Without a doubt, the Tire Kingdom here in Gibsonton /Riverview deserves every single one of those 5 stars I rated and more! I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service they provide. These folks aren't just experts in their field; they're kind and friendly. Every time I've brought in any of my cars, they've gone above and beyond to ensure top-notch customer service.I've trusted them with multiple cars, and this Tire Kingdom has never failed to deliver excellence. From routine maintenance to tricky repairs, they have handled it all with expertise and a commitment that's hard to find elsewhere. It's not just a service center; it's a place where trust and all my vehicles.If you're looking for a place to take care of your vehicles, this Tire Kingdom is THE spot. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking outstanding service and peace of mind. Came in for two back tires. Ryan the manager and crew offered to fix a bumper issue for me as well. Everyone is always pleasant and informative with me and takes great care of my car. Would recommend

Kudos to Ryan and team!! Went above and beyond for our fifth wheel RV bearing/tire issues and replaced five tires in record time. Highly recommend from someone who travels country and appreciates first class service, which is sometimes hard to find!! Thanks Ryan, best of luck, you re doing an awesome job!

Had a great experience at Tire Kington last week. Had my in-laws in town visiting and experienced a flat tire. Phoned Mark at Tire Kingdom and he was able to book me in and get my tire repaired with an hour.Mark provided excellent information and was polite and professional, explaining the prices and expected costs upfront. I would recommend this place to anyone and this will be the place I return to if I experience tire issues again.Thanks Mark.

So today I was getting off shift and went straight to tire kingdom for 1 tire. As always every shop is different. Though one thing always stands out to me when I walk in into tire shops. Its the way you are treated & greeted. Most shops are rude and just grumpy. Not this one!!! MARC & his team are phenomenal with how they operate this shop. Its my second time going their and MARC specifically is 10/10. His words, his professionalism is outstanding. Whoever the higher ups are need to give him a raise or promotion. Thank you MARC & THIS specific tire kingdom on Gibsonton!

I know little about tires and Mark helped me by explaining at every step. Jesse also did a great job making sure my rims and new tire were balanced right. I m glad I called and got a second opinion instead of going to spend a lot more at the dealership.

I had a GREAT experience at this Tire Kingdom location! The process to set up the appointment was quick and easy. The gentleman at the front desk was open, honest, and courteous. He did not try to sell me extra items and kept me apprised along every step of the way. He went even further to educate me on my tire selection, since I did not know very much. I was extremely satisfied and will be returning in the future.

I d give less than one star if I could. I got 4 new tires here and got a warranty on them. A month goes by and 3 of my tires are going flat everyday. I go to get them fixed with my warranty they claim there is nothing wrong with the tire at all. Won t fix the tire or replace it per warranty.

Tire Kingdom absolutely has amazing costumer service! My husband and I went there because the tire on my husband s car was worn out. They helped us get really good tires that will last a while. As always David outstanding customer service, direct to the point and get the Job done, everyone at this location shows they do care. And are helpful every single time. However I would like to see the management from this location to take care a bit more of the working people because without them there is no Tire kingdom furniture here is over due for replacement, also the new alignment policy not great at it all but it could be better. Other than that no complaints. Thank you again

I have a modified car and most places wont perform alignments or will charge a higher rate for lowered cars. Not only did they not have an issue with that, they had an online coupon that I didn't know about and they applied that for me. Marc has such great customer service and because of that and the precision and professional attitude and work done by the tech burken has everything to do with me coming back here. This was hands down the best experience I've had taking my car to a shop. Thank u guys so much. See u soon.

Best all around mechanics, Mark is great, all the workers are great. Straight forward, don't mess around, don't charge you for things you don't need, actually want to help you and your car.This place is like when you find a good hair stylist; you will drive out of your way to go there. We don't even live near here anymore and still go here because they've always done me right.Go here!!

I've come to this Tire Kingdom location a few times for car maintenance . Although everyone in the shop is great, one if the main reasons I keep coming back is because of Mark. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go out of his way to help. They've always done a great job with my car and I will continue to come back here for any maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

Ryan, Dave... the whole crew were wonderful. Brought my Cadillac ATS to them because of a bad experience at the dealership.Most shops turn me away, but they have certified master mechanics on hand and didn't bat an eye.Had me and my silver beauty back on the road in an hour.-Comfy lounge.I will be back with the ATS and the rest of the cars in my household.Best service EVER!

I had an excellent experience with this location. Brand new car had a tire losing air but instead of pushing a new tire the team looked and was able to repair the tire at a significantly lower cost! Also made an appointment and service was very timely!

Needed to replace 2 tires on my vehicle. The man who assisted me when I dropped off the car was helpful & knowledgeable. The car was done fairly quick & the price was competitive. Would recommend & would return.

I will NOT go anywhere else! My experiences have been wonderful. Mark and his team are courteous, professional, ethical, and honest. It is unfortunate to read anything negative about this location because they always take care of their customers. The lobby and waiting area are also clean and tidy. I am very thankful for this team!!

I ve used this tire kingdom multiple times but today I was in pinch coming back from a work trip and had a flat tire that needed to be fixed. Marc the assistant manager was able to fit me in with their busy schedule. He fixed me up with one of their technicians Burken and was even able to save my tire. They patched me up and had me on my way within 2 hours. Great customer service, great price, and great delivery. Highly recommend this shop if you need some simple patchwork like me or an oil change.

I've been coming to this Tire Kingdom on Gibsonton Drive since 2019. The service has always been great, the staff courteous and happy to explain where needed, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Mark is amazing to work with and listens carefully as well as being conscious of what his customers are saying rather than just jumping to conclusions. I'll keep coming here for years to come!

This review is for Tire Kingdom on Gibsonton Drive in Riverview, Florida. I am a loyal returning customer because of the great services that are provided and the friendly, loyal staff. They make sure everything is done right and safety torque before you leave. Every employee is very friendly. This will be the only place of business that I will buy tires from. I hope to be back soon to have more services done to my vehicle (1996 GMC Safari). Thank you Tire Kingdom crew! Keep the good work!

The staff here is so amazing and honest. Good guys. Mike (or was it Marc) and Carlos helped, explained things; SHOWED me my tires, made sure to do the most cost efficient option and got my car done same day, ready for pick up in no time. Great service!

Been coming here for awhile, and will keep coming back. Had a problem that I didn t think they could fix, but glad I made the call before I took it to the dealer. Make sure to ask for Marc, he s amazing and will take good care of you.

I had a flat tire on a Sunday morning and frantic to find a place that will allow me to get to church by 11. I stopped in Tire Kingdom and they had my tire patched and on my way within minutes. Didn t try to upsell me. Will definitely use them again for maintenance needs.

This place is great and this is my second time bringing my jeep here.They always have me in and out the same day are friendly and offer military discounts. Ryan is a great manager and friendly and knowledgeable !!!

Made an appointment with Mark to balance and rotation my tires. Upon completion I asked if they test drove my vehicle Mark said yes all is well . When I receive it back, it was shaking a little still but when I hit the freeway it was shaking as bad as it was before.. I called for Mark and apparently spoke to the manager which told me they are too busy to look at it that day. I then ask to speak to MarkI eventually spoke to Mark, after calling 2 times 2 different days. Finally speaking with Mark, he then put me on hold and left me on hold, never returned back to the phone and never returned my call., Absolutely the worst experience I would not recommend that place to anyone.
