no more . They tell you is a part when is not .the manager ralph he is a rude person that don't know how to considers customers that guy is a thief I'll make sure all companies I know around not go there they are spensive bad work and very unprofesional
