They ve had my vehicle for 3 months because their employee didn t know to order the VIN specific parts. The incompetent staff couldn t fix the majority of the truck, so they had to send it to numerous other shops for assistance such as St Lucie Battery & Tire, Midas and even sent it to Arrigo Ram dealership.I get it back today and discover rust in multiple areas. There is absolutely no quality control.

The work was good, what I appreciated was the staff being so willing and understanding. When I went to pick up the car there was a little issue with the paint that I found. without any questions or blame, Andre took the car back to the shop and assured me that it would be fixed. He took every effort to make sure the job was done right, and I was satisfied. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find good help.With that said I do appreciate when the staff takes responsibility and does not pass the buck.Thank you, Andre, and the rest of the staff!!

Don t let your insurance company send you to this guy. Kevin was the most unprofessional manager I have ever met. He smoked a cigarette inside and would not tell me his boss s name. Kevin needs to be fired. He refused to give me my wife s car. Only my lawyer and Geico will be back here. Geico contacted too.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Crash Champions did amazing work on my car. They were professional on my arrival. Kept in great contact throughout my repair. And returned my vehicle in truly MUCH better shape than I left it. Fully detailed and cleaned the inside as an added perc to the body work that needed to be done on the outside. Completed everything in an incredibly timely manner. Recommend them 10/10

These gus left my vehicles wiring harness dangling underneath and found my tailgate top cover was glued on instead of them buying the spring clips, which they probably didn't have at the time. Then, after 3 months, I called to find out they had my emblems which I was waiting on. The response was "oh, guess they didn't call you". With nothing else to say... Fair warning, stay away.

This place was by far the WORST establishment i've ever experienced. Numerous times they told me my car would be ready and then delayed. They didn't even have the audacity to let me know, I had to call and find out that my car would then be delayed another 1 or 2 weeks. This happened about 6 times and I wish I was joking. Their customer service is TRASH. Adonis the "parts manager" should be working as a dogwalker - a job you don't need a brain for. The receptionist doesn't know anything you are talking about, you're better off communicating with a 1 year old. Bob "the general manager" I feel bad for the guy he looks/sounds so overwhelmed and stressed all the time but anybody would if they were dealing with a whole bunch of clowns. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!After 4 and a half months I finally got my car back. My car wasn't even washed and I am missing a tint and my window is scratched. Just terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN.Matt Ebert (CEO) - You should find new team members with some sense to actually run a successful buisness with appropriate customer service.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do not trust them with your vehicle. I brought my car in for minor paint and body repairs, was quoted 16 days for service, took two months. Repeated delays, lies, and unresponsive mess. Staff are incompetent.Final job was done poorly, multiple areas where paint is incorrect. Can see the metal underneath. No clear coat and not enough layers of paint. Car was dirty and not detailed when time for pick up even after so many delays. Incredibly bad business.

Found Crash Champions through GEICO and it was a fantastic experience! They were wonderful and communicative with me from the moment I dropped off my car. They called twice to update me through out the week, and were finished ahead of schedule. Mike (service manager, I think?) even dropped off my car to me in the pouring rain and took my rental back. Not to mention my car was returned cleaner than I dropped it off, interior was spotless. I hope nobody reading this needs to take their car in for collision damage any time soon, but if you do, I recommend this location of Crash Champions. 10/10!

I brought my Nissan in to have the rear bumper cover replaced. I dealt with Vinnie and he arranged to have the bumper cover delivered to Crash Champions where they would paint it and then I would only have to bring my vehicle in and they would do the repair while I waited. Sounds like a good deal. The repair came out ok but after I left their facility, I discovered that someone there had gone into my console and helped themselves to some cash I had (mistakenly, I guess) left in there. I reported it to Vinnie and he was going to speak to the manager but no one ever got back to me. I guess they really wanted a "tip" from me. Fine. Here's my "tip" to everyone else - there are some dishonest people who work at Crash Champions so please be a little more careful than I was. (Yes, I gave them "one star" because you can't post a review with no stars. Thanks Google.)Service: Body & Trim

I have a Mercedes Benz car , a rear ended accident. I was a little worried about the paint to be sure they match my silver color. They did an excellent job on the repairs, changed the bumper ,lights ,Right side and rear fender.I am very content with the repairs, Geico recommended this place as part as the insurance program. Only give 4 stars due to the date to be finish, apparently there were issues with a technician on sick leave, buy the way ,a wish him speedy recovery. The secretary Ms Robles an excellent person kept me informed about the delay. Carlo is no longer there and I'm no in their database for some reason, no matter lifetime warranty, and my car is still messed up, so my original 5 star review was only for Carlo, who actually tried to make things right. Mike also tried to make things right but they are not the ones doing the repairs. This company is terrible don't go here.

Ive received multiple calls from crash champions asking me to provide proof of payment for services rendered, unbelievable. Not only was i totally unsatisfied with the service crash champions provided, my vehical had bolts missing and even tools left on my seat. My vehicle wasent wash and it looked like someone just splash a bucket of water on it upon delivery. Totally unprofessional and unsatisfactory on the service department part. Now more than half a year later they are contacting me to ask if i payed? and telling me they have no proof of my payment. How is that my responsibility? Obviously their accounting department also lacks organization, professionalism, and efficiency. Fortunately i have my bank statement records where the transaction appears. I also located the invoice and customer copy visa receipt which crash champions gave me upon payment at the service counter. I dont think its the customers responsibility to do crash champions job and keep track of such records. I have since moved from south FL. and im basically stuck with my vehicle the way crash champions left it. They need to do their job, find my proof of payment and not contact me again. I would never recommend this shop and only chose it because it was 1 of few options i had near my home and the quickest availability. Unfortunately PENSKE collision next door to the Toyota dealer wasn't an option due to my insurance. I went to them months before and they didn't an OUTSTANDING job start to finish.

Do not use this center. They are unprofessional. You will NOT receive your car back when promised. They initially promised it would be completed in two days- (called us several times over a nearly 3 week period stating that car would be ready and each time the day changed). When told it was finally ready, my husband went in to pick it up and THEY HAD NOT COMPLETED THE WORK. They only had to repair TWO paint scratch areas - on small area on the hood and one larger one on the bumper. They completed one, but not the other!! My husband ended up leaving it with them again, but I was not happy about it at all as they had already had my car for two weeks. They promised the car would be finished the next day - it wasn't and this was on a Friday. My husband went to pick the car up on Monday (yesterday) and it was returned DIRTY! It has wax marks and fingerprints all over the hood, and windshield. Unbelievable - We were extremely patient without throughout, the least they could have done is return my car clean!We rarely have to take our cars in for any type of repair outside of normal checks, but when we have had minor issues, we have always used reputable centers who did the work well and was completely as promised. I have never had anyone have my car for nearly 3 weeks. The timing wasn't the issue - it was the fact that they kept calling up to say the car would be ready, but it wasn't and that when my husband went to pick it up the first time they didn't even complete the job, and the last time, they returned it dirtier than when it was given to them!Never use this shop. They are sloppy, unprofessional, and just outright liars, who will give you the run around. Do business the right way or don't do business! I cannot stand to give undeserving unprofessional people my business or money! There are more deserving businesses. We do not need them, we ONLY used them because they were recommended by our insurance. NEVER AGAIN! I will be making a complaint to our insurance as well. I cannot imagine how long they would have kept my car if we had any type of major damage! Save yourself the trouble.

Horrible horrible horrible service. First, there was no communication unless I was calling and harassing them about MY car.... Then they could never tell me anything. .. They kept it longer than it should have been there just to get it back and they broke something that was perfectly fine when I dropped my car off the first time. .. Next, I received my car back on "e" Or empty in my gas tank when I dropped it off with a quarter tank.. They continued to take my car to another location to get fixed. When I brought all this to their attention, they were very rude about it basically calling me dumb. Worst exp of my little... If you value your car and money you will not take it here to get repaired.. GEICO really needs to do better. The only positive thing about my experience was that the receptionist was exceptionally nice! She was the only one trying to help me the best way she could!

Outstanding repair job by all at signature, they repaired my truck ahead of schedule returned it to me cleaner than it's been in years. Rob help get my rental and stayed in touch thru out the process. Very professional operation. If ever I need my truck repaired I will absolutely return to Signature. Yes I will recommend this business highly.Thanks again !

The work that was done at signature collision was fantastic and quick. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and polite. They get 5 stars! But the review is 3 stars because of the blonde manager with the big nose. She needs to work on her approach with customers. She was rude and spoke to me like I was her child. She gets ZERO stars. The people who did the work, 5 stars. And the sweet woman at the front desk gets 5 stars.Service: Painting

My car was hit by someone who ran a stop sign. Crash Champions made me whole again. My car, which is a hybrid, was running like she had never been in an accident. I am pleased with their work.They let me take the car home while waiting for a small part to come in ( it did not affect my driving) and they came to my job to install it. Took in for collision repair and worked directly with insurance carrier. Like the gated facility but a tad difficult to turning into in one direction. Car looks excellent and turnaround time great. Poor grades all around. Shoddy work, poor customer service, poor communication. I feel like I could have done a better job myself.Edit..the car was sent back for 3 days and returned to me in the great condition. Disappointed. We had a claim through Geico with our service van, which is fully stocked. For 6 days ( after 2+ weeks)the van was promised 'by end of day', which we would make arrangements to transfer equipment from the rental van.When we were assured it was complete and went to pick it up, no, it was not done. Very unprofessional, non communicative and the customer service woman who answers the phone is not pleasant. If it was going to take longer, just let the customer know so they can make appropriate arrangements, not keep leading them on or not return calls.
