This is the place to go get your tires! Customer service is on point, great tire selection at great prices, and they get you in and out!I did have an issue where I called the Riverview store thinking I was calling the Bloomingdale location, so my tires were at the wrong location. But, they had them sent over quickly and had the tires mounted and balanced no problem.Everything turned out great, I definitely recommend and I'll be back for sure!

I went in for a wheel alignment and a tire rotation. I arrived at 7 :45 in the morning. I was all done at 9 :15 am. They are very efficient and always reasonable in price. They do not try to sell unnecessary services to anyone! I have a small handyman business in my 55 + community. My customers have bad experiences with the local repair shops and are always asking for my opinions on a good repair shop. I have never gotten any negative feedback from their visits. They were always happy with the service and fair pricing.

I've been taking my cars to Hancock for over 10 years, and I don't ever plan to change that. They are a superb establishment who have become the go-to shop for friends and family in the area. If you have car trouble, I would recommend Hancock Tire & Auto first every time.

Great people and honest service! I came in with some issues, they let me know what it was, and suggested I try to take it to the dealer since I m still under warranty so I can get it fixed for free! They didn t charge me at all for identifying the issue!The dealer was no help so I took it back and they handled it perfectly.

My daughter and I being her Chevy Colorado and my Nissan Leaf and they meet our needs for both very different vehicles. They are professional, quick, and we feel honest compared to a lot of places these days. They don t try to upscale us, they let us know what they find and what is a concern for now and what can wait but will be a problem later so we can decide what we can pay for now. We are really happy that we found them.

This location reminds me a lot of how the old generational shops were done. I grew up in a family of generational mechanics. Great service, never once have I felt up-sold or pressured into anything. They've done small in and out things for free for me before (tire pressure and leak check and they reattached my dust shield for me). I really appreciate having this business close to me.

Don't know how to install wheel weights. After several attempts, they keep falling off and JP has no clue of the proper procedure for prepping the weight installation. He thinks soap and water is the proper prep. Train your associates so they can become subject matter experts instead of hacks.

During my last visit I didn t receive any updates on my car so I called. When I called it seemed they had forgotten about my car. I dropped it off at 9:30am and by 3pm it wasn t done and they said it would be ready at 5pm. That s why this is a 4 star rating. Typically I don t have issues.

I was very happy with the service at Hancock tires. They mounted and balancedmy tires and changed the coils and plugs on my Mercedes at a reasonable price. I will be using Hancock tires from now on.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!! If i could leave 0 starts i would. I took my car in to get the brakes done, prior to that my car had NEVER been making a scraping noise. Now All of a sudden, it is after leaving there, I take it back to them and let them know, and they tried to say it was always making that sound and they won t give my money back. I ve been driving this car for 4 YEARS And have NEVER heard this noise. I still have my receipts and all Proof of how my car sounded before versus after leaving them, and I will definitely be in touch with my lawyer. It was done by J STEWARTSON

I had a screw in my tire and just showed up at the riverview branch. I was so impressed with the staff and service. My tire was repaired in 15 minutes with no appointment. They have the best and most reasonable prices in town, outstanding staff and super fast technicians...highly recommend this branch in Riverview!!

Amazing customer service and excellent quality work. Got BFG KO2 315x70xR17 tires for cheap, and they installed my tpms sensors and balance all for an Amazing price. Would highly recommend

I needed my tire plugged and they were really helpful and quick. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the phone number provided on Google wasn't going through. I finally was able to call another number on their site that wasn't the correct place but gave me the correct number. In terms of actual services, great experience.

No frame problem. 2 body shops i went to after my visit to them... told me my car has not been in car accident. and one of them is the one they referred to me. keep telling me we cannot do alignment and both body shops asking me i have to do. i had alignment done to another mechanic shop and no issue with the frame reported.They Frick me out! and wasted my time. now my car is taking care with the issue. Found.
