Went to take 5 to get new windshield wipers and one flew off the very next day, in the rain while I was driving a 35 mile distance to work. Went to get it replaced, which they did but tried to tell me I didn't have to go back to them to replace it and that the damage to my windshield was on me... when the wiper flew off the bare mechanism caused a scratch on my windshield, they said I would have to call corporate if I want them to fix it.. corporate didn't even answer. Take 5 is so ridiculously overpriced and the service isn't good. Now apparently their technicians aren't even qualified to install a windshield wiper. Save your money and YOURSELF! Do not go to take 5!

Very good service. The gentleman working are polite and professional. The only place I'll be gettng my oil changed. Would definitely recommend.

I ask them to hold up so I can see how much it was . But, they kept going like I didn't say anything. Just because I'm a female they needed to Listen to me . I have never paid that much of a oil change . They got me but won't get me again

Saturday I went in for a fluid top off and tire pressure check. I was well within my required mileage and months of service to receive the top off. The attend informed me that I was 2 quarts low and needed more. He then proceeded to say I would be charged $8.67 for 1 of the quarts and given the other for free or just get an oil change. As long as I ve been a valid customer, I ve never had to pay for top off service. And when I asked for the policy so I could understand better the attendant ignored me and advised me to look it up online. He was very rude and unprofessional. The Take 5 location on North Monroe street near lake Jackson in Tallahassee Florida has the worst customer service and I will not go back.

Brought my car here last week for an oil change , and notice that oil was leaking from the oil filter , when ahead and called and they told me to bring it back which I wasted my gas , once I was there the technician checked it and told me it was a little loose but it was fixed , after I drove off when ahead and check the oil filter and I was leaking oil again , I will never come back to this place , and will have to spend more money again for oil change in a more competent place . Wish I could get my 90 dollars back

Great professional service! Finally found a reasonable price for an oil change on our MINI that isn t 4 hours away. These guys know their business, communicate excellently with each other and have great customer service. We were in and on our way in great time! We will definitely be back!

I ve always had wonderful customer service at this place but today everyone went above and beyond. My check engine light came on so I pulled in for them to check it for me. From the greeter with the cold bottle of water to the gentlemen that helped under the hood, everyone was kind and professional. They earned a whopping $2.00 as I was only a 1/4 quart low in oil and didn t need a soil change but I now feel better that everything has been checked. They were awesome!!! My car barely worked before I came here. They changed my oil, told me about my engine codes, charged my battery, changed my brakes, added power steering fluid, and and changed my air filter. A nice young mexican man helped me. My only complaint is they took 6 minutes instead of 5. They changed my girlfriend oil and didn t put enough oil and we went back a second time they turned the engine light off and when we left it came back on and now we had to go a third time and they still didn t fix my oil light and put the right amount of oil in my engine.
