On Your Pad is absolutely great. If there were a10 star rating, they deserve every one. Steve and Susan are not only good people but run a tremendously professional business. For starters, they are great communicators and on time. Steve is extremely knowledgeable with RV systems and very courteous. Not only that, he s well organized and keeps his work areas impeccably neat and tidy. They do great work for a fair price. I just can t give them enough accolades and I highly recommend them!

Contacted them about a Toyhauler ramp delamination. Fast response and great communication. The day after ramp arrived on my pad On Your Pad scheduled the job. Wasn't the easiest job but with professionalism and true concern for my fifth wheel it was completed above and beyond my expectations I highly recommend this company to perform any task on my rig Replacing a 250-300lb ramp they showed anything is possible

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of a mobile RV repair On Your Pad , and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work. They installed a Road Master anti-sway bar on my Tiffin Wayfarer Mercedes Sprinter 3500, and the entire process was completed in just two hours. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they were able to get the job done.Not only was the work completed in a timely manner, but the quality of the service was also top-notch. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They even provided me with some helpful tips on how to maintain my RV and keep it running smoothly.I was so impressed with their work that I am already planning to have them back to install a new fan on the roof. I have no doubt that they will do an excellent job, just as they did with the anti-sway bar installation.Overall, I would highly recommend this mobile RV repair company to anyone in need of reliable and efficient repair services. I highly recommend!!! This husband and wife team were incredible, they came to me, assessed the problem and fixed it onsite. I had called another company who came out and didn t seem to know what he was doing. On Your Pad was the complete opposite!! Very skilled and knowledgeable.. I ll never call anyone else ever again!!! I was very please with the work performed on my RV. On Your Pad installed Tie Downs on my Lance Camper and F350. They also replaced a canopy over a slide out. They were courteous, and knowledgeable. Steve & Susan were called to install an lp connection for a new instant hot water heater.They arrived, did an assessment and then sent a quote for the job.Two days later they came out and did an amazing job installing an lp line so a insta hot could be installed. They were professional & made sure everything was done safely and efficiently. We were very pleased with their service and would recommend them for any RV repairs needed.

Can t say enough about this service. Steve was friendly, efficient and reasonably priced considering the cost of RV repairs these days. I called yesterday and he arrived this morning sooner than expected. Repairs accomplished and the wife s happy and therefore so am I :-)

Let me start by saying that Steve was super professional and timely. He was the hero to our RV Tampa Show. He fixed everything that was wrong with our little camper and made it able for us to be show ready within six hours. He did a great job of handling an Italian RV and made sure that everything worked. He got our electrical system functioning. He got our hinges functioning he pretty much saved the show for us. Highly recommend wouldn t have had a successful Tampa show without him.

As usual, Steve was on time and efficient. He removed the frozen locks, and was able to repair the rear air conditioner. I had been concerned that I might have to replace it. You can t go wrong using Steve s expertise. Robert.

If I could give On Your Pad 10 stars I would. They are super professional and a top notch service. Every time I have called them they take care of my issues promptly. Thank goodness for this company, otherwise our Motorcoach would still be at one of those places (we know who they are) waiting for service.

I would HIGHLY recommend On Your Pad for any of their services they offer. Steve and Susan are wonderful people and extremely trustworthy. I had a couple of issues and Steve came out and was able to get the RV started quickly. Then he was able to identify were the break fuild leak was so he found a new part and had it fix the next day. The initial service was for the oil change in my Motorhome . But it also included lubing, transmission oil check and tire inflation to the proper PSI. Steve is really good and thorough at his skill set. I highly recommend this company! He even took a look at my water heater and found that the relay was bad. He will come back another time to replace relay for me.I appreciate the fact that he is clean and really cares about what he does! Steve's customer service surpassed my expectations! So nice to have a true professional come to our RV! Needed full break replacement 2 weeks before an 1800 mile trip, figured we d have to cancel our plans and wait 3 months at the mercy of Lazy Days . Steve had the parts in hand in a matter of days and had the work done, with meticulous precision, within a week of us first calling. We also had him do some maintenance work we had neglected, and he gave us loads of advice and tips. I m pretty sure at the end of the day the whole job cost less than what a dealership would have charged. Plus it was done at our driveway, where we could actually see it, in a matter of days. This is the company we ll be using for all our RV work from now on, so grateful we found them!

We have been having intermittent issues with our generator. Called and their availability was 4 weeks out, I explained our need to have it fixed right away and within a few minutes we received a call from the technician giving us a few possible solutions. We also received a follow up call with a sooner appointment becoming available. Super nice to work with. Resolved our issue right away. They were on time and everything went smoothly. Water leak from toilet. Under the floor.Had to cut open panels to see leak.Also had to open the GFI outlet so he could see the other side of toilet.I spoke to Susan on 1-3-23 and MH was serviced on 1-4-23.Bad seal. Did a great job, worked fast.And they have worked with my extended warranty policy I took out.So the process was very smooth.Susan holds down the office and Steve is a great licensed technician.Thanks for the help!!Ms. Sally and Ben

Steve and susan are very honest and reliable people. They treated us with professionalism, honesty,Respect and fairness. Our RV jacks would not come back down when we tried to level, and the light said that they were down. We had recently topped of the fluid, and my husband had been sick, so we called On Your Pad. He was so honest to just top off the fluid, and educate us a little. He also did a check of our system. The jacks work great. It is not always easy to find someone who will not take advantage, in our situation! He did only the simple job that was needed. I highly recommend them to be trustworthy and thorough for people that are not so mechanically inclined.He also helped us troubleshoot a house battery readout problem, explained the fix and gave us the option to change out a sensor ourselves. Again, the honestly from a mechanic was amazing!Services: Electrical, Battery

I called and was told they had no availability that day. Asked to be put on wait list. Was called back less than an hour later and was told they would be able to come out between 4 and 6 pm. Received a text less than 30 minutes later letting me know they wee on their way. Which was an hour and half before the scheduled window. Showed up, very polite. Had my issue troubleshot and repaired in less than an hour. Cost of repair was fair based on my need for the repair to be immediate. They even had time to give me an estimate to install a second AC unit in my 5th wheel. Will use them again.
