Stephanie is always educating her clients and she encourages everyone to do their research on anyone who is offering a detail service. She is very professional and transparent in the service she is providing. Every step was explained and cost had no hidden surprises . I have recommended Torqued Custom Detailing to all my friends over the pat 2yrs and will continue to support and recommended them.

I wanted a ceramic coat on my car for a long time. I found Torqued when researching ceramic coating for cars. Stephanie and her son do exceptional work! They are very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Stephanie took the necessary time to assess my car, explaining the entire process that she felt was needed, and provided detailed aftercare instructions. I received 6 year ceramic coat and my car now looks brand new! The prices are more than fair actually better than most. I would highly recommend Torqued Custom Auto Detailing to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

Stephanie and her son are a rare find these days. The professionalism and detailed explanation of each step of the process to which they took with my vehicle was and is truly amazing. They even called during the work in progress to update me. I had swirls on my vehicle from the dealer when they "detailed" it. It was a horrible job. But with Stephanie's trained eye and her son's expertise the two of them were able to get rid of the swirls and beautified my vehicle. It looks brand new. I will not go anywhere else to have my vehicle cleaned or detailed ever again. They placed the ceramic coating on it and what a beauty! They go above and beyond. There are not many professional services out there anymore that take the time with the customer as Stephanie does. The price was great for a large vehicle as well. Just because there is a limit at 5 Stars ! these guys deserve a 10 out of 5 Stars! Amazing service, Amazing Quality... Stephanie and her son are truly amazing professionals and they will go the Extra Mile (or two) to resolve your needs and make you happy! So I was referred to Stephanie and Ignacio by a friend. I have always been interested in getting one of my vehicles professionally ceramic coated but had no idea where to go and who I could trust. So I drove 3 hrs away to see what they can do and when I say I was blown away that is probably an understatement! I m hard to please and only three things in my life made my face hurt from smiling that big was the birth of my son, my divorce from his mother and the unbelievable job these two pulled off on my car I had absolutely no idea my car looked this beautiful! Needless to say I have several other cars that will be done by them hands down! Definitely would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again for the wonderful ex

Stephanie was wonderful. She has great availability and is thorough in the work she does. I scheduled the service because my cat peed in her car carrier that leaked through to the front passenger seat. I wasn't able to get the smell out on my own so I recruited some help. I shared with Stephanie about my goal. She worked on the spot three times until she was satisfied with the work. She shared with me after it was done that if I can still smell it in 30 days to bring it back and she can do a spot clean for an extremely reasonable price. She did great work on my car and has phenomenal customer service. I will use her again in the future for sure!

My car is absolutely beautiful. Stephanie is amazing. She explained everything well and after seeing all her 5 star reviews (which is all she has) I decided to do the 3 year ceramic coat. It is amazing I am going to upgrade to the lifetime because her work is just that good. She made it look Showroom new!! I have had many cars detailed in the past but nothing comes close to how great it looks now! I purchased my car new in February of 2019. My cars paint had many flaws the dealership continually failed to address. I found Stephanie and her team while researching for local detailers and decided to try based on their reviews. Over a year later, I m so glad I did. When I first made an appointment she came out to evaluate my car for paint correction and detail. My car looked like it was made of glass when I got it back. It was mind blowing how different it looked. I also ended up having her do the lifetime ceramic coating and if you live in Florida, I highly suggest this for love bug season alone. Everything just seems to fall off. I ve referred everyone to her and they all rave about how awesome the team is. Even friends who have purchased brand new cars took them straight to Stephanie within weeks of purchasing for ceramic coating and are mind blown how much better their cars looked after. Stephanie and her son Alex are phenomenal all around! They are extremely knowledgeable and their attention to detail is amazing. I started using them 3 years ago and even though I moved 30 miles away, I keep coming back! I get so many compliments on the work they do and so many people think my 7 year old car is brand new! I can't say enough about how impressed I am with their work!

Stephanie and her crew did amazing work. I am highly, highly critical of anybody who touches my vehicles (which almost never happens) because I used to be a mechanic, so I don t just hand over the keys to anybody. I m glad I did with Torqued Custom Detailing. Stephanie was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and passionate about everything. I could tell by our first conversation she was going to do fantastic work, and my gut was spot on. My brand new truck with 200 miles on it looks better than it did the day I picked it up with the detail and System X ceramic coating they put on!Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed. Their work is fantastic, prices are extremely fair, and you will not be treated like a number. Couldn t be happier!

WOW, WOW. What service. Stephanie just finished Ceramic coating my 2019 Harley Triglide and what an out stand job and service you just don't get any more. I am so impressed with the quality of her work and the attention to detail that she bring to the job. Can not thank you enough for an outstanding job at a reasonable price. I took my car there a few weeks ago to get the seats done. After receiving the car back as done. I got home and noticed that the rear mats were missing. After talk to the woman , she informed me that there were no mats in the back and the camera they looked at didn't shoelw any mats there. I went there a few days ago, had them redo the front seat. Afterwards she told me the same thing about the camera and gave me 40 for the missing mats. When I got home I texted her and told her I want to see the video. Because before I dropped off my car,there were mats in the front and rear. So how could my rear mats disappear in 5 minutes from my work. Since my request 3 days ago, she has not answered me back. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to someone that will not lie to you and will pay for the missing items. BEWARE

AMAZING SERVICEWe had the CERAMIC applied to our 2017 Silverado on May 3, 2020 and WOW, just like new all over again!!!!This company is very polite, takes great notice to detail, makes your ride feel NEW! They came out to my house for a follow up on the ceramic and gave the truck a wash/detail, we paid a little extra for a inside detail and was so worth it. I've only had my vehicle 2 yrs but evidently the hood had a bad paint job plus add small rocks from trucks and love bugs. Torqued Custom Detailing made my 2015 car look brand new. I'm pretty sure my car now gets looks of admiration as I'm driving it! They are super people to work with, explaining everything in detail. And they warranty their work.

The quality of final detailing was poor and did not meet my expectations. I could have done a better job myself if I had the time, but I trusted the reviews, unfortunately. The car still had some stained / uncleaned areas after completion. It looks like the owner did not give the car the time it needs for cleanup. Average professional detailing takes 4 to 5 hours which was not the case. I recommend the owner to pay attention to little details to match what they are advertising for. Interior detailing should at minimum include a cleaning of "all" dashboard areas, carpeting, seating and doors surfaces from dust, fingerprints and soil dirt. The fee being charged should include more effort and services based on what other competitors are providing.

Torqued Custom Detailing & Ceramic Coatings is a hidden gem, capable of making any vehicle look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. When I say hidden, I mean that literally. The facility is tucked next to the Marathon and easy to miss. With that being said, the customer service and results that Stephanie and her crew provide exceeded my expectations. What a hidden gem! I came here to get my Tesla ceramic coated and I had a very pleasant experience! Stephanie is great at what she does. She's knowledgeable and explains everything that you will need to do to keep your ride looking brand new. Don't waste your time anywhere else.
