Mavis Tires & Brakes has never let me down! They provide fantastic work and reliable service. I want to extend a profound thanks to Jonathan for his ability to help me find a tire and perform quick service on today's tire emergency. I highly recommend Mavis for more than just your tire needs. I called and got an appointment right away! When I got there, Linda greeted me and took care of business. She was clear on what needed to get done and fully appreciated that she wasn't trying to upsell me! Highly recommend this specific location. They stand on business and get it done.Thanks Linda!

I had a great experience at the Riverview location. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide quality customer service. Their team was fast and efficient and I saved a few dollars as well! 5 Stars!

The waiting area is clean and so are the bathrooms. Mostly, the customer service is exceptional. I m thankful for the consultation and feedback given to my by Johnathon during my visit. Not only did he find a solution to my car issues, but gave me insight on to how to avoid future issues. I trust the staff, their experience and their knowledge.

I m a Tesla owner and was skeptical about taking my Model X to any place other than a Tesla service center but I had a flat and this was the closest tire shop and they exceeded my expectations! Everyone was so kind and helpful and the process was so quick. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Thank you to the team at 13110 US 301 for making this process so seamless

Shop was extremely clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. I got four new tires and The prices were decent too. I would definitely recommend to friends. I also love the little kids corner off to the side of the waiting area. Thanks for great service.

I had a tire blow out on the interstate and stopped at Mavis on my way home within 30 minutes of closing just to take my chances and see if they could replace my tire. In less than 20 minutes I got all 4 tires replaced and an amazing deal on top of it. You've got to stop in and visit Johnathan and Joe for all your car service needs. You will not be disappointed.

We bought 6 trailer tires! 2 of which burst within 2 weeks after riding on them for a week. After inspecting the tires we realized that they did not put the correct amount of air pressure in the tires. We called in to let them know what happened and they did not offer assistance with replacing the tires! At this point we have now bought 9 tires all because they did not take accountability for not putting the right amount pressure in the tires!

Very positive experience with this location. I had to push my appointment today by a couple of hours and they were happy to do so.When I got there things were a bit stressful as they had some folks call out but they said if I left my car they'd get it done, and they did exactly that.The person at the front desk (Linda I think?) handled everything so well and they even stayed past closing to make sure I got my car back, which I really appreciate because they're closed tomorrow for Easter.10/10 I will for sure return. Sure Costco would have saved me a few bucks but why drive all that way and deal with the extra stress of Costco when a shop with such solid people is nearby?

Called yesterday the associate was pleasant, extremely helpful and was able to give me an appointment which was convenient for me . I received a courtesy call to remind me about my appointment and experienced the same quality service when I visited the location. All staff were pleasant and professional. The crew here at this shop I have to say has amazing work ethic which I personally don t see much this day and age it s hard to come by. I highly recommend if you re looking for good certified Mechanic s definitely give them a chance and I almost guarantee you ll come back for future work on your vehicle. The Manager is definitely doing a great job with his employees and it shows %

I had a tire blowout on my trailer on I75. After getting the spare on, I called Mavis Tire who said they had new trailer tires in stock. Even though they were very busy, and I just called the same day, they were able to get four new tires on my trailer and get me back on the road. Jonathan, the manager, was very helpful and went above and beyond with service to accommodate me. I would highly recommend this store.

Before going to mavis I went to another car shop they told me I needed all sorts of things done to my vehicle I then went to mavis for a second opinion, come to find out it was a minor issue! I just want to thank the team and Ryan for your fast efficient work and honesty! This is now my #1 go to shop! Thanks again!

I went to Mavis because my car was making a clanking noise that I thought was the rotors, turned out all my shocks were blown out and due to there being an issue with delivery the guy with braids gave me a nice discount to have it fixed. However turns out that wasn t the cause of the noise. The team made sure they found the problem for the noise before I left and managed to replace the part for me at no charge. Will definitely do business here again.

I had a flat spare tire. I called them to make an appointment and they quickly accommodated. When I got there I was greated with professionalism. They were able to take care of my tire in less than an hour and at a great price. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Thank you to Linda and Johnathan of Mavis Tires for assisting my mother with her 2018 Toyota Corolla. She had been having issues with her new tires after they were installed and when we took the vehicle back to Mavis she was treated with the upmost respect and the staff took time to listen to her issues. Most importantly they fixed the issues with the new tires and also gave her vehicle an alignment.Very satisfied customer,Glennette Paris

Had a slow leak in my tire. Brian was my tech . He found the nail in my tire and had it repaired in practically no time. He was also able to help me with some other maintenance concerns that I knew needed to be addressed. The manager Alex gave me a quote to repair the things I need and the prices were very reasonable. I m glad I came here . I had received several recommendations for this place from friends and family and now I see why!

AWESOME HELP FROM STAFF !!!!!I had a real emergency with my brakes (air in the system) and couldn't drive home so decided to stop here because I needed some help bleeding the system, these gentlemen were very knowledgeable and kind, they rallied around my vehicle and got it done right before closing time!I'm so grateful, thank you so much!

I came in today with an issue with my rear taillight and Jonathon was amazing, I m more than appreciative for him taking a look and fixing it for me in 15 minutes. They made my day a lot smoother and I hope anyone having a bad day that walks in can leave with a smile like I did.

If I could give them zero I would.....guy asked me whats wrong with my car and I stated to him my car was jerking when I would stop. Handed them my keys and was called a couple hours later and told my motor mounts were bad which I initially thought as well. Upon picking my vehicle up and doing a test drive around the facility it felt like nothing was ever DONE to my car...in fact as each one of their mechanics stood outside and watched me drive they looked in aww and disarray as if I was supposed to just drive off and go home after spending my money (yea right). Handed the cashier my keys back and told him my car still isn't driving properly, i need my car to be fixed properly. They looked at me like I was crazy and told me they'll check it out again tomorrow. I received a phone call the next day at work only to be told that my transmission was bad and they couldn't fix it. I was referred to Brandon transmission.. upon going there I was told I had a bad transmission and that it needed repair, which it couldn't be repaired you have to buy a new one lol. I received no diagnostic on my car which could have saved me and the shop time... but almost 700 bucks (668 to be exact) gone down the drain and that money could have towards that repair. Make sure they do a full diagnostic on you car if you are going to let these guys work on your car. Don't let tell you a problem before actually inspecting the entire vehicle..and no I wouldn't have gotten the motor mounts fixed if I was told the motor mounts were bad...I would've sold the car is and not dealt with the problems....THANKS GUYS..

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! First, I want to say I ve always had my SUV serviced when it was due and always went to a dealership to do so. I wanted to try and save money and decided to try this company since it was closer to my house. Well it was the absolute worse decision I ever made. This is the absolute worse place to take your car/SUV for any service. I took my SUV to this place for work to be done and each time I received my car back something different was wrong with it. The first time I took my car there, I ended up receiving my car back with an oil leak (I didn t have one when it went in for service). I thought they may have forgotten to tighten something up and took my car back the second time and now my car is loud, clonks, smokes, cuts off periodically and just rides completely different. Of course there was no accountability taken on their behalf. I waited awhile to write this review because I try not to do things out of emotion. However, being that I now have to eat the cost of their mistakes, writing this review is a MUST. I do not know how they have 4 star reviews. There must be fraudulent reviews being made on here because there is no way based on my experience. The mechanics don t not have a clue how to service a car at this company. Worse decision ever.

Customer service was my favorite part of going into mavis and shopping for tires, everyone was very attentive however I do wanna thank Ryan for assisting me with all of my questions and concerns, he was very informative. I ll be looking for Ryan.

Linda and team were exceptional. The customer service provided was by far the best Inhave ever received. For context, Ibwas running behind to pick my car up and she opened the doors for me at the nick of time to ensure I was able to pick my car up and able to get home. Thank you for your service. I am so pleased with the efficient. And professional work. That was done to my vehicle I was attended. With so much respect. And. Professionalism by Jonathan. And the staff. I would recommend this location to any friends or family.I ve never been so pleased. And I can honestly say. I m grateful to everyone. In this location. I had a very important meeting and. They did. I will never go back here. I made a reservation for 9am, arrived at 8:45am. They said it would be a couple of hours. I sad ok I am going to wait. All I needed done was the new tpms and tires mounted and balanced on the new wheels I already had. Then put on my vehicle. 5 hours later they finished. I would say at least 3 hours of that was the people working laughing and talking to each other. This place definitely needs a manager that cares for the customers.

I came here to get my tires patched up @ Jonathan made the whole experience stress free. I come here all the time & family does too. jonathan is cool & is helpful to me. i will be back for sure
