Dawn at Lucid Service in Riviera Beach is always there to assist with a smile on her face. She answers all questions happily as silly as they may sound.Their service technicians as well are all very courteous and friendly and quite capable of making any needed repairs on the scene.Let s hope you do not need them however I highly recommend Lucid service in Riviera Beach if you do need service for your Lucid.

I've had my GT 1.5 years now and have had my car serviced here since they opened. Dawn, Chris, and the rest of the team here are always on the ball and eager to take care of customers. Service goes a long way in the ownership experience of any car and Lucid promotes the best in class service and support. Looking forward to years ahead.

Excellent experience with our Lucid and the Lucid Service Center Riviera Beach, Fl. Anthony, the technician who came out this a.m., was excellent with diagnostics, very professional, answered all my questions and showed me many features I didn't know. Dawn, the service concierge at the Service Center, is always very professional and friendly. Overall, Lucid is a great EV and service has been excellent.

I normally don t write reviews but in this case I had to! Prior to my becoming a Lucid owner, I had been a Tesla Model S owner since 2013, 2016 Model S Tesla and a 2020 Tesla. As I retired, it was time for an upgrade and I purchased a Lucid in 2023. It is the car of my dreams!Unfortunately, this month I had an error message on my Lucid and it indicated the car was no longer driveable, while I was at a doctors appt. In a panic, I placed a call to the Riviera Beach service center. Dawn calmed us down and Kyle immediately dispatched a tow truck to pick up the vehicle to determine what was wrong. At the same time, they arranged for us to be in a loaner car with a rental agency so we were never without a car.Christian at the Service Center kept us informed of what had happened to our car - a squirrel had chewed on an electric wire and consistently kept us up to date as repairs were being made.Unfortunately, a couple of days later, the loaner car from a nationally known rental company died on us while we were out celebrating our grandson s birthday. We called in the Riviera Beach Service Center and Kyle tried helping us contact the rental car agency which was closed at 1:30pm on a Saturday. We ended up getting an Uber home. A tow truck picked up the rental car.Unknown to us at the time, our car s repairs had just been completed. Kyle at Riviera Beach Lucid, hunted down a transport vehicle on Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm to expedite the transport of our Lucid vehicle, whose service had just been completed, back to us at our home, which was 2 hours away.I cannot say enough about the team at this location - Dawn, Kyle and Christian - have more than exceeded our expectations. They deeply care about their customers and listen to their concerns. Thank you Dawn, Kyle and Christian! You are the true A Team!

I had an issue with my doorhandle, not presenting itself to open up and called the service center in Riviera BeachThey provided exceptional service and communication to arrange for a mobile technician to come to my house and perform the repair. The gentleman who performed the repair was clearly very experienced.

Tesla sold that to lucid so that is now lucid service center for West Palm Beach area, nice to have a service center close by for electric vehicles

The staff is absolutely wonderful! No matter how many times I call, any problems I have had have always been taken care of in a timely manner. It's always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Lucid!

Allways cars parked hazardly on front lawn ???? blocks view very dangerous going to cause accidents people can't see traffic coming at all. Why can't this company have any courtesy for public and neighbor business owners. Very unprofessional employees

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service from Dawn at the Lucid Service Center. She was prompt in responding to my problem and followed up right away. Dawn was courteous and accommodating. Truly a wonderful experience. She deserves a raise!
