The type of place where you aren t welcome and are told to leave because apparently they close at 8:56pm not the official 9pm. I am just trying to return a part, the transaction would ve taken maybe a minute or two tops, but the associates did not want to hear my request. I went out of my way to get here for this type of service and clearly they do not care about the business and are in a rush to leave home. And yes, I do have better things to do rather than writing this review at 9pm on a Monday, but I know this will help somebody in the future, and the business itself, because I do shop at advance auto quite often. I would think about coming here after 8:55 PM twice next time or just go to their competitor.There were 2 men (not saying gentlemen) inside, one with glasses and one in the picture, Thanks guys.

World Chapter Center appreciates the professionalism and care that Gabe And Forrest gives to their customers. They both found an easy fix with our van and saved us money. They replaced a screw that was difficult to remove. I mostly appreciate Forrest for his comment; Anything for our neighbors. Thank you!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Advance Auto Parts, and I wanted to share my appreciation, particularly for Gabe. His exceptional customer service stood out Gabe demonstrated great knowledge, was incredibly helpful, and maintained a high level of politeness throughout. I'm giving this store a solid 5 stars, all thanks to Gabe's outstanding assistance.

If you enjoy getting scammed - this is a great place to shop.Have fun getting charged $38 for a $13 wiper blade, and the attendant will make up a story about how expensive things are... Please - this is border line illegal activity.

Pretty good from my first 2 experiences. They're very organized.Update, this place has gone downhill unfortunately.No public restrooms anymore, if you leave your battery charging over 24hrs, they don't give it back to you, (batteries take longer than 24hrs to charge, we used to design batteries and fun fact I used to work for advanced auto when I was 19) very strict on returns and they are very very strict in opening at 730 not 728, even if youre standing out front on a work call and have basically no time to spare. Forest will let you stand out front and will legit stare at you, horrible attitude every time I come in. Don't think I'll be stopping here anymore unfortunately.

This store has by far the worst return policy I've ever seen. They will not process a return for an opened item, even if the product did not work to solve your problem. Again, if you open the packaging, you're out of luck if it did not work for you, you are stuck with it. If you can take the extra day needed to get an Amazon delivery, I would stick with them for the easier return prospects.

Tonight we was heading back to Orlando where we are staying for the week and our engine light came on and the car started running rough. Being 8 hours away from home we was kinda freaking. We typed in the closest advance near us and it brought us to this one. Forrest and Lewis was AMAZING!!! They closed within 15 minutes when we pulled in. Our car need some parts and we bought them but it took us a good 45 minutes to put on. These guys stayed after work to help us. Thank you guys!!! You deserve much recognition for this. There is still good people in the world!

Easy day when shopping here. Their customer service is always A+ and if they don't have something they will make every effort to find it and have it delivered... sometimes the very next day.

Great service, thank you Mr Forrest. Tried to sneak hubby's truck out to do my marketplace pickups... Note to self...don't get it if it won't fit in your own car. Anyway got 2hours from home and battery died was a 3yr battery but lasted 8months beyond. Another tech thought it was the alternator but luckily it was the battery. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Me and JeniLu weren't in the heat long. Thanks again.

Very good location, although be careful with newer staff. The woman that works there is amazing ( I think there's just one). I have had great experiences here so many times and lousy ones other places (like the gibstonton store). Go here if you can, it seems the best.

On the evening of October 10, 2018 I had issues with my key fob not working and the engine not shutting off. I drove to this store and both employees were extremely helpful and courteous, especially the female employee. They offered suggestions to resolve the issue and showed a true desire to help me. After replacing the key fob battery and disconnecting and re-connecting the car battery the key fob and engine on/off were back to normal. There are many auto parts stores in my area that I could go to in the future, but because of the outstanding service I received last night, this location will be my #1 choice! Keep up the great work!

Amazing workers. I'm a single woman and I know nothing about cars and they always take the time to educate me about the care of my car. They go way beyond their duties to take good care of my needs and I recommend this store to everyone. Young girl working there is on point and another associate called Felix as well.

I had a issue with my water pump on my 2007 e350 and was devastated . Went into the store for guidance and the Mgr and Asst Mgr gave me great advice to repair the pump. Also, told me what I needed to do to fix 3 bolts I broke off trying to get the pump off. The expertise of those guys in that shop is above and beyond the average shop. I would recommend anytime you have a issue, go in and talk to them first before going to an expensive mechanic or dealership. Awesome group

Went in for windshield wipers and got a superior service. Checked my coolant for me as I couldn't open it. They also put my new wipers on my vehicle. Absolutely.a very positive experience!

I used to only go to there major competitor but as I learned more and more about working on my vehicles I realized the competition may have ase certified personnel but they typically lacked real world experience. At advance auto parts I've always found knowledgeable helpful and enthusiastic people who were always happy to help and went the extra mile. I once had a brake issue where a caliper support bolt fell off my wife's car. Called the competitor, not only were they unable to figure out what I was talking about but I even provided the item number from a website search and they couldn't find it. I called advance and they not only had the part they had it ready for me within minutes!! Great friendly people who know what they are talking about!

Jo was super sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. The parts we purchased were exactly what we needed and Advanced Auto helped us save a lot of money compared to taking the car to a shop. The store was enforcing precautions for COVID 19. Overall this was a five star establishment for their friendly, fast service, great prices and apparent care for the well-being of their customers!

The staff is beyond GREAT. We were broken down and from out of town and Q and all 3 employees really came thru for us. They diagnosed our problem, provided the part and recommended a reliable mechanic just down the street who fixed our vehicle on a Friday night and allowed us to get back to Orlando. The staff are truly great people who take pride in their jobs. Thank you SO much. You saved our day from being a train wreck.

Check engine light came on. Went to a local shop to have it checked. My mechanic said that the battery was bad and that I needed a new one. I trusted his opinion since he had nothing to gain, but he was wrong.Went to this Advanced Auto parts and requested a new battery. Axel sold me one and then proceeded to install it. I explained the situation that bought me to his store. He stopped the install and checked the battery. Found that it was good and that I didn t need one. He then called a local dealership and asked for clarity about the check engine light and the fact that the battery was still very good. It is a 2015 Chevy Malibu with 60,000 miles. Based on all the info, they suggested I bringing the vehicle in have it checked out completely.Found out later that this vehicle has 2 batteries and that the one in the rear could be the reason for the engine light.Axel refunded my money and did not make a sale. The whole experience was simply amazing. There is more to the story, but the bottom line is that this store has integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto parts. They won t cheat you and they won t waste your time. I saved over $200.

Usually come to here for all auto parts. Usually the staff is awesome, but one time I tried to return something (which they advised me to get that size) and it didn t fit. They wouldn t accept the return because he said it was not able for resell (wrench set and it wasn t torn open. Just a small opening). Went to another Advanced store and they took the return no problem (had receipt both attempts).As mentioned, it was a new set of guys because never had a problem with the other guys. But due to that one fella, prob will purchase from Amazon/Online from now on.

My go to spot for automotive expertise! Axel Guzman, the store manager, has impeccable manners, a desire to help, and the knowledge to save you a lot of sweat and tears! All of the employees are well spoken and knowledgeable, are very willing to take their time to assist, and in general make it a pleasure to shop. I strongly urge you to check with them firt to ascertain any issue you might have with your vehicle before making an expensive call to your mechanic!

This is the place to go if you re working on your car and need some friendly advice and parts. The place is well staffed with a great store layout. If they don t have a part, they can look in the area for it or have brought to the store.
