When a local mechanic killed my car battery and left me in the lurch, the first place my family said to go for a replacement battery was AutoZone. This location was absolutely fantastic. I lost my receipt, but I believe the name of the associate assisting me was Angelo. He went above and beyond to assist me in selecting my battery, and we had fantastic conversation while he replaced it for me. I will absolutely look to this location for my future auto needs.

Giovanni was AMAZING!!!We have a new car and he helped change the battery with ease. Chevy has not made it easy to get the battery out and replaced, but Giovanni got it done.

Super-helpful staff. John helped me troubleshoot a weird battery problem, then David the manager came over to help. Must have tested 10 batteries! Great customer service - highly recommend.

If your looking for customer service this location is not it. Demanded me to sign something I had a question before signing as the return Amt on the screen wasn t the same Amt, I paid as I finished my transaction I told him he should turn it down cause his attitude was on a 100..as he sucked his teeth.. he rolled his eye cause his fellow coworker didn t know how to process the return on her own.. not my fault.. hope you re life gets better! Especially during the holiday season!

Just went here with my partner to get a diagnostic on our Santa Fe. TAD IS AMAZING! He went above and beyond for us. We truly appreciate his kindness, his help, and his knowledge. This store has a great employee on their hands!

Great customer service! I wasn't sure what part I needed or what size. Even though it couldn't be looked up in their system Bobby went out to my vehicle to see if he could figure it out. Not only did he do just that, he put the screw in for me! Incredibly helpful and polite! Thank you!

Unprofessional, unfriendly and inconsiderate. They lied and treated me poorly. I can not recommend this specific store. I feel discriminated. Unbelievable service. Try another auto zone. Don t waste your time or money here.

I went there for windshield wipers and I was told he couldn't install them for me because it was raining. It had rained but it wasn't raining at that moment. I told the gentleman that, and he said it was sprinkling. I went to Advance Auto and they helped me without a problem. I also tipped him $5 for his kindness. This is how customer service should be.

This Riverview Fl store has excellent customer care! John & Bobby went out of their way to help me with 4 different car items I needed immediately for my road trip & did it with a smile! They also put my new windshield wipers on for me! You could tell they cared & were a good team. Thank you!!!

David and Giovanni were awesome! David got me hooked up with the right battery and Giovanni and I installed it right there. We walked away with some bruised fingers but Giovanni did not complain once. They were even faced with a Karen that was degrading them and cursing up a storm and handled it with extreme professionalism. Thank you so much guys!!!

I was having an issue with my battery.. There was an employee outside (later identifying himself as a manager) testing and then installing another person's newly purchased battery.I parked next to that vehicle and explained that I was having issues with mine and would wait standing until he was finished with his customer.After he was done with that customer he escorted the customer inside. After the customer left the store I waited an additional 5 min but the employee never came back out.. When I went inside after waiting in line, the employee asked "can I help you". When I explained that I had been waiting for him, with no apology or acknowledgement, he advised that he is a manager and that he should not be outside.. He then turned to another employee who have several other people in line and asked that when he was finished with them to go out and check my battery. (talk about amazing customer service). This had been close to 30min since I initially arrived at the store..In the middle of the other employee finish checking out his other customers, the Manger walked out of the store and told the employee he would be back.When that employee finished his last customer, he advised that he could not leave the store to check my battery because he was the only one there and that he needed to wait for his manager to return. We waited another 10 - 15 min. When the manager returned, there was no explanation as to why he left or any apologies to me the customer..After the employee was finally able to go outside and test my battery, he found that it was faulty. He then went inside to look up some battery options while I stayed with my vehicle.. I saw him talk with the managerWhen he came back he advised that he did have a few batteries of which I was prepared to pay for but he advised that it would take too long for him to install and that I would have to install it myself...amazingMy knee jerk reaction was to leave but I needed a battery so I reluctantly was still going to purchase until I asked if I could use their tools to do this work.. There was so much hesitancy in his reaction that it finally became the last straw.This is by far one of the worst services that a customer could ever receive.. I will add that while I was in the store another customer came in complaining about how bad the customer service from the manager had been.I drive by this location every day and have sworn to myself that I will never go back. If you can help it, take your money elsewhere.

John was there working this Sunday evening and he was beyond unhelpful and incompetent. He refused to help me change my headlight because according to him he couldn t do it , even though many other times at Autozone I ve had representatives OFFERING HELP with car issues if you re a customer. But this John guy refuses to help, even though he knew exactly that with my car make and model, that would have been an easy fix for anyone working in the auto repair industry.Terrible customer service! O stars for John and unfortunately Autozone too, for having lazy and unhelpful people like him working there.

Incompetent employees. Sold me the wrong part then asked me to unlock my car so he could get in it. If you ask me he just wanted to sit in a luxury vehicle. Refused to replace my part bc I opened it after the employee verified it was already correct. The two male employees refused to give me their names However, the one had a name tag David J. Horrible service

Jaiden from that store needs to know how to talk to customer especially when he s having a bad day. I asked him a simple question, he gave me an attitude for no reason, he actually did it in front of the manager. I asked the manager to speak with him regarding his behavior. Bro If you don t like your job, quit sample as that.

Best customer service I have ever seen. I needed a part for my vehicle and worked with Lauren, the store manager, and she was PHENOMENAL. I called the store to order a part and she was very patient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. When I came into the store to pick up the part, I watched as she helped customers, trained a new employee and kept the store running smoothly. She was so very impressive, she answered all questions and kept her patience even though she was alone with a new employee and a line to the door! She was simply amazing. Made me truly appreciate Auto Zone and will keep going back as long as she is there!

Great service and the loan a tool service is a life saver.Got my replacement condenser here, Freon needed and Used their ac vacuum pump and gauges to finish the replacement, got the job done under $300 which beats the quote from Honda for over $1400!!

Didnt catch their names, but the two employees there tonight were great. I came in with an uncertain diagnosis for my vehicle about 10 minutes before they closed. Not only did they have the part I needed, but they confirmed the issue, provided the tools to switch it out, and helped to do it as well. They dis not rush me despite it meaning they got out later than usual and were very friendly snd knowledgeable.

The manager is not willing to look up parts or do returns or exchanges . is short with customers and unhelpful to say the least.rude. I'm 200% unsatisfied. They lost business from myself and many of my friends

The wait was awful a new technician was taking a battery out of a customer's car. You had five customers waiting for their battery to be checked . I was one of those five customers. so one of the customer that was waiting with me. went out to help the new technician take a battery out of another customer's car.You had the manager, inside the store helping the other customers that came into the store. That was behind us . Instead of telling them it's going to be a moment give me one minute I'll be right with you.Instead of teaching a new technician on how to test a battery and take it out.. he just helped every other customer that came in the store after us.Poor management skills, poor leadership skills. I had to end up leaving that store after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting and go to another competitor to get help and it only took 5 minutes. I will never go to this location again.Poor poor poor poor poor customer service poor. I don't care how many Associates you had in that building. The manager should have took the initiative to do a better job and helping his technician.Test the batteries that only takes 1 minutes not even 1 minutes. a machine does to work for you. Get that line down first then take care of the rest.A new technician at that. That didn't even know what he was doing. He kept sending the customer in of the car he was working on to get the manager to come out and help him.When you have another customer helping an AutoZone employee do his job, without even getting paid and he's not an employee of AutoZone, that means you have a problem. a serious problem. Poor leadership.This is what happens when you have companys that promote the people that they think is right for the job. when they're really wrong for the job.And Overlook the ones that really can do the job. they end up going somewhere else losing a valuable employee. and company's wonder why they're staff. Do a better job. I'm very disappointed I would never recommend AutoZone again.
