Overall Great Experience! I had a very stress-free experience; the staff was very caring and accommodating. They handled all the communications and have a good relationship with my insurance company. The technicians were very professional and meticulous in identifying all the repairs and OEM parts were used. My vehicle was finished a few days before the promised date, and I received it washed and detailed.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

It saddens me I m updating my review from a 5 to 2 but I m very un happy with my service advisor Anna, our first 2 interactions were great, but I didn t appreciate how dismissive you were on the phone yesterday! No one called to give me an update on my car and you tell me well state farm was supposed to call me and I ask you about what and you repeat the exact thing. So after calling you I call state farm and they tell me that you all said if I don t come get my car you will charge storage fees. Talk about 0-100! How can you charge storage fees if I m not happy with the repairs? And if this is notated in the file why didn t anyone from caliber call me ? Who dropped the balll? Why am I calling around for updates? It dosent matter if it s good news or bad news Anna you should be able to tell me what s going with the car when I call.For reference I m the owner of the 2023 Toyota camry that has been in the shop and returned today..Thankfully I was able to speak with manager at this location today, and I hope this yields better results ..Bert! Thanks for taking me home, and allowing me to vent ! You are awesome!

The quality of work, customer service, and professionalism demonstrated by the team were truly exceptional. It was evident that a great deal of effort and attention to detail went into ensuring that every aspect of the service provided was of the highest standard. What a great job Caliber Collison did fixing up the family car. The Escape was in an unfortunate parking accident where the vehicle next to the car pulled out of its space and ripped the front bumper off along with lodamaging the headlights, the A/C, and grill.The Escape looks great after they fixed it all up. Front end looks brand new.Thank you for doing such a great job!

DON T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!If I could give them zero stars I would.After fixing my car for over 3 months it is still incomplete.This staff is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful.When going to pick up my car after just over 2 months, only half of my car was fixed.I was in a head on collision, and they continued to say no the damage was only on the left side. Even though the right side was very obviously damaged, and one of the managers that did a walk through with me before attempting to pick it up, acknowledged they repaired the damage to the right side.My car was two different colors, and it was VERY obvious.They told me my insurance was denying areas to be fixed, and my insurance did not have any records of that.I was told by a manager John he would fix my fender and mirror and parts were ordered, 2 weeks later told we couldn t fix that but it was time to pick up my car because it was complete and they did what they could do. Even though they supposedly had a request pending approval with my insurance to have the part fixed.Another manager David spoke to my insurance, and acknowledged the request was sent in early that morning.Then denied it and to my adjuster, later that evening, and said the vehicle is complete.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The absolute most unprofessional group of managers ever.My car is two different colors, my fender and hood are not aligned at all, and my passenger door is still difficult to open.Save yourself the trouble.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

Very fast and professional. Very helpful receptionist and customer friendly agent. Kept me updated with my progress and I got it a week earlier than expected. It looks great and I can tell it s had an alignment done. Thx

Caliber in Riverview fixed my wives car 2 times. The Manager David and Antonio do excellent work and I highly recommend them for any work. They have even done some free work on some minor damage on my vehicle.

I had no issues with this company a year ago after fixing my vehicle. Very nice and frendly people when I m giving them $2000 to fix my car. Called again recently due to warranty reasons and have had nothing but rude and unacceptable experiences. Cutting me off mid sentence and not letting me even explain the problems before they get upset at fixing something caused by them in the first place.

Excellent Repair work - surpassed my Expectations with Quality of Repair. Not to mention they cleaned my car inside and out like it was detailed. And Rep sets expectations and keeps you informed along the way. Drop off is great, no fuss or muss between Insurance Co. and Caliber if its in Network. And this includes handling of approved Supplemental to Original Estimate. Strongly Recommended as a auto body repair shop.

Our vehicle was taken here as directed by the insurance company (USAA) of the individual that rear-ended us. After they had time to look at our vehicle it was determined it needed to be taken to the GM dealership collision repair due to this shop not having a specific equipment needed to make the repairs. Overall, the work this repair shop performed I guess was ok. All of the parts removed were delivered to the GM dealership collision center to the best of my knowledge. The office staff were helpful and kept us informed.

Great job on our repairs. Front end damage that involved new grill and fenders. They did a great job matching all the paint and ensuring all the sensors were functional again.

Honestly, this is the worst place that you can take your vehicle. They give your insurance wrong information not only that, but they don t even fix what needs to be fixed with your vehicle. Honestly, do not recommend taking your vehicle there they re hard to get a hold of. They have 100 excuses of why your vehicle is not ready, picked up my vehicle and they still needed to fix things on it. If you want your vehicle fixed half a$$ this is the place to take it to! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Oh and they also stoled name brand glasses out of my truck and my rosary!

Changed my review..... they were awesome when I gave them $2000 out of pocket along with payment from the insurance. They "Guarantee" their work. No they don't. Now that we have issues with the vehicle from work they did and tires they put on..... now they are avoiding us like the plague. So disappointed. Never again will we use Caliber.(Below is from December 2022 the 2nd time we had to use them for the same vehicle.)I'm not taking back what I said a year ago as Chris was awesome but unfortunately he isn't there anymore.... maybe that's why they could care less about customers anymore.2022 - Had a great experience with Caliber. Chris kept us up to date almost daily with what was being done with the vehicle that day. My daughter was a wreck after her accident and they made her feel at ease and comfortable. To all Present, former and future customers this is a 5 Stars operation. Your Vehicle will be in the hands of the best collision specialist in the area. The Manager and Staff are professional. Everyone at the shop was knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I received weekly updates on my vehicle repair status which is awesome as a customer. I was made comfortable by the working there. The Steering Column, Electrical Diagnostic, Body and Trim and Print work was excellent. My SUV had the look of Showroom New. My SUV was delivered to my home by a Caliber Collision employee. Thank you for the job well done.A five star business.. Excellent job

Do not recommend at all. Contact me for my story. Basic is I was rear ended. They had the car over a month and when I picked it up the work was shoddy and my brake light was out. The lie about progress and screws are tweaked with stress cracks, unclean, left tools and oily rags in my seat. Horrible experience.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I definitely do not recommend this place, I waited 2 months for my car to be repaired, they called me that it is ready and surprise, I have to keep waiting because they did not do their job well, total disappointment.

From the time we entered Caliber Collision until it was finished sculpting our Dodge Caravan's rear end, we were impressed, treated professionally, and provided with expert care in the pursuit of getting a fast, thorough, and clever collision repair. If, Lord prevent, we have another accident, we will return to Caliber for more excellent service.

I usually avoid writing negative reviews. But this isn't about dry salmon or broken blender. This is my car. My repair was for a very low-speed T-bone smack.One positive star is because the staff was courteous and pleasant. The other positive star is because the body work and paint is absolutely perfect that I can see.What went wrong is:1. They are busy. It took so long to get the car to the repair shop, the insurance company thought the claim was abandoned, and closed the claim.2. My trunk, which was not part of the repair, was somehow deactivated. They couldn't find the issue after 2 diagnostic sessions, so I was without a trunk for weeks. My dealership had to reset it.3. Caliber said they gave me a wheel alignment. I could _visually_ see they were off. Back to the dealership, who said the wheels were "way off", two were in red. I had to pay for the alignment because I wasn't trusting Caliber to redo it.Am I saying _don't_ come here? No. But check your car over thoroughly after the repairs.This has been a public service announcement. Good luck.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a very unexpected accident, and the staff made the entire process easy, coordinating my car rental with my insurance company, and they kept me informed throughout the process. I was backed into at Walmart while I was in the store, my poor jeep needed a lot of help. I ve never had to deal with body work or anything like this before so I was nervous. I took my jeep in and it was done in 2 days!! Looks even better than before. John was fantastic and super professional! Will always recommend caliber collision from now on.
