What a fantastic experience we had at MJ TruckNation. From the first phone call, until the moment we received our keys we had the best of experience.As a new buyer and small business owners we had many questions. Mike in sales was very prompt with my messages and patient with the showings. We left impress with Dave s knowledge and professionalism. It was evident he did the extra mile and his efficiency was notable. They both made the transaction effortless for us. We can t wait to buy our next truck with them.

Over the past 5 years I've brought my 2 Hino moving trucks there for service/warranty and always happy with their service but this last visit was WELL beyond my expectations. I was in a pinch with one of the trucks with a rear air bag leak, paid a mobile mechanic to fix the issue. Charged me $3800 dollars, didn't fix the problem and wouldn't warranty the work so I scooted over to MJ Nation where they found multiple leaks in the same(repaired) area and I even had to bring it back a 2nd time(no fault of their own...the nature of air leaks. Fix one and find another) and they took care of it with NO additional charges and couldn't have been more pleasant and intent on fixing the issue. Kudo's to Tyler, Mike and Maria for being ultimate professionals. I HIGHLY recommend MJ Nation !

Outstanding place to do business with!Dave and Mike have been a huge help with our business and made purchasing several lawn spray trucks very easy over last few years.We recently were down 2 lawn spray trucks and got what we needed very quickly and stress free.Highly recommend them to anyone!

This is the BEST Dump Truck Dealership we have ever done business with. There prices are extremely fair as well as their top-notch quality trucks. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly people, who stand by their product 100%.Our company truck was recently vandalized and MJ Truck Nation knows how vital our trucks our to our company. Therefore, they pushed us forward and made sure we were taken care of right away. They are not only a great dealership but true friends of Fresh Start Maintenance Inc. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. Do not buy a NPR dump truck from this dealer. We ve had nothing but issues with our dump truck that is only two years old. And they offer no help, not the dealer, not the manufacturer. We have spent thousands of dollars to fix and even had the engine replaced that was fortunately covered by warranty - but even that was a huge struggle. (Mike at MJ in customer service was very kind but could only do so much) Another business owner that we are familiar with bought from a different dealer, same truck at the same time we did and has had ZERO issues. Do not buy from here.***** in response****I will never put myself in the same situation that happened last year again, so I will not be dealing with your dealership again for service. I can write a review at any time, no time frame, because here I am yet again ONE YEAR LATER, with $3000 in repairs that have to be done that is not normal wear and tear. Your records must not be up to date because you would see the numerous calls about the tires, the battery and then finally the engine all within the first year. (Battery within the first few months) Speak to Mike and he will tell you about the 5 weeks you kept our dump truck last year with no offer of a loaner or any relief. I had to go all the up to Izuzu and still nothing because they said I had to deal directly with your dealership only. Now a short year later, and $3000 worth of service. This truck is a lemon. P

People here at this maintenance/ sales facility are top notch. Mechanics are polite and very professional as well as knowledgeable and pleasant to talk too. A nice waiting area with accessible restrooms that are very well kept clean and fully stocked. Limited parking, and can be at times difficult too negotiate due to the trucks are big and constantly being shuffled around.I would highly recommend your next rental or purchase with this properly run facility. Absolutely the best people and the trucks can be custom ordered to your specific attributes.

While driving an Isuzu truck from Miami to Denver, the check engine light came on. Thankfully we weren't too far from MJ TruckNation. All the guys working there were so nice and very knowledgeable. They were able to look at the truck, figure out what was wrong and get it fixed extremely quickly and efficiently. They really took care of us and our truck. Tim, the technician and Dave the service director were both so so great. I highly recommend using MJ TruckNation. Overall a very great, easy experience!

Took my truck in for service on 2-1-21 for a minor fuel leak. The service advisor asked if anything else needed to be check and I told him a few things. They came back with an estimate of over $7K. I told him to just fix the leak I brought it there for (which I was quoted 1HR of labor at a rate of $145HR plus parts cost of $113.36). He told me that he didn't have the part but could get it the following day. When I went to pick up my truck on 2-2-21 they tried to charge me over $600! I asked why and he fumbled my paperwork he had in his hand and as he flipped it over there was the charges I was quoted highlighted with a green highlighter for the 1HR plus the parts $113.36. He went back in and after 10 minutes came back out and told me $200+ something. I gave him my CC and left. When I got an alert from my CC the charge was $351.34. I looked at the receipt that was 3 pages and found the $351.34 on the 2nd and 3rd page. There was a $50 "freight shipping" charge and a $20 charge for "customer pay palm beach county environmental fee for repair order". I was never told about either one of these fees. The ORIGINAL estimate that was over $7K had the $50 charge for "freight shipping" BUT the $20 environmental fee was NOT on that either! This estimate had lots of parts including brake drums on it. I DECLINED that estimate. I was never told when I authorized the fuel line to be repaired that there would be ANY additional fees above the 1HR labor and the $113.36 for the parts! I called them the next day 2-3-21 and spoke to "Mike" he said he would look into it and call be back in a little while. I waited and waited and he NEVER called me back! I should also mention that the parts were (according to several online Isuzu parts sites) charged ABOVE LIST price! I also asked Mike about that and he said he would have to check with the "parts" department to see why. I waited a WEEK before writing this review and they NEVER did call me back! I will NEVER bring my truck here again and would strongly caution you to TRIPLE CHECK ANY QUOTE you get (get it in writing) from them BEFORE you have them do the work! I gave them 2 stars only because they did fix the leak. I wish I would have read their reviews BEFORE I brought my truck to them!

It s sad when the dealership turns out to be the stealer ship . Took my truck there to have top end engine oil leak fixed .. they charged me 2,800$ got my tuck back And same leak .. too it back and they Basically started throwing parts at it then came up with a bill of another $2800 just in parts .. Basically they don t know what they re doing just throwing parts at this point unfortunately in this world today it is hard to find workers and it looks like anybody will do at this point. I recommend if you have anything technical try your best to find someone else to work on your truck because you will leave here with a big bill and the same problems Hope this helps some one in need of reviews on this place .. the guy mike at the desk is a great rep tho .. very customer service Friendly .. tok bad they couldn t fix the oil leak .. the first time ..

To all the working people this place is no good they charge you for work they don't do be careful. I took my truck for alignment rotation of the tires and they said they were going to do a recall on the transmission lines I pick up my truck I when home and check my truck because they said that there was something wrong with the main pin in my front end I'm and exmechanic for 30 years I check my truck and I saw they didn't do absolutely nothing except rotating the tires no alignment or transmission lines and there's nothing wrong with my front endBe very careful with this people they'll take your money and the manager of the shop is the main guy in all of it. I went and confront them and they give me all my money back

Did the entire transaction from out of town. Showed up and within ten minutes was driving away in my new vehicle. Process was very simple and they had great communication. I would highly recommend.

I flew from PA to purchase a brand new $84,000.00 give or take truck. Everything worked great until I drove back to PA and attempted to fill the tanks and the 400 gal tank started to leak. I began communication in July of 2018 and now February of 2019 my tank is still leaking. I had been dealing with Frankie, he has been "busy" so I just spoke with his "boss" Brian." I'll say this much, if he is a manger then I would never give this company another dollar of my money. Brian says, "it's the body company's issue", which is 100% correct, BUT MJ Truck Nation is my spokes person as THEY are the ones who decided to put THEIR body on MJ Truck Nation's truck. I am beyond frustrated relating this issue and no one at MJ Truck Nation seems to be working towards rectifying the situation. I guess I should have only paid for 25% of the truck since I can only use 25% of the tank! Buyer beware, this company is HORRIBLE!!!!UPDATE 2/14/19: I am pleased to say that the issue has now been resolved. The tank company sent one of their own from Ohio to fix the issue(s)

Excellent service !!! The Service manager Brian was very respectful, attentive, and helped me every step of the way. Even updated me outside of work hours on the progress of my truck! Check out was a pleasure too with the beautiful young lady Iris up front. Would recommend this dealership to all I know for service and sales!

We purchased a 2018 Isuzu NPR-HD Crewcab landscape dump from MJ and Shane last week. This was a great experience with a last minute request. My truck went down hard and I needed a replacement. Lucky me, my friend suggested these guys and they came through well. I tried the other dealers down South and they couldn't compete.

Mike and Felix make it happen here in service. They know a truck down isn't making any money for a company. And for a small company like mine, getting a truck in and out is of the utmost importance. Getting it done right the first time is always a plus. Ty guys for making it painless.

I called about a used truck for sale and was told someone would get back to me. Never heard a word. I emailed numerous times and no response. I went there in person and parked a block away since there is never any parking. I couldn t see the truck so I asked the receptionist for a salesman and they said no one was available. I guess they don t want to sell used trucks since they re selling new dump trucks for in the $50,000 and up. I still see the truck for sale online but I guess I ll go to another Isuzu dealer to see if they want to sell me a truck. I d be out of business if I used there sales mentality. So enjoy your one star. You ve earned it!

The shop was very busy at the time and still had the time to check my engine light. Quick and easy fix, and they dismissed my diagnosis fee when I approved the work. Will be coming back for future repairs.

The worst service ever! We paid over $20,000 to fix our truck and it s still coming back to their shop. The last thing we hear is that our ALUMINUM fuel tanks are RUSTED on the inside. Really!!???!?!!!? Next thing we will hear that the bearings in the muffler need grease! SMH
