I stopped to get my battery changed during a steady rain spell. Micheal was the store attendant that sold me my battery and signed me up for the reward program. Micheal came out to change my battery. It was a bit of a challenge with the on and off again bouts of rain. I sat inside of the dry interior of my car marveling at his persistence. Thank you Micheal you demonstrated the true meaning of going above and beyond. you provided outstanding customer service and concluded it with a smile!

Staff was non existent (Olivia). I was in the store for 15 minutes and was not helped. Both staff were behind counters on their cell phones. At check out only heard the price of what was purchased. I will never purchase from this store again.

My review from 3 yrs ago still stands. I'm just updating my experience. Craig was very helpful when I picked up my I order, and he installed my rear window wiper. I ended up replacing my windshield wipers as well while I was there, also installed, and I learned of a program that will replace my wipers if they go bad. Amazing! Thank you. Advanced Auto ,Craig, and the other gentleman, that was also helpful! Appreciate it!_________________Great place friendly associates and curbside available for online ordering!

Felt they really wanted my business. They were more than glad to help me find things. I went to have my car diagnosed. Because my check engine light was on it was free. He knew without looking it up, what the code meant. They had the part in stock and showed me the one that was the best price. I felt confident that they gave me the part I needed. He also told me the part was going out and needed to be changed asap. I had confidence in their knowledge of their products. It's my new go-to place for car parts and questions.

Wow Olivia was the rudest person I ve ever dealt with in who has a customer service job. Guess I interrupted her doing paperwork work. Immediately took an attitude. Brings out a battery with corrosion on the terminals, when I questioned it, the bad attitude went into hyper mode. We have options and we don t have to deal with rude customer service.

I had an excellent experience today at this store. Blaine Gagnon, the store manager, took the time to diagnose the issue with my dying battery and quickly replaced it with a new one at a good warranty. So glad I sought help here. Great service!

There's a lady in the back by restrooms doing inventory, I ask can I have toilet tissue she says she hasn't gotten to that yet and simply turned her back to me, literally didn't try to accommodate with restocking after paying customer asked!! I felt I was racially profiled and disregarded, I asked for refunds and took my business elsewhere!! 12:30pm 9/19/23!

I had a great experience with 2 fine young men, Tommy and Will, installing a battery. It was old and corroded, but they were so nice and courteous, obviously well raised, ambitious and knowledgeable. Thanks for hiring and trusting 2 industrious young men.

I had to visit this store around 2 to 3 weeks ago at 7:30 am since I urgently needed transmission fluid. Unfortunately, my experience at this store was far from satisfactory. The woman at the store had a rude attitude when I asked if they price matched. When I found the same items a couple of dollars cheaper at O'Riley's, I showed her the price on my phone, but she didn't even bother to look at it and continued to be difficult and question me if I was sure it wasn't just an online price. The webpage clearly stated that the item was ready for pickup. The store employee was definitely not welcoming or had any intention of being helpful.Moreover, this store is way more expensive than anywhere else. If they're your only choice, make sure they price match with Autozone or O'Riley's.

Needed to get a new battery for my mom's car. I was helped by Will to get it replaced. He is very personable and knew what he was doing. Definitely recommend getting your battery replaced here.

Will and Rhett are the best! I went to a different auto parts store and was told they are not mechanics and wouldn't help me out when I had the part I needed in hand. I went into your store and within minutes Will and Rhett had the part I needed in my hand! I am very happy they went out of their way to help me!!!

As always, the Staff is so courteous, knowledgeable & accommodating in servicing your needs ! Dalen, one of the team members, went above & beyond for me in every way today, as did a young female associate a month ago whose name I can't remember !! Management can take great pride in the constant dedication of their Team !

Helped me install a battery that was only suppose to be professional installed according to their computer. Took us a good 45 minutes, but the employees helped and we got it done. Saved me likely $250 in labor.

Rhett.H, is so racist,disrespectful, aggressive towards trying to prove he's right and even when he, was in the wrong and caught red handed in his lies and told by customer service from advance, who had to call the store and tell him that he was wrong, and thathe needed to changed out my part. Instead of just apologize and admitted that he was wrong, or he didn't know, he sat on the phone and arguing with the person from customer service, so while Thomas was trying to do,his job an what customere service said, Rhett H still, kept messing with that young kid. Just sad. Advance is a family and friendly environment . 25 year loyal to Advance auto and I've never experienced anything like that before.

It was a weird experience. I went to find an item and asked the employee where it would be. He kept saying checkin in, checkin out I thought maybe he had a disability so I didn t think much about it. Turns out he had a AirPod in and was rapping to music while he was helping customers. Super loud too. Very odd.

Clean well organized store. I went in just for a wiper blade. I didn't get his name but the gentleman at the counter helped me tremendously! He went above and beyond by taking the time to help me change the blade. I will be going back to this location anytime I need something!

I went in with a decrepit bumper situation that needed a quick fix as I am not in a position to fix it properly yet...plus I had to travel on the highway quite a bit over the next couple of days. Dalen at the boyette location was so patient and cool and came up with a super helpful and affordable solution. Then he took it a step further and sweated it out with me in the hot sun to make sure I didn't further damage the already questionable bumper situation. His knowledge and expertise was not only helpful but above and beyond the standard expectations of service. I will continue to go only to this store for the exceptional customer service and quality experience.

I cant thank Lucy enough at the Fishhawk store. I came in 10 minutes before closing due to having a bad car battery and needing a new one installed. She knew I had to get jumped to make it to the store. She went above and beyond to help me get a new battery installed. I cant thank her enough. Her fantastic customer service made a bad day turn into a great experience and a nice way to finish out the day.Thanks again Lucy!

The manager Olivia is extremely rude and doesn't know what she's talking about. I took my Sea-Doo battery here to get tested because it was only clicking when I tried to start it. I knew my battery was dead but wanted to get it tested to see if there was possibility of reviving it with a tender. Right from the get go she was rude and unpleasant to deal with. She said put it on the counter and pointed to a counter. I began walking to that counter and she said "No put it on that one" then proceeded to walk to the counter that she pointed to, to grab the volt meter. She hooked it up and said "yeah it's fine it's right where it should be" then unhooked it without telling me the volts. So I asked and she told me it was at 12v right where it should be. I knew there was no reviving that battery so I asked if they had any jetski batteries. She responded with "We don't have jetski batteries but we have powersport batteries" okay smart ***. So she took me to the batteries and pointed and said "That one" so I grabbed it and took it to the counter and she kept telling me "your battery is fine I don't recommend purchasing this." I said it's fine I need 2 anyway to avoid arguing with her. Then she said "Well you can't return this one once it's been installed" Whatever because I knew I wouldn't be returning it anyway. Rang me up and went home to install it and low and behold my ski started right up like the day I bought it. Went back to bring my old battery in for the core charge and she was on the store phone taking a personal call. An associate rang me helped me get the core charge back but needed her password. When he asked, she rolled her eyes and instead of putting the phone down to come type it in she dragged it over with her and continued, mistyped her password twice and then started swearing because she kept typing it in wrong.I've seen a lot of people in my day who seem like they don't want to be at their job but she was GLOWING with that type of attitude. It's unfortunate that a few bad apples spoil the bunch and I will not be returning to the store strictly because of her behavior.

Ordered a new part for pick-up, I get home and see the part is used, stuffed back in the packaging and stapled closed. They only carried one and don't have time to run to a different store. Hopefully this doesn't ruin my truck...

I can only say that a woman named Olivia works there who is a vomit! I don't understand what she's doing working there if she makes her so unhappy and bitter, what's more, she should look for a job in Hollywood playing the most disgusting person on the planet, so she'd be happy!

I went into the store with my service engine light on. I asked them to hook up their device they did but they hooked it up incorrectly and couldn't get it to communicate and then plugged in my snap device back in incorrectly to where my car wouldn't start, and when I asked for help the girl that was inside was very rude . I did get good service from the gentleman that was helping me until that happened and the girl behind the counter was very rude. The end was I unplugged the stamp device myself and plugged it in correctly and my car started. But the girl inside needs to be replaced because she's no help for the store actually making it look bad

I needed my battery replaced ASAP, so I placed my order online to take advantage of a 20% coupon the website was offering. The store opened at 7:30am, and a gentleman by the name of David took good care of me. He checked to make sure that the battery was in fact the issue, and then proceeded to install my battery. He did caution that if any other customer was to walk in, he would stop to take care of them, to which I agreed and understood. He was done in about 5 minutes; very professional and courteous.

You should be advised that your management at this store has taking it upon themself to hurt your business. 10/14/19 the manager decided to block your business entrance with his truck. I understand the frustration they may have with all the traffic from the school next door, but at 8am your store does not have that much business to worry about losing if any as there are still a few parking spaces always available. This caused huge traffic delays more than usual for this area by at least an additional 20 minutes. I personally will no longer shop at this store. I would go to this store when it seemed like there was good relations with the school. Last year and this year it seems to have gotten hostile and I don't know if there was a manager change, but the attitude is not welcoming. Other parents I know also refuse to go to this store also because of this kind of attitude. Please, look into the mental stability of your management. As this is dangerous traffic and safety wise. Thank you.

1-2-3 Service. I ordered my battery online with the option to pick up in store and also apply a 25% coupon. Bomb!! Nelson hooked me up and replaced my battery and had exceptional customer service. And to top it off I was credited back $22 for recycling my battery. I will be back!!Nothing better than great service.

Terrible customer service . An employee of 15 years had the nerve to question me on why I didn't want to pay $200 for a car battery when I had a gold bracelet on... told me to go to Walmart if i wanted a cheap battery... to make things worse, he said this right in front of his manager and his manager did nothing.. i asked his manager if he heard what his employee said and he said yes.. obviously, these people dont know how to treat a customer
