Didn't even want to give them one star. Referred to them by Good Sam Roadside Service to swap out a tire on my truck that had blown. Got three different arrival times from them, none of which were true. After three hours of waiting on side of Interstate I got the FHP to call someone for me. That guy was there in less than half an hour. DO NOT call Jones and Sons. All you'll get is the runaround and lies.

Had a flat tire, Uhaul contacted Jones and Sons to come replace it. Was given an estimate of 1 hour. 3 hours later and still they didn t show. Another company has been called. I am writing this review on the side of the road as I near 4 hours in the Florida sun. Be honest and if you can t get to the job, let someone know so they are relying on you and they can get on with their trip.

Be glad you got one star. Your mechanic even had his children with him when he worked on my nephew's truck. Yet you think you are a great company. My brother-in-law Even bought the kids food. This was a school night. Even Cummins said your company done a half-ass job. My brother-in-law had to call at 230 am to get money because you probably don't have the money to operate your business. You were even low enough to take battery cables of truck . I'm sure the Better Business Bureau & the Attorney General would love to meet with you. You are a clash business. I think this might be price gouging too.

Going to Florida to do storm clean up on Monday and broke down in Quincy Fl. stayed broke down all week, supposed to have fixed it and charged 2100.00 for nothing. Drove 5 miles and broke down again. Will not stand behind their work. Just out 2100.00. Maybe Attorney General can help on this deal. It was their fault because they left a part off the truck. I wouldn't do business with them ever again!!Yea and you left off parts. We took it to a real Cummings mechanic and they said you left off parts so they fixed it and we went on to job site and the truck worked great and made money with the truck.

Truck went down heading east on 10, i called these guys and they told me it would be 45 min to a hour to get to truck.. it took 2 and a half hours... my engine was running before they touch my truck.. the replaced an air line and a wheel seal. Now the truck will not start. He said he would come back to check it out thr next morning and never showed even after he said someone was on their way.. i would NOT recommend using these guys.. i cant even say or not if they fixed the original problem because truck will not crank now..... i have to call another road service to come out... what a waste of time an money...

I was lied to by them for the prices and had my tuck on hold lying about a parts they were looking for and told me they were not able to find it. I was able to call and find the part my self at the Volvo dealership and didn't understand why they lied until the showed me an invoice and charged me 2 hrs for looking for parts when i was able to find the parts in a matter of 10 mins and still got charged.

Called these people. They hung up. Called back; they sent it to voice mail. I guess the reviews don t lie. Thanks for sparing me the headache of dealing with you.

Never call this people. Call them for a tire problem early in the morning today. They tell you they are on their way, few hours pass by, you call they are still on their way. 6 hours pass by you start calling them and they do not pick up their phone. Worst experience ever!

Great job to George, helped me this Sunday morning with the regeneration system on my 14 Cascadia. Save him a trip out to the truckstop and money for me. Talked me thru a situation. Thanks George and God Bless

An entire family of professional scam artists. Beware, they also operate under Capital Travel Llc. I already reported them to the BBB. Avoid at every cost!

They change the airbag level valve in my truck, it took 4 hours and they did mount it bad, and over 400!!!! I had to pay for the job again and it was 60 to fix what they did.

Beware, these people are the biggest crooks and most unprofessional people you will EVER meet. They also operate as Capital Travel LLC. Trust me, you will thank me for avoiding these folks at ALL costs!!!!

I got to the place to help me get a diagnose a truck and they didn't have time and on the website they supposedly work 24/7 but it's not true

Had a tire to blow out .. at 3:30 in the morning .. talk to the father (I guess) he said someone will be contacting me .. someone called 30 min later .. it s 7:30 .. they said they were 7 minutes away .. 2 hrs ago .. then he said he had to run back to the shop (over the phone , never showed up) .. if this is a father owned business fire your son .. and if it s both of y all .. shut down the whole company .. this is ridiculous .. running out of time on my ELD .. could ve had someone else on the way ..
