A yr ago I gave a 5 star review, thanks to Gabriel. Sadly, Gabriel was not at this location a couple days ago when I took my car in for transmission oil and tire rotation in my blk Honda. Being my prev experience, I made the mistake to trust. As I drove off and hear the noise on the road way louder and outside air. Driver door was dented causing the bottom corner of the door to pop out. They tried to cover it up which is why it wasn t simply visible you til I liked closer. Sadly they were dishonest and did not take accountability. Guess their word against mine.I work hard for what I have, and giving business and my $$ to ppl who don t take responsibility is a deal breaker for me.

I arrived with a broken tiresand found a screw. at the Seven Eleven Station.Master did a professional job and sealed my tire quickly. (I couldn t drink coffee and waterbecause there was none)

I took my car in to see if my tire could be repaired. According to this location it could not AND my back tire was dry rotted. I immediately called the dealership my car was last serviced at because my car was serviced a month ago AND inspected for safety (they also videoed themselves doing the inspection and sent it to me) and a dry rotted tire was not mentioned then. That is incredibly dangerous to drive on. This location then told me I needed 4 new tires. I took my car back to the dealership today for another inspection and my back tires are not dry rotted. This location seems to focus on sales, not integrity. Beware!

Would give no stars if I could. The worst excuse for a repair shop! Completely unorganized, unprofessional, unreliable and any other un s that fit!!! Wasted my entire day and couldn t even repair a tire! Sat at the shop for around five hours for absolutely NOTHING!!! They didn t even order the new tire until I had sat in the shop all morning. Left with my same tire with a nail it. Words can t express how outraged I am. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is definitely a drop off only location. I made an appointment for 11am and my car wasn t even taken in the shop until after 1pm and I wasn t done until almost 4:30pm. I wasted an entire day waiting here even though I made an appointment. I felt that was very disrespectful of my time. Had I known the place was so busy and understaffed, I would have made arrangements to drop off the car instead. This wasn t even my choice to come here. This location was the only option I was given by Goodyear to fix their mistake when they shipped the wrong tires to my installer. I ordered the correct size tires but the wrong size was sent and I was told by customer service that I had to make an appointment here at their service center to have them replaced with the correct tires I ordered. I was very disappointed that even after calling and making this appointment, they didn t honor the time and kept me here all day. They did eventually get the correct tires on my vehicle and did an alignment but it cost me a whole day and I had to drive a half hour to get here too. I did give them a couple stars though because the manager Gina is very nice and felt bad about the wait. They did get the correct tires on my vehicle and even caught one of their replacement tires that had a defect and switched it for a good one. They seem to do good work here but they re just too busy to honor appointments. They only have 3 technicians and the girl told me only 1 of them does the harder stuff. If you go here, make plans for a drop off. Honestly, my review would have been a 5 star if they had been more respectful of my time. This is our only car, which I told them when I scheduled my appointment and again when I was waiting, so I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time so I could have made arrangements for a ride. If this was not my only option, I would have left. Waiting over 5 hours for a tire installation and alignment is just not acceptable.

After a complete catastrophe dealing with Goodyear Online ordering and bouncing from one installer to the next.. I was instructed to come to this location as they had the tires I ordered in stock. I called this business and scheduled a appointment for a Wednesday, which was confirmed twice on two separate phone calls. After being assured that the tires were in stock and the install would be taken care of, I arrived on the day of my install. I gave me name to the gentlemen at the front who stated he had nothing in his system for an appointment. I called Goodyear and they assured me on the phone that everything should be in place and confirmed I was at the right location. I spoke to a Gina at this time who stated they could not see my order because my "appointment was for the next day" which was just not true. After receiving some attitude when I made this point, I was told I could sit and wait several hours so they could "squeeze" me in behind other appointments. After the phone tag for weeks and then running into road blocks when I came to this location, needless to say I cancelled the order and will ordering tires through a more reputable and consistent source. This location was shabby to say the least and the detached attitude form the staff here just compounded a bigger issue which is Goodyear online. Save your time and money folks.

Brian the Service Manager was amazing!! He got me right in to repair my valve stem. There s no way I would have gotten back safely to Wesley Chapel for my next home showing on time & safely without him. Amazing customer service. What a blessing today. Thank you So much Brian

If you'd like to have your day ruined, then please visit this store. Here's a quick recap of my experience yesterday:- I called different tire shops looking for a specific tire. This store said they had it in stock. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to this store because they said the tire was in stock.- After they upsold me to 4 new tires (instead of just 1), they told me they actually DIDN'T have the tires in stock.- They said they'd have to go and pick up a different tire (the new model apparently...) from the warehouse.- My car didn't have wheels on anymore, so I felt stuck. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, the tires arrived. They said they'd "try to get the price as close as possible to the original price I agreed to." [that's hilarious. sure I'll pay for your mess up on inventory.]- They promised to run an alignment check to see if my wheels needed to be re-aligned (as to not damage my new tires from improper wear, etc. etc.)- this is included when you buy new tires.-They told me they ran the alignment test, & everything was fine... The test was never run. I asked the guy who actually installed my tires on my way out, & he said there was another car using the equipment, so no time to do it.- I walked back in to inform the person that told me they ran the alignment check that he lied to me. He said I could "just come back in tomorrow."- I do not live by this location. I specifically drove past my nearest location because this store said they had specific tire in stock. Why the heck would I drive 45 minutes one way to come back to have my alignment checked, when you sold me on running that during the pitch for all new 4 tires??- I called corporate. They called the store. The manager called me. He offered me this special promotion:Take more time out of any day of my choosing to drive 45 minutes back to his store to have my alignment checked. If the alignment is off, he'll honor 1/2 off the alignment....then drive 45 minutes back home. All for a whopping savings of $50 or so.& they actually think this is how to make the situation better? Is there a common sense training seminar available for you team, Goodyear?Corporate did a poor job of rectifying this issue.

I'm not sure why the rating is where it's at but however, you need to see Jina they serviced my car to perfection and they knew what they were talking about however please check them out for all your car services and needs excellent customer service all the way around from Nick to the all the employees here they will not BSU they will definitely help you great job Jina.

This place is going down hill and fast.10 am appointment for an oil change and 1pm, still not even started.For 25 years I ve used Goodyear, and this location is going to end it.Last time a few months ago I had to get the keys back from them because after 2hours after the appointment time, they didn t even start yet.They used to offer coffee and water too. Now, you get nothing but an obscene wait time.Why have appointments if you can t honor them?Looking at so many other similar reviews and Goodyears cookie cutter responses shows, they don t care.Let s see if this review gets one of their cookie cutter responses???Edit . 3:45pm it s finally up!!6 hours.Never again !!!Finding out later . I gave them headlights to change which they charge to install and that s cool. But they didn t change them. The old ones are still in there.We can ad crooks to this list too.

I recently visited the Goodyear Auto Service center with high hopes of receiving a quality balancing service for my SUV. However, my experience at their establishment was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.I arrived at the center at precisely 1 PM, expecting a reasonably quick service. Unfortunately, it took a whopping five hours for the center to even attempt to address my request. As the clock approached closing time at 6 PM, the manager abruptly informed me that my tires lacked sufficient tread and therefore, it would be pointless to proceed with the balancing. This interaction left a sour taste in my mouth and led me to question Goodyear's commitment to customer satisfaction.What troubled me the most was the attitude displayed by the manager. Rather than displaying professionalism and a willingness to assist, the manager seemed uninterested, lazy, and more concerned about going home than addressing my concerns. This lack of genuine care and empathy is completely unacceptable for a reputable automotive service center like Goodyear.Moreover, the excessive amount of time it took for them to even evaluate the tires' condition further adds to the overall disappointment. Five hours for the task of balancing four tires is an egregious amount of time, showing a severe lack of efficiency and time management.In light of these issues, I must express my strong dissatisfaction with Goodyear Auto Service center. The poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of the manager have left a lasting negative impression. It is disappointing to witness such a disconnect between the reputation Goodyear evokes and the actual service provided.I sincerely hope that Goodyear Auto Service center takes immediate action to address their managerial shortcomings and improves its overall customer service. Until then, I am hesitant to recommend this particular location to anyone

I went for a oil change, alignment and A/C check up on my Subaru Forrester. Since my A/c was not working, I did not wish to drive to my dealer. The Good Year is supposed to completely check my car with oil change. The A/C I was told t needs replacement for an estimated $1780. I drove the car to the dealer who told it will cost $380 to completely check the A/C but that amount will be adjusted for any repair if required. Finally it was found that it only needed Freon and the dealer also changed cabin filter and air filter with that $384. Further I found my car was not checked because the coolant was low. I checked myself because I was planning to go on a long journey.

I was going to order tires for my car and have them installed at Goodyear. When I got ready to order Goodyear wouldn t show up as an installer. I ended up buying buying from somewhere else.

I rarely send reviews but I wanted to share my experience with the Goodyear service shop in Riverview. The folks that work here I find to be ethical and trustworthy. I recently had them check my brakes and they told me I didn t need any, most stations might have sold me brakes when I didn t need them.

Had a 10 am appointment for tire rotation- dropped off vehicle and made our regular errands for Saturday-Called at 12 to check on car- was told they had major events happen that morning and our truck was next .Arrived a little after 1pm- truck had not moved- fast forward until 3:45 and FINALLY the rotation was complete.WTwhy make an appointment?!?!Frustrated to say the least!

Mark absolutely saved me 5 minutes from closing by helping me not only buy, but mount a brand new tire after my flat. He personally assisted me at pit-stop speed. Cannot recommend them enough. Customer service was so good I'm getting my future tires from here.

This is the second time I made an appointment at this location just to have to wait for hours. I waited for a little over an hour today only to be told that they couldn t change my oil because there was no oil in my car. I headed over to autozone and spoke with a mechanic and he said he never heard anything like that before,and it sounded like they just didn t want to do it. I wouldn t recommend anyone go to this location and I would rate them 0 stars if I could. I ll definitely be in touch with corporate and good year lost a customer today.

Absolutely the worst customer service, if I could leave a zero star review I would. I'm a big fan of Goodyear tires but will never buy from this location again. On repeated occasions they offer zero communication regarding the status of scheduled repair so you're forced to call them. Most recently, we finally got a damaged tire replaced under warranty after 2 days, with zero proactive communication and they did not complete the scheduled tire rotation or alignment check without an explanation. Firestone sells GoodYear tires so go to them

The lady behind the counter was especially nice but at 8:15 she was the only one in the building. I got there at 8 am and by 8:30 still only her behind the counter.She said they were having issues with staffing. She was excellent but I couldn't wait several hours for a tire patch. Went to the dealer fast lane and got everything done there. Oil change, tire rotation and patch.

Will never take any of my cars to this place!! Took my truck for tire rotation, alignment and balancing after having my truck for more than 7 hours they called me (after i had already called them) and told me my truck was done, i get there checked my wheels because i had them marked and they hadn t rotated my tires the guy lied to my face a couple times until the manager told him to just take the truck again and do it! Felt very disrespected and it s unbelievable to try to charge for something they didn t even do! Never again!

I came to Goodyear yesterday about an hour before they closed due to a screw in my tire. Jacky let me know that it would be inspected the next day, and Gabriel was so kind and went the extra mile to keep me updated throughout the whole process. They are very busy and I didn t not have an appointment, but Gabriel and the staff were able to get my tire patched and my car to me by the end of the day despite all of that. Thank you Gabriel!

Called 3 times out on hold and get hung up on. I get people are busy but when a customer says they got hung up on, an employee should maybe do a little more than hang up again. Terrible experience

Always been great. They used to offer free tire leak repair while everyone else charged $20. They got rid of it during the pandemic but they did me a solid. So recently had to get my AC evacuated so I can change the compressor clutch. They were able to do if for a good price and quickly.

Brought my partners truck in for a serpentine belt change and was very pleased overall. The guys answered all my questions and went above and beyond to find the belt that a few shops in the area couldn t find. Gabe was very attentive and answered all my questions. Drake was my tech, he changed the belt , even showed me the wear on the old one. I m happy I chose to service here and will be back for routine maintenance.

Truly abysmal service. I saw the other reviews but decided to try it anyway and I m sad to say the poor reviews were correct. I set an appointment for 9am today, dropped my vehicle off at 830am and not only had they not touched it FIVE hours later BUT I had to call them for an update.At which point they informed me that the parts weren t even there yet and it would be another 2-3 HOURS to get them installed.I don t know about anyone else but 8hrs to do brakes with out any real customer service is beyond unacceptable.Go here only if you can part with your car for a full business day.

Mark Pope has been looking after my vehicles for a long time. He is the best around. From major a/c work, replacing a clutch, to a simple oil change. He can do it all.

Had my Ford Explorer towed to the center for a no-start condition. They checked out the entire charging system and found the starter to be bad. The starter was replaced at a super-reasonable price. This vehicle was brought there without any warning or appointment and they still managed to diagnose and fix it in 2 business days. I always get great service from here. Gina, Brian, Jeff and the entire staff are fantastic.

I have been a customer at this Goodyear since I first moved into the area in 2008. For nearly 15 years, I have always been pleased with the service I've received here, whether routine oil changes and tire rotations, tire repair and replacement, brake work, or transmission repair. Gina and Jeff are always friendly and efficient, and the technicians are friendly as well. Typically I bring my wife's vehicle or my vehicle in and leave it with them and they call me when it's ready, but when I have to wait with the vehicle, they definitely try to get the work finished ASAP. I trust their expertise and am always confident in the work this Goodyear's staff performs on my vehicles. I highly recommend this location and plan to continue to have our vehicles maintained by Gina, Jeff and their staff.

went in to get two tires plugged and tires rotated was told nothing was wrong with one of the tires and the other was not repairable. they did not rotate tires even tho guy swears he did.i know for sure because my back passenger seal is leaking and rim is covered in oil/grease and it was still on the back passenger side

The worst shop ever!!!!!!!! Made an appointment a week in advance for brakes. They kept my car from 11am till close and brakes not done. Told me to bring my car back the next day at 8am and it will be done at 2pm. It is now 640pm and still not done...absolutely horrible. This location should be closed. I wish 0 stars was an option
