We were recently in Tampa for the East Bay Raceway Winternationals late model race and had issues with our car and came to the store to find out about parts.We were greeted with the employees asking if we needed any help to find anything and the whole crew helped us get everything we needed. In my mind they went above and beyond to help us get our stuff. What a great crew at that store and if we are ever in the area again and need parts I will not go any where else I will just head to that store.

Came out of my way to visit this location only to be disappointed. They re charging systems for batteries here apparently are out of order after the the older gentleman said he don t charge motorcycle batteries and his coworker corrected him and said that they do

Doug was very excellent on the phone. He was very helpful and informative in the store as well. He definitely knows about customer service and parts.

Don't waste your time. Go to AutoZone, where they know how to treat you. These people will lie to their boss about you in front of your face, calling you a liar. Disgusting, filthy store, and they do not appear to be knowledgeable, and they are lazy employees. An example of how lazy they are is that the old man refused to call another store for a customer to double check if they had an item in stock and told the man to go find out. I suspect the high ratings are either purchased or meant for the AutoZone next door.

Needed a low beam headlight replaced. The whole transaction (including installment) took less than 5 minutes. Lightning fast service and super courteous staff.

I just wanna say what great people work here especially today on a holiday where mist places are closed there was 2 gentleman who helped me this morning and they were amazing I would recommend them they help out when they can and ever recommend you to a certified mechanic for repairs outside of changing a battery. Ps guys make sure you get permission before taking photos of someone that's illegal otherwise

I was just there to get transmission fluid for my mini and while we didnt find it the young man that was behind the counter( sorry didnt catch his name) was the friendliest employee I have ever encountered there. He was genuine, friendly and engaging even with me arriving right before he closed! Thank you

The employee that assisted me was very nice . I needed anti-freeze for my vehicle .. using my cane(injury on heel of r. Foot)got Thur the doors wondering how I was going to carry the antifreeze out. Picking up extra wt. Killed me in more pain. When she offered to carry the antifreeze to my car and put it in for me I was very grateful for her help. The price was also lower than other places I checked . thank you O'Reilly..!!!! I will be back.

I want to say to Mr William and Mr Devon u2 are the worst part store workers I've ever met plus you lie my husband went there to use a tool toremove a thing from another part the same guy Mr William said he couldn't help my husband because he didn't know how to use it and he's the same one that helped him once before take it off. The 2 workers said they re not mechanics anthats discrimination and thats not coold Iwatch them go outsides and help others with their issues u2 need some more training

I had the pleasure of being waited on by William today. I was needing assistance with trying to find a universal lock adapter in order to retrieve my wheels from an accident that had occurred.. William was able to match up what he had in stock from a picture and it worked perfectly and saved me hours of time and inconvenience.Hats off to William with your customer service and expertise that you provided today.

Tried to get a brake light replaced, but didn't happen, plastic piece of light cover is missing a small corner, employee used too much pressure, not easy to do, because of my car.

This is a great little car parts store.It's always well stocked and clean. Sales staff is friendly.I wasn't able to get my part as there are too many options for what I need... but that's not a problem with O'Reilly's it's a problem with my vehicle... LOL.O'Reilly's is definitely a go to parts store for me.

Waited 10 mins to pick up brake pads and sensors ordered online. However, box of parts is missing two sensor items. Have to come back tomorrow to pick up another box. Problem is, there no way to know if replacement box has all items (4 brake pads and 2 sensors) until box comes to store. My time is precious. I would not recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts.

When all the other stores failed me..They helped me create a special tool to add fluid to a sealed transmission and get me home.. Close to closing they still had great attitudes and inviting smiles. I knew i should of came here first....thanks again guys and girls

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff! Brandy was great and was able to show me exactly what I needed and took the time to replace the bulb for my car headlights which was really appreciated!!

I love the staff at this location. They respect woman that want to learn how to work on their own cars and learn. I do not get the same experience from other parts stores. I will not be going to another place for my car needs. I will be a loyal customer for life and tell everyone that they should go to this location gor exceptional setvice!

Shout out to Jonathan (with the glasses) that helped me out today. I got greeted by him and another associate (red head, didn t catch his name) who was really cool. I came in to buy a new battery for my car that was giving me a lot of trouble. Jonathan went outside to replace my old battery with the new one on a Ford Escape which has been the most complicated trash every made lol. The work that it took to change the battery out had me wanting to rip my hairs out and Jonathan did it with out a single complaint. I was so thankful he was there and able to help me. Little did he know but I ve been having the absolute worst week and definitely was having one of those I give up days. He really turned my whole week around with his help.Really, kudos to Jonathan dude. You made a difference. And thanks to the cute red head dude he was hella cool. :)
