I had the unexpected misfortune of encountering a flat tire when I was at work, and to my dismay, even the spare tire was flat. In a stroke of luck, I found J-5 Tire Rescue LLC Mobile Service on Google, and I'm immensely grateful that I did. From the moment I called, Jeff sprang into action and arrived promptly. He not only provided swift and efficient service but also displayed remarkable kindness and patience throughout the entire process. Jeff went above and beyond by returning to fetch a tire for me and even installed it, ensuring that I could safely continue my journey. I cannot express enough gratitude for his professionalism and dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend J-5 Tire Rescue LLC Mobile Service, and specifically Jeff, to anyone in need of tire assistance. After working over 40 years in the service sector, I've become a bit of a stickler for service quality in general. With that being said I would be giving J-5 tire service SIX STARS if that option were available. His attitude, equipment and quick action were second to none, when I was in need of road side assistance (at 9PM). And to top it off, this was on the heals of being declined by AAA (despite being a loyal member for over 30 years) and Hertz - which was the rental car I was driving at the time. Apparently its too much of a stretch for the big guys to show up after 5PM.Take it from me - J5 Tire should always be your 1st call!

Says 24 hours service. I called needing a tire on Sunday morning(1/29/24). The owner got back to me at 6:30AM on 1/30/24 leaving me an 8 minute 34 second voicemail. In that voicemail every profanity was said. So much so I refuse to type them. They were disgusting uncalled for names to whom I could only assume were clients. In my opinion I would never use this man. If you d like to contact me I have the voicemail. Thanks.

Fast friendly service. My tire blew in the middle of the night coming home from out of town. I called J-5 Tire Rescue and they came less than 45 mins repaired my tire and I was up and running again.

This company is the Real Deal. My wife had a slow leak in a tire. Called and within a hour, the owner was out to fix the tire. I highly recommend this business.

This amazing man came out of nowhere and was able to fix two flat and unbeaded tires right on the spot. They got me back on my feet again within 20 minutes. I'll always be grateful!

Needed a quick tire fix for a work truck on-site. These guys had us up and running within an hour! Good call and great job!
