If ever there was a repair shop a person can trust, this is it. Ron and his staff are as honest as the day is long. They give great care to ensure your car is repaired promptly and properly. I am so grateful.

I broke down in front of this mechanic shop. Went in for help and was laughed at and told to walk home . Disgusting attitude and poor hygiene from desk employee I won't return nor my family and network will be informed

We each took our trucks to these guys a couple of weeks ago. They gave a few guesses as to what the issue may be but offer no solution except to pick up the truck and take it to someone else. Took my truck up and left it, several hours later I call to check and was told that they were looking at it still and they'd get back to me. About 2 hour's later I got a call and was told that the issue is electrical and they don't do any electrical so I needed to pick it up and take it somewhere else. Went to pick up my truck and realized that I'd forgotten to leave my keys so they couldn't have checked it out at all. Maybe they are just oil change guy's.

Worse shop ever to do business with. Also, they slandered the shop down the street. Charged me $120 to get a quote on what I already told them was wrong. Vic is not a man of his word.

The guys at Pro Automotive are wonderful. They always get my car in as soon as they possibly can. They are very knowledgeable and they never over charge. They are very friendly and they are a blessing to our neighborhood.

Brought my car in for work to have headlights installed, work on roll cage, get wipers working and turn signals. They stole parts off my car, damaged my new windshield, never got the wiring fixed. They said they were going to replace my parts, now there is no response and no returning my calls. I almost don't want to give this review so I can keep this place secret but IVE GOT TO SAY, this has got to be THE MOST HONEST, AND QUALITY shop I know of in all of the Ocala area!!!! While other shops see my gender and inflate the prices and tell me bogus work that needs to be done ( literally have been told fake parts from OTHER SHOPS) ROB and his guys have ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS done my job with great quality parts, given me honest and upfront pricing, and they have never had to have me back for any issues caused by the work they do!!! Absolutely the best and thank you so much guys.

Called the day before and was able to schedule me the next morning. Very friendly, very quick, and very good prices! They also met me half way from my house with my car keys so I could grab my car later that evening when my husband came home :) TY very much for excellent service.

These guys are great. We first started taking our cars to them about 12 years ago upon the recommendation of a neighbor. They have always been prompt, professional, courteous, very reasonable in price, and do good work. We have recommended them to several others.

My boyfriend and I were on our way home from vacation when the clutch gave out. Luckily, we found this place on Google. I can not even begin to tell you how amazing these gentlemen were. They called around to different places to find us a new clutch and have it delivered to them in a matter of hours. They replaced the clutch in no time at all. They were so kind and friendly, and made us feel welcomed. If you ever need anything done to your car this is the place to be!

They got us in quickly. But that was the only good thing. Instead of calling with an estimate after diagnostics, they went ahead and did the work. Then asked for payment in cash or check. Went out to the car and they had locked the keys in it. We've been sitting here for 15 minutes now waiting for them to unsuccessfully get into my car.

Rob has been taking care of our vehicles for 30 years. I trust him, he has always been honest and never tried to fix something that wasn't broken. And always time for my emergencies. I recommend him to everybody I know

I am asking for a refund on labor as they didn't fix the problem and its still not starting right after replacing a 2 yr old starter.

If you want the best auto repair shop this is the one!!! They are by far the best shop around! Very friendly and very smart!! The best rates around!!! If I broke down turning around in another mechanic shop's parking lot I'd get towed to PRO AUTOMOTIVE!! The name fits because that's exactly what they are!! PRO'S!!!!

Rob is a loyal and honest man had a slight problem with my car when I brought it there ended up costing an engine rebuild without arguing or questioning they paid for all of the parts so I can get back on the road This is definitely a five star shop no other shop would do that you would have to take them to court and sue and deal with the headache you have nothing to lose by going here and everything to gain

The owner is very rude he over charges everything.Some of the guys he has working for him doesn't even know what they're doing when it comes to fixing a car. He should probably close down & open up a junk yard cause that's what the place looks likeIts also been known that he talks about killing the cats that live around the shop. I wouldn't want an animal Killer working in my car.

There were years I would have high ratings. Not now the new office manager over priced parts and labor sad because Harold is really good I'm now going to be going elsewhere

I have been bringing my vehicles to pro automotive for years .I feel that they care about my safety when i am on the road.iwhen it comes to making sure jobs are done properly i never have to question their work .the staff is externally qualified and their personalities are great .Thanks pro automotive for keeping my trucks running great

Been to this shop twice ... They get me in the same day and are very accommodating ... Great prices and some of the best mechanics I have used.... If you are tired of paying sky high prices for sub par repairs then give this shop a try.

My car broke down in the area and I called Pro Automotive they went and got it they fixed it and Lord knows they had the most reasonable prices I have ever seen in my life and providing great customer service I also took my other vehicle to them they fix that also with that all being said I am glad that I I'm able to do business with this company I will always take my vehicles there they are amazing they got to the root of the problem they don't try to over price you at all and they are honest

We had serious van trouble on our way home to Michigan on our kids spring break vacation. They took us right in on a Friday afternoon and we were back on the highway 2 hours later! Thanks Pro Automotive!!!
