This place is amazing. I found it online one Saturday after having an appointment with the other Maaco in west Palm. I was in desperate need for help when nobody showed up after 2 hours of me waiting. I called this place & Boy of Boy Kim, Kim, Kim. You are a God sent! I can t that you enough for going above & beyond for me on a Saturday. After driving an hour to the west Palm location then waiting for 2 hours I was not a happy camper. When I got to Kim s location she went above n beyond to assist me. She was very upfront and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and what to expect. Due to the nature of my situation she went above and beyond to assist me and fitting me into her schedule. Fast forward to pick up day! Kim, you did it again! You and your team are AMAZING! my car looks like nothing happened to it! I can t thank you enough for going above and beyond to assist me that Saturday .I appreciate you If you are still reading this review and your looking for a shop right here this is the place . My 2004 infinity was parked for over a year and the previous paint was peeling and rusted. Kim was very professional and gave her professional advice. My son absolutely love the car . I definitely gives this place 5/5 stars and would highly recommend.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Updated review:I have to update my original review now that I was presented with new information that I did not know prior to today. I truly believed that my car wasn t driven during the 5 months I was out of the state. However, Kim showed me that I was wrong about this and that my car was in fact driven A LOT.She had me come to the shop so that she could show me everything in person. She showed me the new damage, evidence that a new part was recently installed & the difference in mileage. She then explained the specific reasons for why they could not honor their warranty. Her reasoning was 100% justified & I felt like a complete @sshole. Kim was extremely patient and understanding; she couldn t have handled it any better!! I truly apologize for jumping the gun and leaving the poor review. Great customer service and a very different experience this time!!

I brought my car in to the Riviera Beach Marco 5 months ago. Kim was very nice and professional. I explained to her that there was oxidation spots on my car, she said they could take care of it. Oh yes they did!!!The team went above and beyond. Now my car looks like a new one. I Love It!!!Keep up the Good Work!!!

Perfect!! Body work excellent, did more then was agreed too. Paint unbelievable and we are talking a Lexus SUV. Was charged less then insurance paid me and got more done and WHOLE car painted. Looking like she did 11 years ago with flakes in paint.Great service Kim.

My GMC ACADIA had some chipping in the paint on the front fender. I took it to Maaco on Military Trail in Rivera Beach..Kim was the associate, she was Very Helpful and explained how the work would be applied. I dropped my Acadia off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday.. Wow.. What A Professional Job. My Acadia looks like a Brand New SUV again... Thank You Kim and Thank You Maaco. I brought my 1982 Datsun 280zx to Maaco in Riviera Beach. They did a complete paint job and I was very impressed with the quality of work. There were a few minor issues but overall I still give them 5 stars. To my dismay I could only find 2 other places in West Palm Beach willing to paint a classic car and they wanted at least $5000 more than I paid at Maaco. Kim was a pleasure to work with. You can tell that she genuinely cares about making the customer happy. She is an asset to this company. I would definitely trust the team at this location with my vehicle again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the worst place to come bring your car for paint,the lady that works at the front desk should be fired so rude,came in to get an estimate she had the worst attitude am never coming back there again also the have fake reviews

These people are miracle workers, plain and simple. I worked with Kim at the Riviera Beach Maaco; she was friendly and professional and went well beyond the call of duty. I am extremely happy with the results. Not only did they make the outside of my car look brand new again, they also vacuumed and cleaned my interior. Had a dell and huge scratches on the fender. After checking out several locations I have chosen Maaco for the job. It s a professional facility with excellent staff and most importantly they offered the best fair price for the job.Picked up the car yesterday and was very pleased with the results. Not only that they solved the issues in an excellent way, my car was cleaned inside and outside. They even offered me a ride to pick up the car. Kim is a great manager, friendly, funny and keeps you informed. I couldn t ask for more. Highly recommend this auto body shop.

This is the first time going to a body shop. What an amazing experience. Kim is the best. A gated community security officer messed up my door by closing the gate on my car. I stopped by and Kim gave me an estimate right away. I gave the community the estimate and waited for an answer. A couple of days later Kim called and said she had a check for the repairs to be done. She had to do some calling around to the community to figure out who it was for. She went above and beyond for me and even stayed late for me because I had forgotten my drivers license in the car. She is amazing and the job was done earlier than promised. They did a super job and knock on wood I don't have to use them again but if I do they are my first choice.The only negative was there was dust all over on the inside of the vehicle. They do need to be more careful and wipe their feet before putting them on black carpeting. I'm upset I had to clean the inside again but the fact that they did such a great job kinda makes up for it.Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work and wipe your feet.

The experience of getting the estimate and getting everything set up to go could not have been more perfect. Kim is the person to see and her knowledge is mind-boggling. Actually her knowledge is only superseded by her kindness and people skills. I've been trying to get my truck repaired since last February and haven't been able to find an honest shop that I felt could do quality work in the largest county east of the Mississippi. Then there was Maaco, and they had Kim. I was even forced to put back the appointment a week because of my second covid shot and she couldn't have been more understanding and concerned. If you want quality work and a fair deal I can't send you any further.

I went to three other places before here... Kim was knowledgeable, nice, and answered all my questions honestly and professionally. Kim is awesome. I brought my ugly dead car in for a complete paint job... the paint was in terrible shape. It would need to be sanded... and needed lots of help. Kim said they could make it look great.I brought my car in on a Friday... Kim called me Tuesday ... and my car was finished. Kim had said it would probably take them about 4 days... and they did it in 4 days. No change in the estimated price... nothing hidden... and they did it!My car is awesome looking now... I cannot believe this is even the same car.I would recommend this Macco to anyone. Go see Kim.Service: Painting

I was rear ended and needed a new side panel and bumper with paint to match for my 2011 Ford Ranger. Kim was incredibly knowledgeable and not only knew everything that needed to be done but she also got me the best prices for all factory and aftermarket parts. The job was also done in the exact time she said it would take and the paint job was a perfect match. Thanks to Kim and the crew my truck has never looked this good!

I ve had two offers (unsolicited) from strangers to buy my car since having the car painted head to toe by Maaco Riviera. I m not selling, but I think that speaks to the quality of work they do.The car has spent the past 12 years in Brooklyn, NY, basically getting destroyed by our neighbors. Rust, scratches, dents...everything. It looked truly horrible. These guys made it look like new.Pricing was the same or below quotes I received from other shops, but I ve heard horror stories from friends who got similar work done elsewhere.This is the only place I d recommend to get work done on your vehicle.Thanks to the whole team for treating us so well.Service: Painting

i came in hoping to just make my car look presentable because it had severe fading and peeling and they went way above my expectations. I got the 600 dollar paint job so no I wasn't expecting a five star job but thats what i got, they did not fix the small dents for the price i paid and i was made aware of that before the job was done for those people wondering but they painted the car so good it looks brand new. They gave me a time frame and gave it back one day early which was crucial, no one wants to be without their car. They are honest, hardworking, and trustworthy at THIS location. I recommend talking to christian.

Riviera Beach Florida shop. Kim estimated and guided me through the process. Helping me get the finish and quality I was looking for out of a paint shop. Kim got me in early, done fast and a finished product that looked like new. Could not have been happier with the work. Kim called to update me and provide me with a grill painting option. Treated like family you like. Next vehicle I need painted I'll bring back to Maaco in Riviera Beach. I'll also let people know of my experience. Wow what a great place, my first time going here! I have a 2020 Chevrolet Camaro and dented in my passenger car door bad and paint was messed up and every time I opened the door it would hit the other panel, even my passenger mirror had to br repainted.. I went in to just get a estimate and hearing the prices I didn't go anywhere else. Kim the lovely lady that took care of me was so nice and so fast I was in and out. It only took 2 days to get my car back. They even washed my car! I recommend this place.Service: Body & Trim
