We were travelling home about 2.5 hours away when we had a tire blow out on the interstate. I called from the roadside and a friendly lady was able to confim they had a tire available. It's proximity to interstate allowed me to put on a donut and drive there. It was about an hour before they closed. They were able to get us back on the road very quickly and at a much better price than what we are used to at home. They also have a dog in the office who was asleep on the job but thats ok for his old age. It was an answered prayer that they were close by and not too busy at the time we needed them.

My tire blew on I-10 while headed out on a trip. They had my tire on by Monday early morning! Great prices too! Thanks for saving my skin guys! And give the doggo a pat and a raise for me. :)

What a blessing. We are traveling from TN to The Villages, Fl. We have a flat on I-10. It was after hours yet he met us at the shop, removed the spare, took the old tire of the rim and remounted new tire. Not sure what we would have don t without him!!! Thank you, thank you!!!

I was passing through Quincy, Florida and I ended up with a BOLT in my rear tire! Of course, it was the evening. I called W&L at 7:40 am and spoke with John. Since my car was not drivable and I had no jack or spare, John drove to the Holiday Inn Express...removed my tire... took it to the shop and put a new tire on my wheel... drove back to the hotel and put the new tire and wheel back on my car...ALL before 1:00 pm! Not bad since I have special tires and he had to get the tire from Tallahasse! John was professional and prompt and fairly priced. My son and I are heading back home with a safe vehicle. Thank you W & L Tire & Wheel! If you need tires, call John!

They went ABOVE and beyond for me at 4 pm, my only complaint? The TV in the office was an older one and was strangely overly loud and obnoxious

They allowed us to park our trailer after hours, so we could change tires. Very kind and gracious to us, as we were traveling.

I made an appointment to get new tires put on I had ordered. I arrived on time. They took my vehicle right in the bay. About an hour later my vehicle was ready to go. Very friendly and honest work. I would definitely recommend.

I went there for a price on some 275/70/13R tires and was quoted some ridiculous price but still had to purchase them because they had them in stock unlike ANYWHERE else in that town or county for that matter.

Great work and friendly service. My only complaint is that they are ALWAYS so busy. Most times you need to leave your vehicle because they are just that busy. But if they had terrible service, there wouldn't be 10 vehicles waiting for them to open their doors. Very friendly people.

Had a blowout in our RV on 3/2/21. My hazard insurance found W&L and had them dispatched. They made it on site in about an hour with the tire we needed (22.5 235/80R) and had us on the road in 25 minutes. The guy they sent was terrific and knew what he was doing. This was after the first company the insurance company sent out couldn t figure out how to get the tire off. W&L helped save our vacation.

Had a 500 mile trip 20 min into low tire light came on. Just happened to take the Quincy exit. Aired up the tire had a feeling it was more than a low tire. Found W and L on Google within in 30 seconds of pulling in was greeted and welcomed by an awesome young man who's name I failed to get. Checked the tire out and it most certainly would have blown during the trip! Had me out of there in 30 minutes with a new tire, amazing service and a great price! Thank you for taking care of me!

Been goinf here for years and will continue to do so. The family is amazing and the staff is kind, knowledgable and they will bring things to your level of understanding of they need to. I'm not super mechanically inclined so they have to break it down for me! Wonderful people!

Had a bad tire while traveling. The tire valve broke causing it to go flat. They were so helpful and kind! They fixed it and got us back on the road in no time! We highly recommend them!

Heading home from a week with friends in Daytona we had tire issues. The steel belts on both rear tires had separated making for an unsafe ride. We pulled into a small town looking for a tire shop.That's when we found John at W & L tire and wheel. Being a Saturday and after 1pm we were shocked when John said he could help us. I think they were actually closed when we pulled up. John changed our two tires and treated us like family ! This is definitely the place to go for tires in Quincy if you ever find yourself there and need tires !Thanks to John and his dog !

Great staff who is always very helpful. They always have the right price. Greg, Eddie, Montrail, and Langston are the go to guys who will find the problem and fix it quick. Very skilled mechanics.

This family run business has been around Gadsden county for a long time. I have never heard of bad report with this business. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was a neat and clean shop, customer complained a little about it because there wasn't adequate room for their vehicle to be dropped off in front of the door. Sometimes people just don't understand that if you run a business sometimes you can't just jump to the front of the line though.

I had a blow out on I-10 and contacted Uhaul to send roadside assistance. Their first call was to Jones and Sons who said they would be there within an hour. Three hours later Uhaul finally called another company W&L, they arrived in 49 minutes and got me back on the road. So Uhaul, sucks and should put W&L at the top of their list for these cases and not Jones and Sons.

We had a blowout on a bucket truck they opened the shop on Easter Sunday the guys that put my tire on the truck knew what they were doing got me back on the road they were great help we work from out of town I highly recommend them
