I went in because I had a nail in my tire. I had purchased all my new tires there and opted for the road hazard coverage. I was told they were too busy to patch my tire and to come back later. I went back three and a half hours later. Still waited 2 hours for the patch to be completed. Then, I was charged $36 for the patch. I asked if that was covered under my road hazard and was told no. I said I really thought this was covered. I was told if I wanted my keys, I'd have to pay it, and if I didn't like it, I'd have to talk to the manager tomorrow as there was no manager on duty at the time. I left a message asking for a manager to call me the next day. Of course, no manager called me the next morning. I called later that day and spoke to the manager "Laura". I asked her what the price was to patch a tire if you had the road hazard coverage. She very annoyingly told me there's no charge for that, obviously. And I said okay well I was there yesterday, and I was charged. She said, "Oh yeah, I heard about that and we already issued you a refund." You already issued a refund? Yes, that's what I said, we refunded it back to the card that you used to pay. Really, because I paid with cash? Oh okay well then a check is in the mail. Over a week later, there is still no refund. And worst of all, it is not even an apology for being overcharged. Seems the only time you receive good service is when you're spending $1,000 on new tires. They push you to purchase road hazard coverage but then don't want to honor it.

!Avoid this shop at all costs. Never received payment for what they damaged!.After coming in for a tire patch I realized while still at the shop that damage had been done to my brand new rims and the beauty plate. The pictures provided below were taken by staff members. I addressed the damage with the manager the following day and he could care less. He would not give me information on my claim. I call corporate and turns out he never filed a claim. I tried to resolve the issue through corporate but even they won t answer the phone. Nothing has been done for me and I have received no calls.Btw the tech mounted my wheel back on with whites on the outside too lol ohhh and put the tire on the balancing machine incorrectly.

Front desk staff was not friendly and the service took 2 hours for a routine tire balance and rotation. Upon completion when I checked out, no one gave me any info regarding my tire thread or tire condition. They simply handed me the receipt and sent me on my way. I would not take my car back to them.

If you are looking for expeditious, transparent, and friendly service, look no further than Tire Choice - Big Bend. I sustained a nail in our SUV s tire. We walked in and out with a high quality patch within an hour. We experienced another tire issue just days later, which was replaced very quickly. The prices are reasonable and the front desk staff truly goes the extra mile for you. Laura was a pleasure to speak with. You can tell that she really values providing the best experience possible. We won t hesitate to bring our vehicles back in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of my family.

I have to say you guys have the best team, my husband and I both have used you for multiple things. Carl, and his team are always very welcoming and supportive when it comes to our issues. Brandon and Laura were also very helpful and patient when dealing with any questions I had throughout my waiting process. I did have some issues and had to wait a while but their team made it all understandable and was there to answer any questions I had! I was very impressed how professional they responded!

Carl and Missy are great at what they do! This is my 5th service over the last few years by this location. Every time they have been fair on price, quickly completed the work, were honest about what was needed and the timeline it would take, and most importantly got the job done correctly the first time. Not sure what more you could ask from a mechanic shop. Highly recommend

(Update had a refund issued to me)Took my truck here to get a road force balance done on all 4 wheels I was literally watching the tech do my wheels and he just threw them on the regular balancer and attempted to put them back on my vehicle..I had to step in and tell him to actually use the road force feature that's the service i paid for so when he did that he didn't bother to dismount and remount the tire to try to get the balance point correct on my tire/rim so $146 and 3 hours later I still had the same vibration problem ...took it to a different shop and had it done correctly the next day I called to talk to the manager Carl to request a refund for the botched balance job his tech did he says he has to put it through corporate for a refund it will take a week I wait a week and call Carl again for a update on my refund and he tells me very rudely that his techs did nothing wrong and it will take a couple of weeks for me to receive my refund....if your techs didn't do anything wrong why did the other shop get my tires to balance correctly Carl? How about you actually train your young guys how to properly road force balance a tire or get a shop veteran to do it ive been in the car industry and have worked at numerous shops and dealerships and your tech had no idea how to road force balance a tire that's not right to charge people for a full service and put a rookie that only does less than half the service I paid for

Dropped off my news rims and tires to be mounted and balanced. Choose to install at home since I was keeping the old set. Service was quick and got it done the same day. They have done work for me on more than one occasion.

I had a challenging situation that needed to be corrected and I was experiencing roadblocks. I decided to give it one more try and stopped in to have my oil changed and was explaining my situation to this very nice person named Laura. She listened to me, heard me, reviewed my account, and did not hesitate to fix my situation. I can t even begin to tell you how wonderful it was to walk into this center and have such a wonderful experience and it is all because of Laura! She is the true definition of excellent customer service and because of her, I will continue my business at Tire Choice.

We are taking this opportunity to express our complete dissatisfaction and supreme discontentment with our experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Riverview, Hwy 301 location.I brought my car into Tire Choice days after an oil change. I was told my vehicle needed the oil pan gasket and the main seal repaired which totaled $987. Instinctively, we anticipated a diagnostics test was completed before the repairs commenced. That did NOT happen!! The next day, all the warning lights reappeared. We brought the vehicle back to Tire Choice since they warranty their work for one year. They offered a full diagnostics on my vehicle this time for $118. On 16 Dec 23, we were informed there were completely different issues with my car that weren t covered under the warrantied work they previously done which were unrelated to the engine oil leak totaling $1,100. Unquestionably appalled, I declined the service!The master mechanic stated an engine oil test is needed because my car isn t leaking oil, it s consuming oil. After the repair, he said I d have to bring the car in every week to have the oil consumption monitored! This isn t practical for my family!! Aside from that truth, why wasn t this test done originally? Tire Choice s mechanic also said I d need a new engine eventually. Again, I refused service and signed to have my car released to me.I pointed to have the Tire Choice employee park my car next to my truck. He literally zoomed past me and parked elsewhere on the Tire Choice s property. When I tried to start the car (push to start), it was dead and the driver s side door wouldn t lock with the key fob. We tried several times to start the car and to lock the doors, to no avail. Laura, the Customer Service Representative, showed compassion by coming outside to ask if she could assist us with a jump. Our battery in the car is only 4 months old so we were suspicious about the vehicle not starting and the key fob not locking all the doors. It s important to know the other Tire Choice employees didn t bother to assist despite the fact we had our 1-year old and 4-year old with us the entire time.I added oil to the car and thanks to Laura, we were able to get the car started and returned home 2 hours after this experience. I found your employee Misty to be uncivil and discourteous. I wonder if it s because I showed no interest in her efforts to upsell products/components I didn t need.Thank you for your attention!

I was charged $118.23, only to be informed that they couldn't read the codes on my vehicle and advised me to take it to the dealer. if there was a chance the code scanning might not work, they should have informed me of the 50/50 probability. Additionally, they didn t call to give an update on my vehicle; I had to call them after 6 hours to check on its status.

I arrived at Tire Choice when they opened on Wednesday to drop off a set of brand new wheels & tires to be mounted and balanced.The service desk guy was super friendly and helpful, took my wheels & would give me a call when they were ready.A couple hours later, they were done. Went to pick them up & came home. Upon initial inspection I found all of these little gouges on the rear of my brand new wheels, all four of them.I immediately went back to talk to them. They are saying this is completely normal due to how the machine works. After doing some research, yes this is one way the machine works, but it also has another way which is safer and wouldn't have caused this kind of damage. (Mounting the wheel in the opposing direction. Instead of using the clamps inside - out. Outside - in. They even have rubber protectors when mounting the wheel from the outside in.) Very upset I accepted it is what it is.Well while preparing my wheels for a ceramic coating... I found a chip as pictured, which was attempted to be covered up with marker.I would not recommend this tire choice service center. They carelessly caused damage to all of my new wheels & tried to cover up a mistake they made. This kind of business behavior is unacceptable.

This store has taken great care of both my father and I, providing a great experience for both of us. They serviced my fathers rental car, free of charge noting "just remember us when you need tires" indeed he has! Just this morning, the Tire Choice team repaired my tire (on Mazdaspeed 3) within 90 minutes of my arrival without a prior appointment. This after my car sat the day before in the lot of >>another local tire shop<< for 6.5 hours and never being serviced . Tire Choice has earned another customer, and I have already scheduled my next visit for my wife's car.

I had an emergency and blew a tire on 75 I waited 4 hours for help from the Road Rangers that never showed. A wonderful man stopped and changed my tire for me! I called tire choice back 5 min before they closed and they STILL told me to come in and they would help me! Thank you SO Much! Laura Was the best best. Her team that put on my tire were quick and they saved me!! I couldn't be more happy with this company!! I Appreciate them SO much!!!

I was quoted a tire price, but my tire was a different size than I thought. I was told I would still get the same price on the smaller tire that I needed. This did not happen, I was charged $80 more, then without my authorization I was charged for a replacement TPMS kit, amongst other items that I did not authorize. Very disappointed that a tire change and oil change was nearly $350 when I was quoted $180 for everything and not called for additional work to be performed. Service person was nice at least.

With all disrespect that ball headed manager or supervisor, or whoever . Is a disgrace for this company. I went there for oil change November 1 noticed November 2 they didn t change the mileage on tag of when I m supposed to come back for the next oil change which is done everywhere else I went in and it just simply asked to change the tag so I can remember when I reach the mileage to come back and change get the oil change done. I was told we don t do that. Change it yourself. Now I was supposed to buy two new tires from that store. You ve lost my business and not only that I will not recommend anyone to come to this location. If this is how you deal with people and think you can keep their business, you have something else coming. The mechanics that work on my car was very nice but that gentleman. I wish I had caught his name He s a disgrace he doesn t have customer service skills.

They changed the tire as expected. Far as I know they did it right but it took them 2 hours longer than they said it would take. What upset me was someone forgot to change their gloves when they got in my car and left black smudges everywhere I complained to them, and they did wipe it all down but it was still a hassle to deal with it. I mean please treat people's vehicle as if it's your own brand new vehicle.

I was hesitant to use tire choice again as I ve been lied to in the past. I was extremely surprised to get a call telling me that all I needed was exactly what I knew I needed. Also informed on what I will be needing in the near future. Very surprised to goTo tire choice and not be lied to or pressured to add extra services. I won t be going to any other tire choice locations of if the same crew stays at my local branch I ll continue to bring my vehicles.

Tire Choice was able to do what Goodyear, which is right around the corner from them, wouldn't and claim that they couldn't do. That was my 1st and last time to Goodyear. Tire Choice has gained a new customer and free advertisement because I've most definitely being telling people about my experience with both places.

Carl (the manager) has refused to change my oil for 2 days now. Each time he tells me no he says it s bc it s too late in the day. They were open for 2 hours still on my 1st attempt and 3 hours on my 2nd attempt. He wants me to bring it in in the morning and leave it. An oil change is a service I ve had done in 10 minutes or less at other reputable companies. It s not an all day project Carl. Your laziness is showing

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 10am. I dropped off my vehicle at 9:30am. I checked on my car at 2:15pm and was told that I would receive a call when my vehicle was ready. I never received a call. I entered the shop at 6:30pm (they close at 7pm) and was told my vehicle was next to enter the bay. They had my vehicle for 9 hours and didn t even move my car. I asked my keys and left. A complete waste of my time. I won t return to any Tire Choice.

Must give best rating to this auto repair establishment. Were on a trip and had an issue. They found issue right away and no charge. We were turned away from firestone and goodyear. We highly recommend Tire Choice.

These guys were great. My van needed a part not normally stocked, and they were flexible and worked hard to find it faster and cheaper than initially seemed possible. Positive, friendly, professional. Would recommend.
